Tomas just helped me read the codes on my Prius and he was super nice and helpful! It seemed like he knew what he was talking about and made everything pretty simple to understand :)

Worst experience ever at an oreilly. Go to any other part store other than this location.

Helped me with a special vacuum hose issue.

I went there looking for a specific item. They were saying, ,"oh, yeah, we have it, but don't know where." Then they just wandered off without bothering to look or apologize or anything.

Busy shop but good customer service. The counter guy knew his stuff and got me sorted out quickly. Thanks guys!

This O'Reillys is ok. The one in Hazel Dell SUCKS! Arogance will bite you back sooner or later. And training countermen into bad habits or just plain laziness, is where I see the Hazel Dell store going.

I didn’t catch their names but the employees that were working on Thursday October 23rd at 4:30 PM were so helpful and kind. They helped me fix my Pontiac without me having to ask and made my whole day so much better. These guys were so kind funny and understanding, shout out to them! I definitely recommend going here.

Seriously I can't even put into words how strongly I recommend this O'Reilly store and it's employees. Last night Tomas went above and beyond to help with our project. He was helpful and friendly beyond the standard. And today when we returned Jake the manager was so patient with us. From questions to troubleshooting the solves he made the whole process better. They 100% have my business going forward. AMAZING Customer service! HELPFUL! FRIENDLY! KNOWLEDGEABLE! I would seriously give more stars if it was an option. A complete 180° from the "customer service" I received at another auto parts store yesterday.

I just had an incident with my car today in Vancouver Washington when I hit a red pole with significant paint transfer on the driver’s side. I called the local oreillys and spoke to Drew, who told me to come by. He and another gentleman used brake fluid and completely removed the paint- without damaging the paint! He refused to let me pay him and I am still amazed at their consideration and kindness! THANK YOU OREILLYS for having such great employees!

Second only to online in pricing, the ocean beach hwy location has good staff. Jose and Lance are your go to guys and they maintain a level of personality with professionalism that is unmatched at any other oriellys I've been to. Good place

So helpful!! My battery died at work and Thomas helped me get it all squared away such a nice human good customer service! Car works perfectly fine now. And it only took 15 mins! Super quick

I went to this store praying for help to change the 12v battery in my Prius. Thomas was so very helpful from the moment he eagerly stepped up to the counter when I arrived. He tested and replaced my old battery in less than 15 min. His customer service skills were amazing! It was a blessing to be served by this amazing young man today! 🙂 Thank you again Thomas

I turned a 30 minute job into a 3 hour job and everyone I talked to in that time was a natural at customer service. 10/10 experience and I got the belt and idler my CAT needed at once. Cheers!!

I swear I think the guy answering the phone this morning was higher than me! I was on hold for 5 mins (I screen shot it) then had to call back just to feel like I was talking to someone who lost the ability to communicate! Disappointing.

Came in very late in the day and bought an idler pulley for my friends pregnant sister, Nathan was incredibly helpful! Really great addition to the O’Reilly name! Thank you Nathan! Also JT is amazing!

Nathan was so incredibly helpful today. The first person that I approached, was not very friendly. After trying to figure out what I needed, with no help at first, Nathan jumped to my rescue and saved the day! Very appreciative.

Great place . Usually Monday through Saturday they are open an hour later than most other auto stores. Informative helpful employee's. Over all it's one of the best stores in vancouver.

The gentleman that helped my frail old broken down self, with coming out to my daughter's van to help get the diagnostic she desperately needed, was So Very Kind and thoughtful of my condition. He did the diagnostic test, helped me back into the store and printed out the results so I could get my daughter the information for her to move forward to fix her car. Normally, I would get to do all of it & enjoy. More recently, my health has Not allowed and this kind gentleman was above & beyond accommodating! Thank you

It was pretty early one morning and I stopped into the O'Reilly Auto Parts on Fourth Plain here in Vancouver. When I entered the store I was greeted by a couple people at the counter and I said hello and told them I needed a padlock and it just so happened there right in front of me as I approached the counter. It just so happens that I was in a hurry and that little short trip to O'Reilly's on my way to my doctor's appointment was quick and just what I needed.

This is the only parts store I go to now. The guys working there are great. They are always happy to help any way they can and always with a smile. O'Reilly auto parts has really stepped up and become the best parts shop there is. They always have the cheapest price and if not they will price match.

This store is amazing the lady Stacey is very friendly and knowledgeable always happy to help out. Great costumer service. I stopped for some oil and it was like 3 minutes before closing time and she helped me and even let me borrow a funnel and waited for me before locking the doors . Keep up the good work.

Great help and super friendly staff. Patricia helped me get the best wiper blades for my wife's vehicle and my daughters vehicle. Also helped me do an Code Read for my check engine light that just came on. Now I need to go back and buy an O2 Sensor. Saving that for after Christmas. Great store! Keep it up folks! :-)

I went there to get a check engine light diagnosed when my first attempted auto parts store was closed. The staff at O'Reilly provided quick service and were very kind and helpful, giving me all the information needed to fix the issue without any pressure (or any cost for the diagnosis). I didn't purchase anything just then but will be returning to get the components I need now that I've given it all due consideration. I really appreciate the great service!
