John recently towed my ford escape and he was beyond professional and was friendly and courteous. He was very careful with my car and did a great job. He was super quick and got my car where it needed to be on time! Also the lady who answered the phone was super helpful and friendly as well. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This is the best tow company around and there drivers are beyond amazing! Thanks again John, I appreciate you!

The driver was professional they're really good fairly quickly arriving to the accident but boy they're expensive I want 5 mi it cost me over 400 bucks.

Was pretty bummed when my Corvette shorted out and needed a Tow. Called Action Towing and they had their driver John out within 30 minutes. His confidence, positivity, and professionalism completely turned around my bad mood. I had previously had bad experiences with tow companies, one even damaged my corvette, but John did an amazing job and made me feel confident in his work. definitely recommend this company. Action Towing was excellent! Sara and Celina (the owner) helped me over the phone to get my daughter's van towed on the weekend after hours. John was the driver and was professional, friendly and an excellent driver. They were recommended to me from my longtime car shop, Top Performance Auto. Action Towing can count on me to give them a call whenever I need their services again.

Unfortunately, we had to have an abandoned vehicle towed off of our property. I called Action Towing and they were amazing. The gal that answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable. I got a call when the driver was on the way. I was given a 20 eta and from the phone call to arrival it was 21 minutes. (I was very impressed) The driver was very nice. The entire process was pain free. Thank you Action Towing!!

I’ll try and make this as short as possible. I’ve never had to hire a tow company. So as you can imagine I was pretty worried about calling the right guys. Fortunately I found Action Towing. I contacted them on a holiday, letting them I need my car towed. I informed them I do have an expensive highly modified and lowered car. They reassured me they will take care of me and be very careful. They got me scheduled for the next day. I wasn’t on-site when my vehicle had to be towed. But my Wife was there. They waited over 30 minutes for the shop to open up so they can retrieve my vehicle. They treated my wife with the upmost respect and was very patient with both of us having our concerns. They took their time loading up my vehicle with precision ensuring my vehicle would not be damaged. They successfully loaded up my vehicle and brought it to our home. They went as far as bringing it into my shop (mind you it’s not easy to get in) so it didn’t sit out in the rain. The vehicle was unloaded safely with no damage. They did wonderful service with a perfect execution. Wonderful customer service at a low cost. I greatly appreciate John the tech that took wonderful care of my vehicle and wife. Thank you again!

Had to get a tow last night for my jeep patriot. Our driver JM was so prompt, professional and easy going. I wish I could give him 10 stars because he is such a gentleman and hard working guy. Thank you for getting me off the street and for having such a great attitude. If I ever need a tow again, I will be calling Action Towing.

Called an auto shop (Casey's Independent, would recommend them on the basis of them picking a good tow company to work with but didn't actually get work done so won't be leaving them a review) hoping to get a car that wouldn't start a look at. They said they could and I would need to get a third party tow, pointing me towards this company as their unofficial partner. John got there pretty darn quick after I called them up, and before even doing anything he did a quick check with me about the symptoms my vehicle was facing, after I described the issue to him he said let me try something real quick and if it doesn't work he'd tow me on down. Well low and behold this miracle worker got me up and running on the spot and saved me a lot of time and money. Everyone involved in the process both at reception and John himself were wonderful people to work with and after all was said and done John even pointed me to some next steps I could take to make sure my car stayed on the road. Absolutely wonderful people, I pray I won't need to call them again but if I need a tow in the area I know my first choice.

Just had my car towed by a gentleman named Jorge, first and foremost I really appreciate before he even touched my car, he asked if I wanted to connect hooks or straps to my suspension this was for my 66 Impala.. very professional and made this bad situation I was in so much better. I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely the kindest company I’ve worked with. My vehicle had broke down the morning of me and my husbands anniversary, and let me say what a start to the day! The gentleman was so nice considering he had to drive from Vancouver to Oregon City. Shortly after we came home to flowers and a card! Aside from the gesture I felt my car was well taken care of and had a peace of mind getting it home safely. I will recommend to everyone I know!

I had the best experience! My after hours hookup was less than my business hours hookup elsewhere. The lady on the phone was exceptionally nice and helpful. The towing experience was the best I have ever had. Then to finish it off they made a recommendation for a local owned shop nearby to get my repairs. I had to utilize this company twice in two days (😆) and they were great! Super friendly dispatch, VERY quick response time (10 and 15 min!) Reasonable pricing and professional drivers. Highly recommend.

These guys were super awesome and very friendly! Great to work with after our car was totaled so that we could get all of our belongings out of our car. Definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow!

They impounded a vehicle I sold to someone who didn't register it. The whole situation was my fault, but it didn't help that thes people were rude and I had to pry a simple answer for the resolution of this situation out of the. They are disorganized and can't be bothered to answer simple questions.

Such a relief to get a quick response early morning on a weekday. The operator was pleasant, calming and was efficient in getting my car to it's location...twice in one day! Highly recommend this company!

Ive dealt with Action Towing a few times... their staff has been exceptionally polite, and easy to work with... from the office to the actual truck operators. I wont call anyone else, and I have been telling everyone I know that these guys are awesome!

I own a repair shop and have tow trucks at my shop all the time. Action has been my first call for nearly 7 years because they are consistently the fastest, friendliest, best pricing, and take good care of my customers.

I don't know what lady I talked to on the phone but god forbid you actually do your job instead of giving me a hard time while I'm trying to find out the location of where I was so we can help this lady get her car out of this ditch she was in. She had a baby In the backseat too so the situation was already stressful and the lady on the phone just sounded exasperated and annoyed and suggested we just call someone else. Absolutely unprofessional.

I don't recommend them, the only professional thing is that they charge great $bucks$ scratched my car with the wires that went over the car so u can see there wonderfully truck and telling me it was there, my car was dusty and you can see were the wires were place and how they moved from side to side on turn, don't have to be a detective. NOTE Action Towing, Custom Towing and Towing & Recovery are the same company from the same location.

Very friendly on the phone, prompt service, and super nice driver who came to pick up my car. They also have fantastic prices. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them.

Called to have them look at several cars that had been abandoned on our property to see if they would take them. After being told they would be by in 1 hr , i called back after 2 and of course they had been hug up and would be right here after another hour called back and was told a driver had been out and looked and that they wouldn't be able to take them . Noone came to the door , the dogs never barked we waited all day . Ultimately they lied to me and wasted a whole day i could have been working to have these vehicles removed . Never call this company.
