Great customer service was able to get me in right away and communicated what the problem was right away and repair my tire under warranty.

Good news, I brought my car in for a lifetime alignment which I'm super happy about, I was in and out of the shop within an hour and the service manager, Mat was absolutely wonderful, I had some noises in the front end, he had his mechanic perform the alignment and took it for a test drive to determine the noises. I'm super happy for Mat and his team, they did a fantastic job and everything is now better. I highly recommend Firestone, Mat and his team. Will I be back, absolutely !

Went in with a tire’s blew out with no appointment and the staff got it fixed with oils changed under an hour. Nice people. Thanks for your service and help.

This firestone did a tremendous service on my vehicle, store manager Mat is the embodiment of what customer service is about. Clear, and precise communication paired with respect and hospitality. This is the Firestone you should choose for any future needs. Be sure to ask for Mel if you have the opportunity he is Exceptionally skilled and is very precise and knowledgeable. My go to guy for any vehicle work needed done.

Mel was awesome! He explained everything to me. I definitely recommend this place. I should mention that they have an alignment special. It worked really well for me having a 4×4.

I walked in to have a tire repair made from a screw that punctured the tire. I explained that the car is a rental, and my wife and I noticed one of the tires was “running low” on air. I stepped out to look at the tire, and immediately saw the metal device sticking out of the tire. My wife made an appt to a different facility, and by the time I was ready to drive there it was already closed. I drove to Firestone, and immediately noticed the professionalism of how the business was running. I explained my wife and I are from out of state, came to Vancouver to visit family, and the car is a rental. I showed the gentleman who works at Firestone the rental key, and he said “oh yeah, we’ve done tons of business with them.” After the tire was repaired, the gentleman showed me the screw that punctured the tire, which was huge and had no sharp point. He gave me the key to the car, and said “have a good day, no charge!” That made my day!! JJ

There was some miscommunication about where some hubcentric rings where located. They were needed for my wheel/tire install. Long story short, they corrected the mistake (miscommunication on both of our parts) and had me on my way in a relatively short amount of time. People make mistakes. It's going to happen. It's how you handle the person/situation that is far more important. And Matt, and his team, did a good job of that.

They are always fast and reliable! Got my flat repair done in less than an hour! Highly recommend! Thanks Matt

This Firestone did a wonderful job and helped assist us with our car problems quickly, seamlessly, and with thorough explanation. Would do business with them again!

I've been a customer at Firestone for over 15 years and rely on them for all my tire needs. I’ve had great experiences at the Olympia, Kennewick, and Vancouver locations. The service is always friendly, honest, and reliable. Shout out to Dennis at the Fourth Plain store. He always goes out of his way to help out and to make us smile.

It was fantastic and a knowledgeable experience. I was a little shocked that a full synthetic oil change cost me $100. I absolutely love the lifetime alignments though! I felt it was worth the price. I would recommend Firestone to friends and family.

Had a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Most places were closed. This place took me within 20 minutes, did a great job fixing the hole, rebalanced the tire/wheel and filled all others for $33. Very pleased😁

Went in for oil change and got it. Driving around for a few days and noticed an oil smell. Figured some oil got spilled and thought it would burn off. A couple of days later it still smelled so I decided to have a look. The oil cap was off but luckily it was still on the engine but oil was everywhere on the engine and compartment. What a amateur shop.

Very pleasant service, previously in with the suspicion of possible transmission issues but wasn’t sure. Thankfully after a few weeks of hypothesizing and testing we finally tracked my problems back to faulty spark from my coil packs, which in the long run saved me an extra 3k in overall expenses. Highly recommend, if you have any questions or concerns about your vehicles health and longevity, give Firestone a call and they will work with you to keep your vehicle on the road instead of sitting in your driveway.

I’ve had services with them in the last and they do strive for quality, unfortunately that does run them a little more expensive, but I’ve never had to go back to repair their errors and their services are on the fast side. That’s a good record so far!

They had my tires in stock and finished in about an hour and a half. They put my car on the alignment lift and showed me that the rear was a little off. But didnt try to push it. I will be back later to have the alignment done. Probably at 5,000 mi.

Staff was super friendly from right when you walked into the door. Dennis worked on my jeep cherokee and was super fast and helped me out alot when a plug from my mud flap came out and was able to put it back in. Great service.

Seems like they did okay work on the car itself. However, we spent all day here. We had an appointment at 10 am and we are still waiting at 3 pm, not sure if all services take this long, but it seems like it shouldn’t take this long especially when we scheduled an appointment.

Great service & went above & above! I pulled in just as they had closed (my tire air warning light had just came on) & Shane opened the bay back up & took care of my tire just before we were going on a trip. Later I came back for additional service & the whole team was great! Thanks SO MUCH!

Both Mel and Hunter did an amazing job. Went the extra mile for me and I appreciate them. Great place to get car work done.

Alignment was done well. Been going here for almost 2 years. So far so good. $230 pays for lifetime alignment. Not 5 stars because one time they broke my key fob which after I bought new one they reimbursed my new key fob cost.

Visiting Vancouver and an hour away from home, my wife hits a curb ~ 2 tires blow! It's 3:30 p.m., and most places are closed. Firestone was open until 6:00. Called AAA and just hope that they would make it to me in time before Firestone closed. Luckily they did, and everyone at Firestone was super nice and treated me like a priority. Know we needed to obviously replace the two blown tires, but the other two were fairly worn... they were having a special that when you purchase four tires, you get money back ... so we opted for that, also had time for an oil change and new windshield wipers! My wife entered the store in panic mode, but Firestone really took care of her, helped her to calm down, and insured her that everything would be okay. AAA picked up the car at 340p & by 522pm, my wife was back on the road heading home! THANKS FOR SAVING THE DAY!

