PA Towing is a cut above the rest! I'm convinced that they are the best tow service in the area, & I've had experiences with many over the years. Pavel was very kind & helpful from the moment he answered the phone. I let him know that we were looking to have a Ford F-150 towed which had an 8ft dump trailer connected to it, he just asked a couple clarifying questions & quickly assured me that they could accommodate that no problem. I let him know where the was currently located & where it needed to go, & without a bunch of fuss or calculations he quoted me a flat price, which I already knew from experience was far better than any other tow service would quote me. There was absolutely no need for us to call around to any other tow companies. Within exactly 10 minutes (on the dot) of me providing him with an address & hanging up, we see his red truck turning down the road we were on!! I could immediately tell that he keeps his truck & equipment clean & in fantastic condition. Literally every aspect of our experience with PA Towing (Pavel & his teenage son - who has clearly been training & working alongside dad for many years because he's already like a professional at just 16!) was top notch!! I've saved their number to my contacts for any future need. Very helpful, quick. Are car stopped working and we called them and they immediately answered and gave us quick and direct answers. They were fast to the site and were very clear. Luckily, our car started to work again and he was very respectful and kind. Definitely would call them again. Very cheap too.

While I was out of town, my wife was in an accident. I called PA Towing and within nine minutes, they were on scene. What I didn’t realize before calling PA towing was that the police had already arranged for a towing service from another provider. While PA Towing had every justification to charge me for their time, they were very kind and waved the fee. I cannot recommend PA Towing enough. They were on site almost immediately and provided exceptional customer service.

After over an hour of waiting and a series of frustrating auto-menu calls through my roadside assistance program, I started dialing local tow trucking companies. On the third call Pavel answered the phone and 15-minutes later he arrived and got my car to the service station before closing time. He knew his equipment, worked quickly, and was able to tell me about the service station we were going to because he knows all the local dealers. He was a delight and my day ended better than it began, thanks to his professionalism and good humor!

I highly recommend PA Towing. The person that was suppose to help me tow my van wasn't available last minute. So I gave PA Towing a call and they where able to help me out. Staff was friendly easy to work with, arrived on time and most importantly service was affordable. I am highly satisfied with there service.

I called today for a tow since a thief tried to steal our car and busted the ignition on Christmas Eve. They answered right away and came in 10 minutes. They were so kind and I love that they are a family business as he had his younger son with him. Best towing experience and the easiest part of this nightmare. 10/10 recommend and will call them if I ever need a tow in the Vancouver area!

Absolutely amazing company! Straight to the point, affable, and quick. I had a breakdown on the way to work. I called and asked for pricing (which was very reasonable for an emergency) and they were at my location in 13 minutes! They quickly and efficiently loaded my car and dropped it off at a location of my choosing. Excellent customer service. Will be using again if ever needed.

Pavel and his son were prompt, courteous, kind and professional. AAA left me for over 4 hours and never showed up. Called PA Towing and he was there within the hour. Loaded my vehicle, sent me pics of the drop, couldn't ask for more. 15/10 recommend.

I had to have my car towed from one mechanic to another. Then after I had to have it re-towed from the mechanic back to my house. Talk about a wonderful experience! Our truck died at the Vancouver Farmers Market. PA's towing was able to get our car home right away. The pricing was amazing, but Pavel's customer service was even better. He let my son help unload our broken down vehicle into our shop which made his day. I CANNOT recommend this company enough!

PA Towing is the best! I needed a 1960 corvette transported, and was a little nervous about it. But Pavel immediately put me at ease. He is clearly an expert in his field! Recommended 10/10. For starters everybody else quoted me 350+, they quoted 200. Povel was early to pickup and already had everything ready to go when I arrived. He was very kind and humorous and when dropping off my vehicle made extra sure my lowered car made it off the trailer without scraping. Thanks for the good service.

As someone who’s not from Washington state; This is one of the most cooperative, kind, and efficient companies I’ve worked with. They’re extremely responsive even if you TEXT! They provide thorough communication throughout the entire process and even provide photographs of the completed job. From the time of me contacting them to my truck being at a shop was MAYBE a half an hour, I believe less. I will be using this company going forward, and you should too.

I think this is the second time I've used them. And to be completely honest and unbiased. The guy was awesome. Got to me extremely fast, was way cheaper than the rest. He was Extremely nice and to the point which is great to me. Honestly the best towing I've had yet. I own old classic vehicles, he was cautious of everything. 100/100 great job!

Highly recommend Although our mechanic gave me the wrong address (he moved a couple miles north) Pavel went above and beyond to then go to the new location without a problem. Cheapest tow I could find. Very patient and understanding. I had to re schedule and it wasn't an issue. The tow was fast and easy. Pavel even helped us push our car into our parking space. Good dude. Good sense of humor. Would definitely consider using PA Towing again.

In the span of ONE WEEK I needed to get my car towed TWICE. (There was an issue with my battery and alternator, but the place I had it brought to didn’t catch both issues on the first visit - but that’s all beside the point). I called PA the first time because they seemed to be the closest to me on the map. I called them the second time because they were, fast, professional, and really easy to work with. The price was maybe a smidge more than what I was expecting but absolutely worth every penny. 10/10.

Definitely five stars here. Very friendly, super responsive to initial request for service. They showed up right on time and took amazing care dealing with our jeep. The Jeep needs a new transmission so had PA haul from home to the shop. Excellent service and will call every time!
