This company does not care about you they took 4 hours just for us to have to cancel. I know the owner is probably reading this and he's probably just gonna say some rude childish comment like he has to the other negative reviews but you need to get your act together and learn how to run a business. You obviously don't care about leaving people on the side of the road.

EDIT: I needed another tow and Patriot was dispatched again. I was leary and asked the dispatcher if they were going to show up this time.and she did mention that they prioritize calls where a person is stranded with their vehicle and since mine was unattended it had been pushed back. I understand . This time, they were very prompt and when I spoke to the driver he told me that he was 3 min from my vehicle, the previous time, when my insurance called him off. He also told me that he is the only driver for the company so it is very busy. It turns out that there was also a 2 hour gap between when my insurance canceled the call and when they told me they canceled, leading me to believe that we waited until 330pm before calling a different company. So, lack of communication between my insurance co and the tow company and myself seems to be the problem I had a tow set up through my insurance company and I was told 53 minutes until arrival. I was able to track my arrival time and when it said "nearly there" I waited outside. I waited and waited and finally, after about 30 minutes, after it should have been here. I called the company and the dispatcher said, i'm so sorry, we got really busy.It's gonna be another hour. They never showed up, never called me just left me hanging. They even quit answering the phone when my insurance company called. So rude and unprofessional.

Requested a tow 15 hours ahead of time through my insurance. Despite this notice, they missed the ETA by over 3 hours. Absolutely unacceptable

Ordered a tow thru my insurance company. my car was not tied down and fell off the tow truck damaging my garage and car and they dont want to pay for the damage..... ... The owner was sooo rude and wanted to deal with it without going thru insurance.... (I agreed)... the company only repaired my garage and would not repaint the garage or fix the damage to my car. I ended up calling the insurance company to fix the problem.....

Towing company sent out by my insurance to help tow my VERY large car to the shop. I had to wait a bit longer than expected but my driver was kind, helpful, and able to get my car where it needed to go. Thank you!

They accepted my tow request then proceeded to miss the ETA, say it’ll be another 1.5 hours ETA from the original ETA, and then when calling it goes straight to voicemail when me and even my insurance calls them. I needed the tow by a deadline, I put in the request early and they had 3 hours AFTER ACCEPTING the tow to arrive and left me with more problems. Judging by other reviews, my experience is not unique and this company is very poor at fulfilling their duties as a tow service.

Patriot showed up to tow my vehicle for the roadside assistance through my car insurance. John was quick, friendly and helpful! It was kind a of a weird situation I needed out of and he navigated it very professionally.

After waiting over 2 1/2 hours, I was told that something more important came up and they had to cancel my request for a tow. Are you kidding me being parked in an unsafe illegal location and they still can’t seem to be respectful enough to let me know when things are delayed Over and over again.

John was very professional and friendly. Arrived right on time and was very efficient. This is the second time I’ve needed a tow and both times it was Patriot. Highly recommend.

Kelley was amazing! Great customer service. Wonderful communication throughout the entire transaction. Genuinely acted like she cared. Took care of my vehicle. As a district manager I would love to have someone like this on my team. I hope you take care of him because if you ever look for a job I’ll be more than happy to bring them my way. Hats off to you Kelly an excellent customer service.

I had a tire blow out unfortunately there are no spare tires in new vehicles. I had patriots towing come tow my car to dealership. I was upset about being stranded waiting for a tow as we all know could take hours. Patriot Towing showed up within an hour which was great considering my location. Kelly was amazing. He waited with me without hesitation until my ride could arrive to pick me up. He was very clean ( not dirty like most tow truck drivers that show up fresh from being under a car) I have added them to my contacts and will use them again should the occasion arise.

I have used Patriot Towing several times to tow my classic cars and my Snap On tool box. The driver always goes above and beyond to make sure my cars and toolbox are put in the exact spot I want them. I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend this company.

A bit weird in that the driver picking up my car from our home never once talked to me, not even to get payment, and I had to call dispatch to pay and get clarification. However, dispatch was great; they showed up only a little later than expected; the price was good, and they got the car there. I think really just the driver I got might have not been the best, but overall I’m satisfied!

Aaron is the great guy. He has a big heart and so nice. He is really helpful. I think he is not getting paid enough for what he does. 5 stars here no cap!

Had a terrible experience through Chrysler Road Service. The driver showed up and I specifically asked him if he knew how to drop the jeep off at the dealer and where the after your key drop was. He said yes and he had done it several times. Then the next morning the jeep was not at the dealer and it took me several hours to track down that they dropped it in their storage yard. This of course then required a new tow to finally get it delivered to the dealer. It took all day and now it will not get looked at until the next day. No communication and terrible customer service.