It was easy to get an appointment and was able to get helped right away. When the manager was initially going to charge me for rotating my tires, I mentioned that I had never been charged for tire rotation in the past as long as I had Firestone tires, he removed the charge for tire rotation even though I had not actually purchased the tires directly from Firestone.

Tristan (over the phone) and the gentleman who actually processed the sale the next day, were courteous and consistent with the quote given for service. They were shorthanded for techs, but still got me in and out timely. The gentleman who I can't recall his name, even walked me to the door as I have a cane and the floors slick finish made me walk carefully. A few days earlier, I stopped in for a tire inflation and a red haired tech took great care of me as well. Overall, consistently great service from all three employees. 👍🏾

I have gotten my tires changed a few times here and they’re always very friendly and efficient. My partner also needed to have her car’s tire patched after a nail and they were able to give us an appointment first thing the next morning. The staff has always been very professional and explains everything needed very well.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 6pm for an oil change I came in at least 40 min early and by 6:40pm my car still wasn't in the bay. They told me they'll get me in whenever they're able too. I don't understand how you aren't able to adhere to your appointments. What is the point if we're going to be waiting god knows how long. And the pricing is insane. How the hell is 5 quarts of penzol oil 90 dollars? Literally anywhere it is 25-35 at high end. It is an insane mark up price even with a 25 dollar discount total service is 90 dollars+.

Service was fast and thorough, they checked in with me on a couple of issues, gave me a detailed breakdown and provided clarification on my questions, and Nick did a great job going over my car. I even got my information breakdown before they handed my keys back because they were that on the ball. Often times you find places that do most of that and do it ok, but it's always a great feeling to drive way after stellar service. Also, reasonable prices. Been coming here for a while and will come back again.

My wife's car needed an alignment. I've had good experiences here in the past so this is where I sent her. She told me Mel was the guy that helped her out and was super polite and professional and went above and beyond to make sure her car left the shop ready for the road, so I just wanted to say thanks. I do most of my own maintenance, but i can't do alignments so Firestone it was. I'm 99.9% sure Mel is the guy that helped me out way back when too. Glad to know there are still good mechanics around.

Do not waste your money on the lifetime alignment warranty. You are basically paying for them to treat you like garbage. The last 4 times I have gotten an alignment I have taken my vehicle here first and then it was so bad afterwards I tried taking it to the one in Hazel Dell. This is the final result (see photos). I cannot believe the incompetence of these workers. Why was my hood open while my truck was in the bay? Absolutely terrible customer service, rude staff. If you are not early they will put another vehicle in front of yours and you have to wait for them to do that vehicle too. 2/2 garbage alignments this go around. Im not the only one either. My friend has a lifetime alignment warranty as well. They left clamps on his CV boots and drive shaft. The first time they did it he had to have his boots replaced. He also went to this location too and they did it again! Thank goodness he checked before he left the parking lot. What do I do now? Take my vehicle elsewhere and pay I guess. What a waste of literally 8 hours waiting for them to fix not a single thing. Don’t trust them, this is so dangerous it could cause an accident.

Read if you’re interested how this business will “make it right” when they mess up a job. TLDR; These guys may not be competent enough to be able to find the AC button on your vehicle and then they will quote you 1600 to partially rebuild your AC and then when they become aware of their mistake they will offer you 10% off but only if you ask, and they will think that “makes it right” Here’s the full honest story of my experience today. Went in for a scheduled AC service at 9am. At 11am They quoted me 1600 to replace the compressor and valves. The said the compressor was dead and the system had leaks at two valves and the compressor. I politely declined the 1600 work order and paid for the diagnostic. I then returned to my vehicle, popped the hood, turned on my AC and the compressor engaged. I went back inside and told them the compressor was working and the manager Sly came out to confirm. He then had his mechanic come out to see that the compressor was working. They then asked which button I pressed to turn on the AC. I Showed them the button marked with a snowflake icon. They told me they didn’t see that button and instead were pressing the cabin air recirculate button by accident. Folks, I’ve included a picture of my console, there are 4 buttons. This isn’t rocket science! They then offered to bring it back in the bay and they would replace two Shraeder valves and recharge it and I should be good to go. I walked accross the street to grab a coffee for 30 minutes and noticed that my car was in the bay but nobody was working on it. When the manager saw I was present I watched him quickly run into the service bay and grab the new valves and start the job. He replaced the valves in 10 minutes and then hooked up the refrigerant to the system and walked away. 20 minutes or so later nobody had returned to the job. The manager then opened the door to the maintenance area and I heard him yell to his mechanic to not forget about the AC job. The mechanic soon returned, looked at his machine for second, turned on the vehicle I assume to check that it was blowing cold air, then disconnected the equipment and drove the vehicle out. I observed a total of 20 minutes of people engaged in this job on my vehicle. The manager had his sales person ring me up though he was present at another computer. The sales person said the total would be ~$330 for the parts and labour which was full-price. I then proposed that they had an opportunity to “make it right” and offer me a discount they felt was appropriate. Sly quietly came to the computer and selected a discount code for the other employee. Ok, he said, minus 10% that will now be… I told them that I didn’t think 10% seemed appropriate given the circumstances. I pointed out their founder’s quote on the wall “I believe fundamental honestly is the keystone of business.” I told them I will leave an honest review, no exaggerations, of my experience today. I will include exactly what they did to “make it right”. The manager seemed visibly upset and said, “what do you expect me to do, give you this for free?” I told them I just wanted them to give me a discount they honestly felt would be appropriate and “make it right” for their customer. He said 10% was all he would offer me. So there you have it folks. These guys may not be competent enough to be able to find the AC button on your vehicle and then quote you 1600 to partially rebuild your AC and then when they become aware of their mistake they will offer you 10% off but only if you ask, and they will think that “makes it right”
