The lady at the Hazel Dell store was extremely helpful and found the radiator that I needed and also because there are 2 different types for the same vehicle with a very significant price difference. Driving from Hazel Dell to Kelso was very worth the drive to save over $100 .

Shared the battery return policy with myself. After speaking with manager, and providing proof of a bad battery that I had tested/replaced by my dealership (even though the battery was a little over a year old) they did the right thing for me the customer. Will continue to use this location/company for all my vehicles needs.

Casper is extremely rude and condescending, asked to speak to ash because he knows me we do alot of work together and he's great, Casper just says "well you can talk to me" I've had bad experience with this particular person unfortunately, so I simply requested to speak to a higher uo and was denied, have a customer sitting next to me who asked if id something wrong to this person, which I had to explain this worker is never in a good mood and rude ti every person I've asked if they have had to deal with her

O"-O Reilly Auto Parts has the best service, My car wouldn't start and Cody worked out in dark and cold for at least two hours and found the problem. I will go there with anything or help I need for either of my cars. They are just past Lowes in same location. Young lady working in side was very helpful and efficient.

I went in to get wipers for my car. They knew exactly what to get and asked me for my price range instead of these are the best and here's why. I loved that. I got information on each brand and why they are priced the way they are and I need up getting the second most expensive due to wife's needs. Great job O'Reilly's!

I needed more transmission oil, so I brought the empty container with me to ensure I bought the correct stuff. The counter person was with a customer, so I was next. When he finished with the other customer, and without saying a word, he came out from behind the counter and said, "It's a little hard to find," and walked with me to where it was located. In other words, while working with the other customer, he also noticed my empty container and automatically provided the product I needed as soon as he was free. What incredible service! He knew what I needed without saying a word and then walked with me to get it. INCREDIBLE service! Shop here, folkes. You will be glad you did.

I just wanna say thank you so much to the employee name Daniel at this O’Reillys, I’ve come to the store two times and was helped by this young man. His customer service is phenomenal. He helped to show me how to put coolant in my car and he also put in lights for me customer service top-tier would recommend anybody going there just off of the strength of this young man.

The service at this location is always above and beyond which is why I chose to go to them rather than buying online. Daniel was so very helpful with helping me find the right Torque, socket, and other items I need for my new trailer. He explained different details and even went to my truck to show me how I will know when it reaches 95lbs. I appreciated all of the knowledge and his own personal experience that he provided regarding these tools and items. Im so thankful that I chose to go in rather than trying to figure all of it out online. Best service ever!!!!

I was helped by a young boy who looked like Wesley Crusher and acted like Data. Completely robotic, expressionless, cold distant, silent. I needed the code reader, and they are no longer allowed to reset the code for you. He literally stood back five feet with his hands behind his back and grunted every instruction as I did it myself. I'm glad I didn't need to buy anything there. I would have gone elsewhere.

I have to say, Tyler isn't the typical parts guy. He was using 2 computers to help multiple customers and kept the line moving. Its too typical to stand for 10s of minutes sometimes. He got us in and out and still provided outstanding customer service. Great job Tyler.

Even though we didn’t figure out what was wrong with my truck, I gotta give mad props to the guy who helped me! He stuck with me for a good long while and tried everything he could think of. I can’t give the store 5 stars because they didn’t have any snacks for sale and my kid was starving!

Bought some windshield wipers from this shop, and not 12 hours later while getting my car washed, did it rip off and break. I went back with my receipt explaining the situation, and the "manager" sat there smirking at me telling me that I couldn't exchange the part. Even though it clearly states on the receipt, they'll own up to defective parts. He told me to take it up with the car wash, and I was SOL if they didn't wanna own up to it. This guy showed the worst level of management, customer service, and down right courtesy. What a sorry excuse of an investment on the owners part. This guy should be fired or sent back to training.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Adequate selection of parts. They'll gladly help change your wiper blades and recommend products. Recycle your nasty oil, power steering and atf here too. No coolant, brake fluid, or blinker fluid recycled though.

Bought 4 NGK spark plugs, electrical contact grease, magnetic spark plug socket, and a spark plug gap tool for about 27$, went out to my grandparents and installed them with my pops in less than an hour. Good stuff.

Helpful and friendly. Got me just the right light bulb I needed and told me the one for another application that mother-in-law bought elsewhere was indeed the correct bulb. Always glad I came here.

Customer service is kind. I enjoy with limited lifetime warranties they don't make you go through a bunch of headaches to receive said warranty like some of the parts suppliers. They price match, so I'm better off here.

Good customer service. Good experience. Good products in general. Battery however did not last the dull warranty. Yes that's why there's warranty but the fact that one didn't last thru... see glad I didn't get stuck in the boonies. Anyway. The store helped and even put the new battery in. Great service. Great people. Will come again.

This place is great not all O’Reilly stores are the same. Like anywhere, people that work there make all the difference. Thank you Mike and Darcy for helping me crimp 4 sets of battery wires 15 minutes before closing. Support your local store when you find them.😀

Accidentally posted here. This Review is for nearby Cost Less Auto Parts, and for them it is ONE * I have visited the store multiple times but what happened today is out of ordinary. I wanted to take a look on the set of LED driving lights which was staged behind the counter so I pulled the number and after I get called, asked lady named Jenny who actually happened to be a manager at the store, to show me the driving light set they had on the shelf. She looked at me like I’m stupid, and said that she needs a part number. I told her that the box is on the upper shelf and has no price tag or number ,and I have pointed the spot where the box is located. She gave me a set of light bulbs instead and “barked” that she needs a number again. I told that there is no number, no tag , no price, just white square pice of paper under the box. She throws box on a table in front of me and asked is that’s what I need? I told that I need to see the brackets, to figure out if it will work for my application, and I thanked her for great customer service and for “barking” at me and for throwing the box on a table in front of me. After that she turned away and walked away through the door. So I guess we all see a lot of things changing around us, customer service is not an exception… it just getting worth. Angry people all around, no wonder why we are loosing actual stores to online shopping, because I will rather buy online next time than.

Had my battery and alternator tested and was informed the battery was fine but the alternator needed replacing. Had my guys pull it and take it down to get a new one only to discover the alternator was fine.. in the end it was the battery that was bad. So, maybe get a second opinion before ripping out parts based on their diagnostics. The staff was super friendly though!

Good customer service, was greeted when I came into store. Got help to determine best wipers for car. Good selection and good prices; the better the quality the higher the prices, but they'll do a better job and last longer. Good location and parking.

I needed to replace my windshield wipers and knew what brand I wanted. They had them in stock and they also installed them for me fast, too. I bought wiper blades at O'Reilly Auto Parts before and had excellent service then, which brought me back for a return purchase! Thanks for your great customer service, O'Reilly Auto Parts! I'll be back again!

I like this place and have gone back several times since purchasing my Jeep project. Most employees there are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are comparable with other auto parts stores in the area. I also like that they're open later in the evening which is usually when I'm working on my stuff.
