Went into this dealership with a down payment for a car not worrying about credit, because they advertise working with approval. The guy didn’t seem like he wanted to even talk to us about the vehicle, He asked if I was someone else I said no. After that he immediately started to bring up credit then denied me service don’t advertise something if you’re not practicing what you preach bad experience.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Working with Jay has been a pretty good experience both times. Very laid back but about business when it comes to getting you a car and not to mention a reliable car. My first vehicle lasted roughly 8 years and I trust my new one will be reliable as well. Both times purchasing Ledyard went out of their way to provide quality service for me.

He sells Lemons!! & Will get you stuck in a loan without an operable car. 2013 Nissan Pathfinder didn't last past one year. Problems 2 months off lot. Spent 5 grand to take out with the scam gap insurance that he sells. Spent 4 grand fixing the car till it finally gave up, exactly 13 months from purchase. Repairs exceeded 7 grand to fix with no guarantees. Do your research people. Transmission needed to be replaced 6 months from purchase, even after they supposedly replaced the transmission already. Here to inform buyers, be aware! Transfer case problems and more!!

If I’m being honest, they had a great selection of cars. I came at a time where they was about to close not knowing what time they close so I came the next day to check out a infiniti and I tell you the salesman there was rude💯 ain’t wanna negotiate on paying straight cash and told me straight up either way of doing straight cash or finance that they gon make they money regardless. If someone is dead serious on paying cash and don’t feel like really negotiating I feel like ya can keep ya car😂 10mins later I bought a 2014 infiniti Q60 with 78k miles for wayyyyy cheaper than what ya asked and it was already hooked up for me. If ya about money I would’ve expected ya to take it cus $700 off on a car doesn’t help😂

I received a quick and steady response to my inquiry to their Facebook post regarding a vehicle for sale. I expressed that I did not have a car to come see them. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to pick me up to see and test drive the Mitsubishi I was interested in. I'm always a little leary of sales people, but they had documents to confirm that they did an inspection and completed necessary repairs and was able to give me a copy of the Car Facts. They accepted my offer and I purchased the vehicle that day. It was nice to know they also repair vehicles. This is great because they are close to my job.
