Every time I win an auction this company takes weeks to pick up my car after I already paid for transport, so that I end up paying hundreds of dollars in storage fees. They then tell me they don’t know whether it was picked up or not because they have miscommunication with the auction… And when I call to either get an accurate update or to complain, they threaten to drop my car off at a nearby Copart yard instead of my front door. Then once they finally arrive, the car shows up either damaged or without keys

Customer service sucks. IF THEY DONT FIND YOU A DRIVER BEFORE YOUR STORAGE FEE DATE STARTS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE EVEN THOUGH YOU PAID EASYHAUL TO SHIP YOU THE CAR. TRASH COMPANY

I had my RAV4 delivered from a Spokane yard, the driver was punctual and professional. All the communication was timely, I was able to arrange time to receive the vehicle without missing work. Very pleased with the rate for delivery I paid and the level of service I received. Vehicle was delivered in expected condition. Extra thanks to Tim and Vadym for insuring streamline service.

Was able to pickup my motorcycle in SLC and have it delivered to me in Montana within 36 hours. Driver was able to speak English and make it to my house in my neighborhood. Gave me updates through text message to make things easier.

( Spoke with shipper and they were really good about reaching out to get my side of the story and will not be using that shipper anymore, I'm glad they reached out to correct any issues and try to make their customer services better by understanding what went wrong g and implementing new rules for contacting clients in a timely manner. Great purchase experience from Autobidder, the worst experience from transport first off language barrier the guy speak barely any English. Called me and said he was 30 minutes away no call or update prior to that, he could have texted soon as he picked up and said hey I'm looking to be at your house about noon tomorrow estimate or whatever . No common courtesy for other peoples time. Extremely rude on the phone Wouldn't answer or reply to text the bike was delivered so i guess he did his job........

I received my vehicle faster than expected. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They were great. Delivered my car two days after the auction. No problems, professional, and easy to work with.

Was a good experience. The driver had arranged for Zelle payment on delivery and EasyHaul apparently only pays ACH. Here there was a middle broker that took EasyHaul's ticket. Once I made contact with EasyHaul, who then contacted the middle broker the payment happened right away. EasyHaul tries to do their part working with the different qualities of haulers. Mine was a good one this time.

Customer Summary 7/28/2025 I purchased a 2018 Tesla model x On May 20 2025 From :AutoBitMaster, they hired a towing company "Easyhaul"to do delivered at my home address in Dedham MA, I pay over 800 dollars for the vehicle got delivered 8 days later,before the driver arrived i got a phone call from easyhaul dispatcher to give me a "heads up "about my Tesla, he tells me my car got damaged or a incident, he said the driver damaged my hood latch when the driver arrived to my house I noticed that the driver has the cable coming from his trailer Hooked in the hood, The hood was completely total destroyed he also damaged other parts of the front of the vehicle,I have a complete estimate from they insurance company "progressive" the damaged was over 5000 dollars,I also have pictures from before and after of the vehicle conditions. nether the insurance company Progressive or EasyHaul towing Want to be responsible for the damages on my car. Progressive denied the claim Because the towing company EasyHaul didn't communicate with them,I also have a denied letter from the insurance adjuster. Please i need help regarding this matter. Resolution Sought I need someone to hold accountable for loss ,i paid over 800 dollars for my car to be delivered to my home.I Will not recommend Easyhual towing for any towing business

Bought a truck at one of the LA auctions. EasyHaul had it on a carrier about an hour after t he truck and shipping was paid. They delivered it the next day by noon. The driver called ahead to give me a 20 minute warning. The entire drop and paperwork took 5 minutes. It was the easiest transport I've ever had done.

I'd gladly do business with them again. Dispatch was very communicative and calling me to let me know ETA and any updates to the eta. The actual driver who delivered the vehicle was incredibly skilled at maneuvering the trailer in very complicated tight spaces, and was fully prepared to help me offload a crash damaged vehicle with a broken tie rod and axle into my garage. The trailer was backed up and placed perfectly. I was incredibly impressed.

I had a car shipped from Copart in Fontana, CA to Las Vegas, NV after purchasing a car via Autobidmaster and the delivery experience was great. I received a message my car was picked up 3 days after purchase and two days later received a call from the delivery driver saying he was a few hours away. He arrived in front of my house with a 3 car carrier and was able to drive it off the rack and right into my driveway for me. I was very impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. I would use them again in the future if I were to need regional shipping from CA to NV or vise versa.

Everything is just as they say it. Now you don't know what driver you might get. In my case, the truck was too big to enter my residential area and my car had to be taken down on a highway. So keep that in mind. Still a solid experience and I'll use them again.

Needed a local in-state delivery and the cost was phenomenal. The savings in gas/tolls/time more than makes up the one-way shipping costs. Car arrived safely and the driver was attentive and interactive as we planned together how to best unload it. (I hate it when drivers don't want you even close to the cargo truck. You're carrying my car, I want to have a good view in case I spot something wrong before any damage might occur.) Will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thanks!!!
