When unfortunate things happen and you get the feeling that a new learning process is about to occur just try to stay calm. The tow company listing was long with the added pro's and con's, I couldn't believe the trust and pricing was utterly inexorable. Call after call, talk after talk i was about to give up to my surprise "Custom Towing" was just kind and respectful, pricing was truly "reasonable" and agreed to have them do the tow. To my surprise the driver "Jesus" was cordial, respectful and did a professional tow. My family truly want to let the community know if you ever need a tow call Custom Towing. Trust with return trust...nice.

Called Custom towing for a tow after my car quit on me. From the start to finish this was the best service I've ever received. The driver who came to help was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure that I not only understood what he was going to do to load my car but answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process, I would highly recommend them

5/22/2025: I was driving down a road this morning, on my way to run errands before the holiday weekend, when suddenly I got TWO flat tires (front and rear, driver's side). Yikes! This has never happened to me before, so I was flustered. I called the nearest tow company for roadside assistance: Custom 24 Hour Towing. The receptionist, Mariah (I think, or something similar) was able to help me get a tow and find a tire shop nearby for me to get my tires repaired/replaced. She was polite and super helpful. A man from the tow company arrived within 30 minutes, got my big van hooked up, and gave me a ride to Les Schwab Tires. He helped me inspect the tires and located the punctures. I didn't catch his name, but he was helpful and friendly. Good taste in music during the ride to the tire shop. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of service this company provided. I highly recommend!

Custom towing was quick when picking up a vehicle that I needed to have towed. The driver who helped me out was very kind and professional!! Definitely will be calling them again if I ever need to have another vehicle towed.

Needed tow service quickly and John was there. He was professional and so polite. He handled everything quickly and very professionally. This company will go the extra mile for you and for a very far price. Can not recommend them highly enough.

I would give them negative stars if that was a possibility. Almost got into a deadly accident because of one of their drivers ran a red light and their secretary did not care to even hear my complaint. I recommend nobody ever uses a service and it goes out of business and fails miserably you almost killed me in my child. PS I didn’t harass anyone. I called once to report the incident and was treated rudely by the person answering the phone. I did a follow up phone to make sure customer towing was reported to WSP, VPD and the Clark county sheriffs office.Then again I was treated disrespectfully and hung up on for the second time because I’m worried about my life and a young child’s life.

People should know about this place. Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and fast.

They were available, which is the most important part. The employee who answered my call was patient and friendly while I asked questions. The driver was friendly and conversational during the ride to the tire shop. I would call them again.

If you've ever had your vehicle, impounded you know how stressed it can make you. The service here was extremely easy to deal with and made getting my vehicle out of impound so straight forward I wish everyone else made doing business so simple.

Was told the car was not completely totaled by police and specifically asked them not to tow the vehicle because I was worried it would damage it more. Showed up to pick it up because the police said it may be drivable and the car was completely totaled. Tell me how a tow company can total a car after a police officer the night before told me I could take it from the scene? Shady business here, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.

The driver was at my daughter's car before we were, and was 100% professional, knowledgeable and kind! Will use them again if the time comes.

My car was recently stolen and ended up being towed here. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and informative in helping me deal with my insurance. Prior to my experience today I would never have anticipated walking out of a tow yard with a smile on my face.

I have used them twice and they responded quickly. I didn’t get the drivers name but he used to be a state trooper and was very helpful and friendly.

I appreciate the quick response to tow from my home to the repair shop. This was a smooth process from start to finish. Ryan was professional and arrived within 30 minutes as promised. The cost to tow from Camas to downtown Vancouver was $134. The hope is to never need a tow again but if I do, it's good to know Custom Towing offers a reliable service.

Was stranded at the zoo in oregon. Gave them a call and within 40 minutes they drove from Vancouver to the zoo during rush hour. Very friendly and professional driver. I actually got a ride from a friend and they still beat me home! It was impressive, and I'm thankful for such great service. Thanks you Custom towing!
