Probably not a good idea to use a tow company that doesn't register their trucks or display any DOT numbers on them. This guy lives down the street from me and his two run down, dirty old trucks are on the road daily with expired tags. I wonder what else is expired. Insurance? Business license? Scary that the State Patrol doesn't take him off the road.
Watched their driver cause an accident on the I5 after the dropped a huge piece of unsecured metal. The drive then pulled over and walked past the accident to pick up the metal and DRIVE AWAY. He looked directly at the accident he clearly caused, and then drove away before dealing with insurance. I called him and he denied causing it and hung up on me. Police were called. Would not recommend them putting your vehicle on their trucks. They’ll deny anything that happens to it. Can’t be trusted.
I hope I never have to use a towing service again but if I do, I would 100% recommend Pech towing. Phone number is a direct line without any robo responses. Transparent pricing. He texted me with photos of my car being picked up and dropped off.
