Loved their professionalism, totally transparent. Communication was excellent. I loved that they used and refered to the carfax. I will definitely use them in the future.

Just moved to the area and Ron’s auto was able to fix my car and my mom’s car in the same day! Super friendly, fast and efficient! Will definitely be going there for any future car needs.

Jeff was so nice and helped me talk $$$ for a tune up and oil change. Me and my roommates have never been screwed over with the crew at Ron’s. Even gave me a lift home :)

I had an outstanding experience with Ron’s Automotive. They installed a Goose Gear seat delete in my Toyota Tacoma, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They went the extra mile from start to finish. They fit me into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciated. When the kit arrived without instructions, they took the initiative to go online, track them down, and make sure everything was installed properly. That level of care and professionalism says a lot. On top of that, they charged me over $300 less than the distributor I purchased the kit through had quoted for installation. Honest pricing, excellent workmanship, and great customer service. I highly recommend Ron’s Automotive and will absolutely be back for future work.

I had a coolant leak on a Saturday morning. Ron’s was open. Jeff got me in right away. Great customer service. Clear communication. They even had a courtesy car to run me home. My Jeep had a new radiator, oil change, and tires rotated by late afternoon on Monday.

Ron’s gives great service for a reasonable price. My car was recently serviced and Jeff convinced me not to drive it in the meantime, which was the best thing for my safety and I appreciate him speaking up.

I didn't have my kids with me today, but if I did, I know they would have loved the kids area. The waiting room is cozy, but the natural light is pleasant. There were complimentary beverages, and wifi. Everyone was very nice and it was a nice experience.

Employees are very nice and helpful. I've been going to them if I have any problems and they inform me if I have or will have an issue with my vehicle. I recommend these guys. Thank you for your help.

Lance and the guys are great! I needed my new tires and lug nuts replace immediately due to a trip I am taking. They wasted no time in getting my truck on the rack and getting a top notch job done. I was a walk-in……. I didn’t except such good service done so quickly! Thanks … DuWayne. Ps…… I’ll be back!

Ron's Automotive provided an excellent service. They replaced the engine timing belt and accessory belts and replaced an engine valve cover gasket. My car is running much better now! They inspected the transmission for any leaks. They also found the brake fluid was low and this preliminary brake inspection was done at no extra cost. I'm grateful I also received a $100 discount by being a AAA member. They have solid customer service with phone calls and in-person conversation, and they sent a report with photos of what they found. The manager Zach is straightforward. I recommend them.

Came in because I couldn't figure out how to replace the rear bulbs on my car (it's imported so things are a bit weird compared to normal). They were able to get it figured out and replaced the bulbs for me so I didn't end up with a ticket. Dave was a big help and found time to squeeze me in for my request. Really appreciate them!

Very happy with Ron's Automotive. Bought a 2901 Chevy Silverado and worked with Ron's to make it a daily driver. My Service Advisor Jeff did a great job in helping me identify and prioritize the work that needed to be done. Work was done in a timely manner. Huge improvement in the handling and drivability of the truck. While we did not address everything with this visit, Jeff and I formulated a game plan to address the remaining issues.

Brought my Subaru in for a pre-trip inspection for a move across country! I felt like the folks at Ron’s were really straightforward. They managed to assess and complete the work all in the same day for a reasonable price. I felt like the pricing was fair and I’d definitely recommend them! Thank you guys for an easy experience and for not upselling me on unnecessary services. They were very clear on what items could wait a while longer and what items were truly needed, and I appreciated it.

Very professional, accessible, and friendly staff…willing to listen and answer questions. Gave us a prompt and concise estimate of the value of our potential new vehicle.

DO NOT take your car here. They are scammers, do your homework before trusting anything they tell you. I brought my car with a rattling sound that had progressively gotten louder, knowing it was likely the axel that is what I told them I wanted fix. I got a call a week later that it was going to be 3600 to fix all the issues, unbelievable. The car ran beautifully besides the rattling. I sent the diagnostic form they send to my friend who is a mechanic (but I couldn't take the car to due to the distance), he said nothing listed on the form was going to fix the issue I brought it in for and that most of the charges were for "extremely overpriced" preventative maintenance. I asked how much it was to do what I asked for which was fix the axel. they quoted me 460 dollars for labor on replacing the axel. Insane. For 2 shop hours? The axel was 280, too cheap to be from a Subaru dealer, a big markup on an aftermarket axel. I told them absolutely not. My friends know mechanics here and ended up sending me to a mechanic in the area they trusted that charged me a total of 250 dollars to fix the issue I brought it in for, the part they cut me a deal on and 70 an hour for labor. I know not everyone can do that if they don't know other mechanics, but do your homework at the very least. Read the other reviews. I will say, my brother went here for a timing chain and considering the labor involved in that his quote was far more reasonable. I am a 25 year old women who looks 18, I'm used to mechanics thinking they can pull this kind of thing with me and won't do my homework. Either way, if the price feels high then go somewhere else (if you can) and see what they say. I wouldn't trust this shop. After the car was done by the other mechanic it runs perfectly.

