I trust Roggi's to service my vehicle. We all know how important it is to have a reliable car and when something goes wrong with your vehicle, you want to make sure you place it in trustworthy and competent hands. That's Roggi's for me. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. They even applied a coupon to my bill without me knowing. Roggi's is THE BEST!!

As a recent Porsche owner, I looked for a local Indy shop that was qualified to service Porsches. After comparing prices at these local Indy shops, Roggi checked all the boxes and the best price. I had Roggi do a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle. When I arrived, they immediately brought my car into their service garage and performed the service. My car handles great, the price was reasonable, and Jeff called me the next day to ask how my car was driving. Now that’s what I call great customer service! I now feel I can trust Roggi’s with my future vehicle service needs.

Having a work van in the shop can be costly not for the work being done on the van but for the downtime of not having a van. These guys made it easy to drop van 9:00 and have it back by end of day. The folks here have always been honest with their assessments and done a magnificent job at doing the repairs. I have brought my cars here for years as well as my daughters. I never leave unhappy.

Great for any car but if you have a foreign car and you are tired of crappy service at the dealer, Roggi’s is a great option. If there is something you are not satisfied with, they correct it without the run around. They are great at explaining things and are very friendly. Zach and Jeff are wonderful. They also worked with my extended warranty . Check them out .

I went to get my AC fixed at Roggi’s Auto, and it was the best experience I could have asked for. They have clear cut fast communication with you, while being very nice. The car was done within 1-2 days. Overall 5/5 experience, look no further than these guys.

Roggis will waste your time and money, I was facing an issue where my strut disconnected from my car, I had spoke with one of their “technicians” on the phone and they heard me explain in detail exactly what I had going on with my car and confirmed my appointment and told me yeah we can fix that here, well I booked a tow truck and brought my car to roggis only to be treated weird as soon as I walked in a worked started questioning me about my car and asking if it was modified or if I had touched it, while that’s super irrelevant, because I explained that over the phone also, and then instantly I felt this shop was very unprofessional and very incapable of doing work, I told the guys I what I was there for they said $200 just to look at it, and then they say oh we don’t even do that kind of work, what kind of shop that has 50 years of experience is this? These guys barley know how to change your oil maybe or brakes at most.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality service! My daughter goes to school in Hartford and had an issue with a tire. I sent her to Roggi based on a recommendation from a parents group. They were extremely helpful, honest, and reasonable throughout the entire process. Such a pleasant experience—so glad we found them!

Went three times three different cars first time broke oil spout. Fixed no additional charge. Second time asked for check about a used car that I wanted to buy. Flyers said second options were free but I was charged $200. Week later after I bought the car oil light went on. Brought it back needed to add a quart of oil. Light went off no charge. Two days later brought the car back sunroof didn’t open said it needed to go back to the dealer could not fix it. Brought it to the dealer put a little grease on it and it works fine. Last time car making noise on start up only left the car over night three times. $1400 repair bill still made noise. Last time they checked the oil added some noise went away. Won’t be going back. RESPOSNE to ROGGI I am leaving out the issues with the 2009 and 2017 Mercedes do to space limitations. 2011 ML. I bought this car because of engine noise which only occurred on start-up. Day one of the repair your team indicated that the drive belt system needed to be replaced at that time I agreed and all the belts and gears and parts recommended for this repair were done. At this time I was informed that an oil leak existed and declined the recommended repair, which was quoted to me to be more than $1000 on top of the $1000 I already paid for this belt repair. After picking up the car the next day, the car continues to make the same noise. I returned to Roggi’s to see if something else needed to be addressed. Recommendation: the car needed a new battery since it was low, and since it was low and the car needed more cranking power to turn over the engine. I approved this repair. Once again the next day the car continued to make the same noise, returning the car again to Roggi’s, this time the belt was removed and replaced to see if the engine noise could be found. Ie. The car ran without the belt and the car continued to make the noise without the belt and the new battery, therefore the belt and battery were not the issues, but this time a team member identified that the car needed four quarts of oil. My question to you is if your team identified the oil leak did they check the oil? Because according to you I declined to repair the oil leak, but since the oil was added the car has not made any noise. Also from the day you told me I had an oil leak and the day the 4 quarts of oil were added the car was driven around 100 miles, since the car was in your shop for multiple days, I don’t think the car burned 4 quarts of oil in that timeframe. Your email response to me, you provided me with with extensive instructions on how to electronically measure process you need to follow to check the oil levels on my cars, since “ [my] vehicle does not have a traditional dipstick for manual oil level checks” That news to me since according to your team when I picked up the car the oil was clearly in the the red, and since I last picked up the car from Roggi’s I check the non existent dipstick weekly, by the way both cars have a dipstick, maybe newer models don’t. I can forgive one or two mistakes, but I cannot even count the number of errors made by your team. Your team's basic knowledge leads me to question whether or not any work performed on any of my cars was either necessary or correct. In closing I leave you with this if you would like to discuss anything further I would be happy to do so.