Patriot tow was the tow provider that responded to my roadside assistance request. My car wouldn't start and was home in my driveway. They were late and continued to postpone/update the ETA. The dispatcher did not provide the driver the correct drop-off address (dealership), but instead provided the street and city that the dealership was on. The driver drove the vehicle to the destination given by the dispatcher, an intersection on the street of the dealership, and instead of calling the roadside provider or me (insurance holder) they turned around, towed it out of Portland across state lines, and put it in storage. They did not inform the roadside assistance provider, or me, that it was not delivered and placed in storage. I was unaware until I called the dealership the following morning to confirm receipt- who indicated "it hadn't arrived" and didn't know what to tell me. I called Patriot Towing and they indicated it was in storage and that I'd have to call my roadside assistance provider to coordinate it getting out of storage and delivered to the correct place - the dealership that I originally requested it be sent to. After days of dealing with my roadside provider and them dealing with the tow company - the roadside provided went to pay the tow, jump, and storage fees to have it released and towed to the correct location. THEN Patriot Towing refused to release my vehicle and demanded more money. It was referred to me as a "hostage vehicle situation" and that the authorities should be involved. My roadside assistance provider paid it to get it off the lot and out of their hands. Again, Patriot Towing continued to prolong the pick up time- pushing it hour by hour. The tow off their lot, again across state lines, was delayed an entire day! It wasnt until 3 days after the initial tow request that it was sent to the correct location to be worked on. Dirty, slimy, and corrupt way of doing business. I will never recommend this company to anyone and suggest people seeking a tow stay clear of them.

Very pleased- we waited over 6 hours for the first tow company my insurance had called and they never showed. My insurance eventually called Patriot, and they reached out to us within minutes to let us know they were on the way. The woman who called us was very sweet, and their truck was there within a half hour. The driver was extremely polite, efficient and fast, to tow or lifted truck. Thank you 🙏🏽

I ignored the reviews and went with my gut and I am glad I did. It was towing perfection. On time, very careful with my suv, nice people, and all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Patriot Towing LCC was dispatched by my insurance to retrieve my vehicle in a parking lot at 11:54pm. My roadside assistance agent assured me they will be here within 60-90 minutes. At 01:29am, my roadside assistant agent texted asking if they arrived, they have not. I waited 2 hours for their assistance. Then I had to recall my agent to call this company. My agent himself said the shop did not answer after numerous calls. At 02:08am, we had to cancel our service with this company. Also, after looking at the reviews… it seems like the only response from the owner is “we are hiring drivers”. The lack of apology clearly shows what kind of business this is. Every place is hiring for drivers, but it doesn’t excuse that THE COMPANY accepted the job a insurance provider dispatched. Please don’t list your business is open at this time when it clearly isn’t. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Patriot towing is the best !!! They are professional on time and they take exceptional care with your vehicle. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are from the office to the drivers . Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way ~ thanks for great service I can count on .

The situation was not a pleasant one. Having a car break down, and then having to repeatedly explain to State Farm’s roadside service where I was and where I wanted it towed to, and them not understand after me explaining it multiple times to them. I was extremely frustrated by it all. Luckly, the tow truck driver was fantastic. He quickly understood my directions, and he came within 15 minutes. He was very polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He very quickly rigged the car up, he knew exactly where I wanted it towed to, and he got it there quickly and safely. As a result of his service, I was able to talk with the shop owners before they closed for the day. I greatly appreciate the tow! You guys are great!! Thank you so much!

Driver was courteous and we had a good conversation on the way to the repair shop. Driver arrived within specified time (15 min) and was efficient in getting the car loaded.

I had lost all hope of being able to get a tow truck while I was stranded in the middle of the Glenn Jackson bridge from 11pm-8:15 am. Multiple companies lied about sending a truck. Travis showed up extremely fast. Even ran into some issues with my car being a bit too low, but he had all the tools to help and improvised where he needed. Super friendly, took many photos for documentation, really felt like I was in good hands. If I could give Travis and Patriot towing a 10 star rating, I would. 10/10 will use again, as well as keep it as a recommendation for others. Great job guys!

Waiting for towing is a time of tension. Early during the wait time I received a call from the tow person that he was on his way. That was very helpful. Also, I was concerned he might not find me but that was not a problem. He arrived, understood the situation, quickly loaded the car and drove us to the repair place. We arrived, he talked with the repair person to understand the parking requirements and off loaded my car. He was friendly, understanding, and responded to my questions professionally. I very much appreciated his service and thank him for doing a great job.

Removing tie-down straps snagged and broke ABS sensor wires on my vehicle after towing. The person at Patriot claims they have pictures showing no damage to vehicle, therefore there is no liability. They did not take photos of sensor wires located behind the wheel. Tell me how is it possible that my ABS light was NOT ON before towing? And after towing the ABS light WAS ON? I am very displeased with your service and will not use Patriot again.

Got my rig stuck after coming to a stop above a 20ft drop with the whole family in the car. We were so fortunate to be connected to Patriot Towing. Their dispatch was compassionate and quickly matched me to a driver named Jake that was near me. Jake called me 20 minutes later and promptly arrived afterward. Jake took great care in assessing the slick hillside and methodically proceeded to solidly position his rig in order to retrieve mine. Jake was knowledgeable, professional and focused on safety throughout the job. I was pleased and relieved to get my family and our vehicle home safely last night. Thank you Jake and thank you Patriot Towing for taking care of my family. We will be honored to recommend you to our friends.