I recently brought my diesel truck into Ron's to have a few things fixed. I feel they were very fair and honest about explaining the issues needing to be repaired. The repairs were completed and I'm back on the road feeling like my truck was repaired correctly. Big thankyou to everyone at Ron's you guys rock! Definitely my favorite mechanics in town.

Want to thank Dave at Ron's Automotive. Had a spun wheel bearing on my Toyota Venza and was told to bring it in the next morning. They inspected and provided me a report on the entire vehicle and was able to repair the car same day. Thanks for keeping it real Ron's Automotive!

This was my first experience with Ron's Automotive and they were fantastic! Zach and his team took really good care of me and my car and went out of their way to figure out my car's situation.

I brought my pickup truck to Ron's because I was having battery issue, constant dead battery/electrical issues. Their team was positive adjective, e.g., quick/professional/thorough] and clearly explained the diagnosis and repair. The issue was fixed perfectly, and I was back on the road fast. Highly recommend this shop for any truck service! Zack was great to work with as well.

We brought our BMW to Ron’s Auto after it had been overheating (totally our fault for letting it run out of coolant). Another shop told us the repairs would be around $4,000. Before agreeing to anything, we called Ron’s to ask what they would charge for the same work. What completely blew me away was that instead of just quoting the job and taking our money, they insisted on checking the car first to make sure that work was even necessary. And sure enough—after doing all the tests, they called to tell us the car didn’t actually need all that expensive work. They were in the perfect position to take advantage of us—we were desperate, and I even told them to go ahead with the job. But they stopped me and said, “Let’s check it out first.” That kind of honesty is almost unheard of. They chose integrity over profit, and that means everything. I believe Zachary was the one who helped me and he was so professional and did a great job of explaining things to us and always keeping us in the loop Because of this experience, Ron’s Auto has earned our trust for life. We’ll only be going here from now on. Highly, highly recommend!

First time using Ron's Automotive, having just moved to the area and it was recommended. Had a synthetic oil change done. Reasonable price, staff are friendly and explain everything, and they provide information about the work they did and recommend in the future.

Here is my honest review. This location treated me so poorly it’s unbelievable. I came in with two issues, my headlights flickering and my engine revving with the slip indicator light turning on only while completely stopped. I had hoped they would be able to diagnose and help me with this. Previously, I had installed a new battery and new alternator 4 months ago and it seemed my issues were resolved at the time. Without even checking my alternator, they claimed my alternator was bad and I needed a new one. They quoted me just over $1,100 to R&R a new alternator. When I said I would go home and test my alternator myself, I was met with attitude telling me to not test and that it’s bad and I need a new one. Well, I went home and tested the alternator with a multimeter and found it to be just fine. In case that wasn’t enough, I got a battery charger that also tests the alternator. Even that said my alternator was good. I also have the certificate that came with the one I installed stating it’s been tested and was good to go. In addition to this alternator issue, they lied about my tire pressure. I went into the shop with pressure around 27 cold, 29 warm. My tires are rated for 33, my car lets me know the pressure. The receipt paper I received said all four of my tires were 35 which was fishy. When I got back into my car, the tire pressure was still 28. I took it home and also tested the tires with a gauge to see if my car was faulty. The gauge read 28/29 for all four tires. I don’t even know if they did anything to my car, with the exception of taking some photos to prove they at least visually inspected a few components. How am I supposed to trust a business that lies about something as small as tire pressure and rely on someone who tries to push an unnecessary charge on me! I’ve heard similar stories from women in my circle about this exact shop too. Shameful behavior.

Went to start my truck and it was completely dead. Wouldn't even jump start. There was no weakening of the battery. Just one day the truck worked, and the next day it didnt. Took the battery to Ron's and they said it was likely a bunch of technical stuff having to do with new fangled electronic stuff, and it would likely resolve with a new battery. I didnt understand one word but I trust Ron's so I bought the new battery and everything works great now. The point is... a lot of places would have started replacing alternators, fuel pumps and brake pads when the truck didnt start, running up a 1k plus bill. When we first moved down here to the flat lands we asked the neighbors if there was a shop we could trust. Everyone said Ron's. Bottom line, if youre looking for an honest shop, go to Ron's.

My car broke down due to an alternator issue. I first called AAA and got my car towed to Ron's Automotive. They did a diagnostic test, confirmed it was a problem with the alternator, then had it replaced within 2 days. Zack at Ron's Automotive was very easy to talk to and also informed me of a few other issues they found. I highly recommend them! I'll be back later to replace my timing belts

I always get my oil change at Ron’s Automotive. They always do a great job and can easily fit me into the schedule. They are reasonably priced and do a great job.

Got my oil changed at Ron’s Automotive and it went super smooth! They did a full check on the car and told me what might need attention, but didn’t push me to fix everything right away like some other places do (love that). Heads up though—don’t book right at noon, they’re on lunch 😅. Really happy with the service, everyone was great. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional service from Zach! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an issue with my car and was unable to be serviced by any other dealership in the Portland/Vancouver area same day. He did a full assessment of what was wrong which turned out wasn’t what I thought it was. He could’ve easily done my service and charged me full price but brought to my attention that my work vehicle was still under warranty and could be covered through any local dealerships. Highly recommend and will be back here with my personal car!!