First timer to Roggi's last week. I was shocked! Never have I had a more positive experience with an auto repair/service shop. From the moment they answered my initial call, they were pleasant and polite, it was easy to schedule and they got me in super quick. I even arrived about an hour early for my appointment and they were able to get me in. I had to leave my car for a couple of hours for the service that was needed and they transported me to a coffee shop so I can get some work done and they picked me up as soon as it was done. They were communicative, the process for sharing information about what my car needed was easy and incredibly transparent. Couldn't recommend enough!

I was impressed with the customer service skills of both the person I spoke to on the phone and the one who assisted me at the garage. They called me the same day to inform me that my van had been repaired. Additionally, they thoroughly explained the work that was done on my vehicle. Had been using a place in Middletown. Had issues with car and did not believe that they were correct on problem. Went to Roggis and the came up with a differnt issue. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond on making sure I was satisfied, and almost $2,000 savings if I had other facility perform work. Plus they would not of solved my problem and would of said I needed more work done. Roggi's my new go to place, it was nice to deal with professionals and not someone trying to pad commissions.

I have an 2107 Alfa Romeo Gulia, it’s been a love/hate relationship. Beautiful ride but often not dependable due to intermittent issues. Roggi’s determine the problem, conducted the repairs and kept the car for a few weeks testing it out. Since the repair I’ve put hundreds of miles on it with no intermitting alarms. Thank you Roggi’s for being professional and taking the extra time to assure the job was complete ultimately bringing confidence back to my ride.

I brought my Benz in with rear air shocks that were leaking air. Wil was the person who I spoke to about it and he made my appointment fast! 2 days! And will was the person who handled the work on my Benz. He called to let me no a few things were due for work on the Benz. He was just amazing how he spoke with me , explaining everything so I could understand it. He was pleasant, professional and just a very good person to deal with. Iso I had the things he suggested needed doing( with no pressure at all!)done. My Benz stayed overnight and was ready the next day! I was also very pleased with the total cost. Very reasonable price. I have found my service place, Roggi's!!!! Thank you wil and everyone at Roggi's. It was a terrific experience and I would absolutely recommend this great service station to all who have European vehicles. Thumbs up 10 stars!!!

Reached out to Roggi's for a semi urgent issue. It was easy to book an appt with them online. They were very transparent about everything from the beginning, which was obviously very nice. Paul communicated well, and his team able to get everything done in a timely and cost effective manner. Because my car had to stay there overnight, they even arranged for my transportation in the meantime! Just an overall fantastic experience. Roggi's was recommended to me by my work colleagues, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Highly recommend Roggi's, I felt treated with courtesy and professionalism, they had the skills to accurately diagnose and maintain my older, yet (in my mind) mint Toyota Sienna. Came to them after a long road trip and left feeling confident that my old girl was ready to roll. The cost was high end, but the 36 month/ 36k mile warranty on electrical work helped me to feel it was worth it. Will be back!

I am a new customer to Roggi's Auto Service and I have to say from the moment I stepped in the door the word that came to mind was "professional." After my experience, that has not changed one bit. I am always fully kept informed of the progress on my vehicle. I am offered a loaner car (when available) and most importantly my car is fixed right and fixed the first time. You may find cheaper repair shops in the area but Roggi's proves the adage "you get what you pay for." I highly recommend this shop. They will treat you right!

Great service! Everyone was really friendly and they fixed multiple issues on my vehicle with a quick turnaround time. Had to replace glow plugs and the chain on my van's sliding door - everything is good to go. Would recommend and will be back!

Roggi's was great. I went there for a "second opinion" after my dealership told me my intake manifold needed to be replaced. Roggi's concurred, but save me $300 off what the dealer was going to charge. They were professional, quick, thorough and friendly. I would recommend Roggi's to anyone and will be back myself!

Very courteous and professional. Paul is terrific up front and Henry is always available. They are very good at finding solutions to even minor auto problems. They needed 24 hrs to get parts and do the repairs on my car but I needed to have a mode of transportation so they got me a loaner. My car was ready when promised . They really have excellent, experienced mechanics. Roggi’s is the best auto repair place I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended! George
