I have personally sold or helped people sell many junk cars. I'm very well versed in the experience and what to expect. I stopped calling for the best price and just stick with junk car boys. They keep their word, there's no games, and they give you the best price when it comes time to actually pay. I trust these people and recommend them highly.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I called on Thursday, and they gave me a quote for $200. Afterwards, I got a message saying they would give me $250 with a free tow. I accepted. Fast forward to Monday, I have three different messages over the weekend garunteeing and confirming a $250 price with a free tow. I scheduled a pickup on Monday at 11am, and 10 minutes AFTER the pickup time at 11:10am, they contacted me saying that they can only pay me $75 dollars because I wasn't taking it to them. Even though they specifically offered a free tow 3 seperate times. I was unhappy, but still accepted. A few minutes after accepting the $75 offer, they just cancelled, and I had to work out a deal with the tow company they put me in contact with just to get it gone because I had already taken a day off of work. I spent four days trying to sell a perfectly good vehicle for way under what it's worth, and they still tried to rob me over 60% of the agreed upon price that was already under 10% of what it's worth. Do not do any business with these people, they are not honest and they will try and rob you.

They made the process quick and easy. Driver showed up on time and gave me an extra few minutes to finish clearing my stuff out. Would recommend to anyone trying to get rid of an unwanted car.

They responded to the inquiry same day and when they picked up the car then did not try and haggle for a lower price. And the tow truck driver showed up on time.

Junk Car Boys gave me good quote for my car and quickly came to pick up once I accepted their offer. There was no haggling which I was worried about and the tow truck driver was very helpful with getting the bill of sale as well as the other paperwork completed.

Had a car the blew and stripped a spark plug at the cylinder. It was an older car so we decided to go the scrap route to unload it quickly. Shopped around and Junk Car Boys was the most responsive as well as the highest quote around. Scheduling was easy and there contracted tow company picked up the vehicle the same week. Driver of the tow company was courteous and answered all my questions. $ did not change from quote to cash in hand. 5 Stars, would recommend.

The person who came to buy and tow the car seemed nice. It's just that the people that sent him, didn't read the form correctly. I stated on their online form that there were "no keys". When the driver came he asked for the keys. When I said I had none he called someone and then instead of the "guaranteed" quote, they asked if they could pay $130 less. I didn't argue, I just wanted to cars gone. So if you want a (at least for me) quick service to pick up your old car, they seem fine I guess. Just remember nothing is ever guaranteed.

In November 2023 my beloved 2000 Honda was beyond repair. I had to figure out what to do with her, as a single senior I didn't have many options. Junk Car Boys was recommended by repair shop. I called, agreed to fair price for her, and arranged pickup. Everything went smoothly, they had all paperwork and cash ready for me, the driver was friendly. He did a inspection, agreed to her condition and off she went. It was a huge stress off my shoulders as I had a lot of other issues to deal with (getting another car). It was a very simple and quick process from start to finish with the Junk Car Boys. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. My family and I had to move just recently and need to get rid of a van that was keeping the drive way from floating away lol called these guys up was able to get it towed next day process was smooth and simple give the details of your car schedule a time boom they show take the car and you get cash money baby. They were very friendly and got the ball rolling quickly for pickup of my old explorer. They had great communication with me about when the driver would be there and the driver also called ahead when he was 30 minutes out. I was moving during the day of my pickup so the communication helped me schedule my day accordingly. Once the driver was there the transaction and pick up took all of maybe 7 minutes. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
