This O’Reiley’s is amazing. They always take care of me. Rebecca is one of the managers there and is as helpful as can be. When someone asks for an auto parts rec, I always send them here.

I came in there and Becca and Dakota took amazing care of us on a $450 bill with three vehicles that we needed parts for and some of them had to be shipped in from other stores. There were no errors and they were extremely helpful as well as just upbeat cheerful customer service. Really recommend this location to anybody.

Manager is a joke right before I came in She didn’t even wanna dump a bucket of oil for a customer they’re lazy wanted to charge me $230 for two fuel filters on my ram 3500 wouldn’t price match Amazon same day delivery do not go here got the same thing on Amazon with an extra oil filter for 130 bucks. WORST O’Reillys I’ve ever been to.

I needed to get new wipers for my new gigantic Dodge Sprinter, so I pulled (awkwardly) into the store parking lot. New van and all. :-) When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile by a young lady named Rebecca. While it may seem like a simple purchase and it was, the installation didn't seem simple to this old lady. That sweet gal, Rebecca, got herself a step ladder and put the wipers on for me. She also noticed that my washer sprayer wasn't attached and helped me get that squared away as well. I very much appreciate being helped with a smile and some kindness. The world needs more Rebeccas!

Went in tonight to drop off some used oil at the Oreillys on hwy 99 and was right away greeted by Dillan with some paper towels. He read the situation perfectly. My hands were full of oil. After dumping the oil, he even wiped off my container. Well done Dillon. I am so impressed.

I came in last night not knowing much about cars but with a few warning lights on my dash. Rich was super helpful and friendly, looking up each code that appeared, telling me a list of parts I would need, and printing out the code reader sheet. I'll be sure to come back with any of my auto needs in the future :) Thank you again Rich!

Appreciate that O'Reilly is far more professional than Auto Zone. People here seem to care and try hard to serve everyone as best they can when they're busy. They have helped me immensely by using their fault code reader twice, free of charge, to accurately diagnose check engine light issues that I was able to fix myself, avoiding the sizable expense of going to a mechanic. Thanks for saving me money!

I went in about a week ago, I don’t know anything about fixing vehicles and everything was breaking down. I walked in to this place and an employee, Drew, helped me with everything I needed and even offered to wipe my windshield for me. What a gem. Drew is the Superman of Oreillys. Highly recommend this location.

Wow. I came in for windshield wiper blades and 10 minutes later I had what I needed and they installed them for me. Old school customer service with a great attitude. I was so impressed.

So today a gentleman from Louisiana came into my store asking for a days work for a days pay to get a power steering pump for his car. We chatted for a while and we went over to oriellys to get pricing for it and he went and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. And without hesitation the manager said I’ll get it and paid for it out of his own pocket. I was in awe at the whole situation and accidentally got in my car before realizing that I forgot to pay for an electric meter and returned to pay for it. So if your in the Vancouver area and need parts I must recommend this place it’s right near the intersection of Anderson and fourth plain off the 500

Andrew is Awesome!!! O’Reilly Auto Parts is very fortunate to have him as an employee. He helped me determine that I had a faulty sensor and actually replaced it for me. His customer service has made me a guaranteed repeat customer. He made my day!!! Thanks Andrew 👍

Used to like this store. But my recent experience was disgusting. I was looking at batteries and one staff member was having a loud conversation about another staff member's attendance, remarking that they should be fired and it's not their problem if they fell into a "deep depression and end up sucking a bullet." I Went and got a battery somewhere else because who even talks like that much less in front of customers at your job.

Our battery died late last night. I called ahead to see if they were still open and had a battery in stock. Darcy was amazing in giving us our options and then installing the new battery when we arrived. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes because she was such a pro. Thank you so much!

Just had a clerk wait on a guy on the phone instead of sell me the expensive item I wanted to buy. Guess what? I left and ordered it online for much cheaper, and they shipped it right to my door! I suggest others do the same. It's so easy to buy everything you need for your car online, and you don't have to waste your time in line at a store like I just did. UPDATE: Literally, the very next time I came back to this store to give them one more opportunity... and the same kid did the exact same thing to me again. He starts to help me, as I START TALKING TO HIM the phone rings and he picks it up. As I'm walking out (again) I can hear him talking to the phone customer about a return. MANAGEMENT: You clearly didn't change a single thing. It's apparent you prioritize someone calling about a return over a customer standing at the counter trying to spend money at your store. Not a good management strategy. Never again. Goodbye. UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: Well, I couldn't help myself and went back this evening to buy things the manual way. Waited in line for a few minutes, as I step to the clerk (who I believe is a manger) she holds up her index finger and says just a moment I've got someone on hold. I can't emphasize enough folks, go to Amazon, buy the same stuff and have it delivered the next day to your door. It's about half the price, it's easy to return. Let's put this terrible company out of business.

Darcy was awesome. She saw me looking at batteries and offered help. I needed it lol. She double checked I picked the right battery, offered some recommendations and helped me with a very friendly demeanor and we had a great conversation during my visit. I even hung out a little longer just to chat because she was a cool person. We def had a lot in common haha. She was awesome and a huge help. Taking the title for coolest O'Reilly employee in Vancouver, and I've met quite a few cool employees. She stole the show. I'll be coming back 😎👍
