I think maybe for the first time in my life something having to do with insurance or repairs went well. They fixed my S23 Ultra good as new and did so within the two hr time frame they said they would. I'm very pleased with the service and grateful to the person who repaired my phone.

Took my phone in to get my screen replaced and realized the back glass was busted. They let me know to contact the insurance and was able to get that handled and still got my phone fixed same day. They were very helpful.. Customer service was great.

Needed a new car battery and Dylan was very patient and helpful in assisting and installing the battery in under 20 minutes! He talked me through various options and didn't try to overcharge or upsell on anything I didn't need, and he was super fast and communicated with us even when he had to work on something else for just a couple minutes. Great store and speedy service!

I'm on their battery program where you pay $20+ and they replace the batteries in your key fob for the rest of the time you own it. It's super easy and I love it! Only takes a few minutes to get it done. 5 star would recommend!

Avoid this store. I purchased a battery a little over a year ago. That end died. I tried to charge it. It would not hold. I called the store to see when I bought it. They did tell me it was still under warranty. So I thought greathen he told me first.They would need to hold the battery for 2 days to Try to charge it and confirm it was no good. I told him that was ridiculous.What were they going to do?Give me a loner for 2 days.And he said yes, but unfortunately they were out of loners.So I could buy another battery and then he could refund me later. If it's under warranty, exchange the battery plain.And simple , just like anywhere else go anywhere but this place.

James gave outstanding customer service. He was not only polite, professional, and funny, he also was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my annoying questions with a smile. Fantastic eye contact, patience with my questions, ans even took the time to test my car battery on my way out upon request. James was also a great salesman, convincing me to grab a pack of AAs that were on sale while I was in there. He also showed me some very interesting and helpful products they had on sale. I will absolutely be back. James is a gem!

Be prepared to be robbed. 9 buckets for a single Apple AirTag battery. You can buy a dozen from Amazon for 10bucks. If you don’t need it right away - wait. You get one opportunity to make a first impression- won’t be returning

Went to you store on 164th today to get my car key reprogrammed. Thomas as very professional and kind. He went out o.my car and the key worked .He just took he battery out and put it back in and told me that it sometimes works. I am one happy costumer . My recent experience with replacing my auto battery could not have gone any smoother. They didn't have the one I wanted but they could get it right away so I placed the order and paid for it online (and got a 10% discount for the online order) so they could then initiate the transfer order, which they did, and we had it the next day. I came in, they installed it for me, and I was on my way. The entire experience was smooth, everything handled in one trip. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They installed the new battery and kept the old one (core) which took care of that part, no second trip needed to return the old battery to get the core charge refunded.

Exceptional customer service. Cameron repaired my phone seamlessly and was quick too. Give him a raise. The other guy in the store had great customer service also but didn't get his name. Give him a raise too.

Easy place to take an iPhone 6S for battery replacement. Thought screen was cracked also but tech said only screen protector required replacement. Nice service and price and more than reasonable turn-around time. Thank you

Went in 11/1/24 to get my battery in my iPhone replaced. Still under warranty. Kam was my salesperson. Explained the problems I was having with my phone. Kam said the problems I was describing weren’t battery related. He did quick diagnostic. Guess I was charging the battery incorrectly but they replaced it with no hassle in about 20 minutes. Worst experience, my phone screen was damaged and I needed it replaced. I went to batteries and bulbs because it was the only repair open. I walked in and they quoted me over 200 dollars for a screen replacement and told me to come back in an hour. Upon receiving my phone, I already noticed that the quality of the e screen was worse. I was fine with this, as I knew that the original apple screen would be better. However after less than a month of usage, a purple mark began to grow near the bottom of the screen. Then, one day while eating dinner, I dropped my phone barely a foot and a half onto the table. The top of the screen cracked, and over the last week, the crack grew to spread over the entire screen and dead pixels began to form. Now there is a big white line through my screen, which just so happened to be the very reason I got my phone fixed in the first place. Now I believe I’m outside my warranty and am forced to spend even more money to fix this problem. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND TERRIBLE PRODUCTS

I came into batteries and bulbs to get a replacement battery that I had a life to warranty on. Miguel who is the manager of the store, took care of me. He did an excellent job and honored my lifetime warranty even though it was not properly put into the computer last time that I was there. Thank you so much!

It is 0 customer service! I ordered the key for my car before Christmas and was promised to get a call or email when it is ready - in 3-7 days or so, 1 month later - on Jan 25 we lost the only one key we have and I realized I never got a call for $200 key from this store I ordered. I called them and talked as he said with the manager, from his words he just doesn’t care that they didn’t call me , but if they did I would pick up the key and have spare one now. I also asked if there is chance they could come to me and connect a new key with my car, otherwise I need to bring my car on a tow track to their store, he said they don’t provide that service, so I need to order key somewhere else or bring my car to their store in a tow track… Will not support that store and buy things I need somewhere else …

Beware if you're repairing an s23 Ultra ot similar samsung model. Their method of of removing the back plate for these phones isn't so streamlined and they will break the back of your phone without giving you a warning. They tell you that since you signed the dotted line that they are not liable for replacing the back plate that they broke. Luckily the person who processed me "didn't do their job" (actual quote from worker) and forgot about this signature line. I still was out 400 dollars for my repair though and wasn't offered any compensation for this. They ordered the part for me and I got it put on from them today. Just beware if you have this kind of phone.

After searching high and low for a specific battery I stopped by and they had exactly the one I needed. Looks like they have a battery for just about anything!

Went today after making an appointment when I got there I was greeted by Steven Magulies with a smile on his face. He took care of me and answered questions that I had. What a great customer service person that made me feel welcome and he cared about my situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH Steven you are one awesome person.

Great service, availability of hard-to-find batteries. I placed an order online for in-store pick-up, but it turned out the item was not in stock and would take several weeks to arrive. A local store rep called me to tell me this and offer an alternative, which I was able to pick up that evening. You don't get that kind of service everywhere; I'll be back!

These guys are great. They answered the phone when I called, and were able to answer questions I had about a quote for a screen replacement on my phone. Yes, it was spendy, but not more so than anywhere else in town, and less than some. And much cheaper than a new phone! Turns out the touch screen can stop working on a cracked screen. They were able to quickly fix my phone (about an hour), and it works like new now! They were professional, and I'll probably end up getting the battery in my phone replaced here when I need it before getting a new phone.

Update: Called Michael the manager and he offered me a discount on a future repair (which is very likely with two teenagers). He was very kind and understanding. Really appreciate him reaching out. Took an iPhone 8 there for a cracked screen replacement. They turned it around in a couple hours. Everything seemed fine. I told my daughter not to intentionally get it wet because the seal probably wasn't perfect after the repair. After swimming, she dripped a couple drops from her hair on the screen and it caused the screen to get vertical lines and about 1/4 of screen stopped working. I opened up the phone to find that the seal hadn't been replaced at all (just some slight remnants of the original one left in places). Very disappointed after $150 spent to get this half-hearted repair. Purchased a new screen from Amazon, did second repair myself and all is fine now.

Store Manager Tiffany and Staff were GREAT!!! I been in this store several times with multiple purchases Always Wonderful service. However today was the BEST experience, having to replace my girlfriends Car Battery they went beyond to provide Great Service. Thanks Guys
