Absolute worst towing experience in my life. My car was picked up on Sunday and was supposed to be taken to crash champions. The shop is closed on Sunday so Garza tells me they will bring it at 8am when the shop opens. I show up at 8 no car there. I call back where is my car they said they need it to be redispatched from insurance. I call insurance they re dispatched it. I called Garza is my car coming I get told it will be there by noon great I leave them alone for three hours and nothing then I call the shop at 1 have you seen my car? No we have not great so I call Garza again and they tell me they were busy and they forgot about it so they will get it dispatched now? How about finishing Sunday jobs before starting Monday jobs? So finally at 330 inthe afternoon my car arrives and the tow truck driver has the worst attitude try’s to park it in front of the shop and was even trying to drive it even tho I told him it has spit rim and can’t drive he still wants to drop and drive it doesn’t want to check into the office. So finally he does they tell him to wait until the detailer tells him where to put it so he goes back out to my car and start driving it into the lot with no direction or instructions from the detailer. Then the detailer comes out says he needs to move a car so he can have my car dropped in a certain spot. The tow trucker driver then proceeeds to want to drive it over the re and I’m like dude your not driving my car it’s undrivable. So then he starts backing up and alomost gets stuck and isn’t waiting for the car to be moved so I had to yell at him again to stop turn the detailer comes out moves the car and he backed it where they wanted it the whole time. He then drops my car and scraps the tailpipe on the way out and there surface before he lifted his gate. Completely rude completely unprofessional and the worst tow experience I have ever had. I am a veteran and it got dispatched through USAA service members be weary of this shop and how they do business I’ll leave pick or my my car so you can see what the guy was planning on driving it was thinking!? I usually don’t leave as reviews but it was hell today trying to get my car! Wanted to drive it with a broken and split rim? Crazy

Owner will deny WC, no matter what. Zero stars because of ignorance, but I allow 1 star so my review is seen.

Great communication with Diego at the office. He is very nice. The tow driver super nice and helpful, he had very good equipment and took care of my vehicle. Very polite too. Very good Company. .

I had a very helpful and nice experience. They called me to let me know how far they are and when they’d get to me. Roberto or Alberto( I hope that’s his name. I can’t quite remember) drove me to Discount Tire and the truck was very clean. He was nice making me feel comfortable with conversation and everything. I was expecting a long wait for a tow truck when my tire popped but it was pretty fast. About an hour I would say or under combined with insurance finding someone to come and get me.

My daughter's car got hit by a deer - Garza's had to tow the car to their lot for the night because it was the middle of the night. They told us they would take the car to the repair shop the next day but they did not show up to the shop until 2 days later- after the shop closed! If someone had not been working late at the shop, the car would have sat in Garza's lot for the weekend- charging my insurance for 5 nights of storage.

My car was stolen, once it was recovered my insurance called on Garza Towing and they were there within 10 minutes.. super quick! Really nice! I def recommend these guys.

March 22, 2025 10:00 pm I made a call to get a car jump started, and Alfonso was on the scene within 45 minutes. He got me squared away quickly. He didn't have a business card with his name on it, but he deserves one with his name on it. Especially if he is the one showing up doing possibly dangerous work helping the public on roadways, highways, and freeways. Thanks, Alfonso!

This is my 3rd time using Garza towing, the first two times I was not in an emergency/accident and they arrived within a timely manner and as stated within the hour. This last time I got in a bad wreck with a drunk driver who did a hit and run, Garza said they’d be there within 25minutes, 30mins passed, I called and had a different dispatcher rudely tell me he wasn’t the one who said that, so he’s not liable to follow through on that, and said his two drivers are going to different locations and I’d be maybe next, then suddenly got an updated text saying a driver was on the way and estimated time was 25minutes more, 30mins passed, I looked at his whereabouts and he’s still at the same location he was at when first being scheduled to help me. I literally had to call them four times within 2 1/2hrs and finally got my tow 3hrs later while dealing with whiplash. Their driver was great, but their dispatch and response time is complete crap.

Garza's was quick to arrive and take care of us last night thru our Roadside Towing program! Thank you so much for getting us home safely! Nice guys to work with, would definitely recommend!

I have roadside assistance through GoodSam's Platinum Complete plan, and the few times I would have been stuck, stranded, or totally SOL, they have had Garza's come help with everything, and I am immensely grateful for that! I have had the same driver help out the last 4 times I have called, and since he was already familiar with our Mercedes SLK230 (which has specific parts on it and methods to tow it that not many people are aware of, and not utilizing these can screw up the transmission and possibly the drive train, but this driver was familiar with how to properly get it hooked on his truck) before we had even showed up at our previous residence, he already had it all hooked up and was just about ready to go! He told us that as soon as he heard over dispatch that it was our car, he got to our place as fast as he could because he wanted to make sure we were alright, which was super awesome to hear since we know that he's worked with a ton of people since he's helped us, and the fact that he was concerned for our well-being and got there about 10 minutes earlier than we did, goes to show he's not only an exemplary employee, but also someone whose commitment to customer service truly stands out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they assist, and his dedication made our stressful situation(s) much easier to handle! Each time he has come to our aid, he has been punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to ensure that everything is done safely and correctly. I appreciate that he always treats our car with the utmost care, not once has he ever left so much as a ding, scratch, or any sort of damage whatsoever, which is astonishing since he can get it loaded and unloaded in less than 5 & 3 minutes, respectively. Every company wants and needs an employee like him, he really fits the ideal representation of Garza's. With a team that genuinely cares and a driver who goes above and beyond, you can trust that you're in good hands. Ifyou ever find yourself in a bind, look no further than these guys to help you out because it's evident they truly care about their customers! I can't thank them enough for their prompt and compassionate service, their commitment to quality service and customer care is unparalleled. They have earned my highest recommendation, thank you all at Garza's for always being there when we need you! This is one of those companies someone hopes they don't need to use again, but if they do, they hope and pray it's these guys!

Ask for David! So having to call for a tow sucks because it does. I’ve used a few towing services, and this place is the best. If I ever need one again I’m calling here. The driver was knowledgeable and polite, he also took it slow and did it right; he didn’t try to rush at all. And me I wanted to get home, I wanted him to rush. But his calm demeanor just put me at ease. He even explained what he was doing and why. Just really good experience in a super sucky situation. Thanks David!

We didn’t get his name but we are so thankful to the man who helped us tonight. For two women stuck on the side of the freeway in an unfamiliar place and low key panicking 🤣 we’re very grateful that our driver went above and beyond to ensure our safety. Our first location to be towed to was unsuccessful due to Chevron absolutely hating us and not allowing us to wait until morning to get our car fixed. He then went out of his way to make sure he could drop us somewhere safe within the radius of our payment. I don’t know your name but I hope your mom is proud and that people stop giving you bad reviews for just rescuing those in need 🌲

Dangerous, rude, and incredibly unprofessional! Garza’s towing truck just cut into an entire lane of cars on the highway on-ramp, swerving, honking, and darn near running a few people off the road… flipping all of us off on his way. Come to find out he was speeding to get to, get this, someone perfectly safe and off the road on the shoulder. Dangerous and rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them!

This company turned on a light clearly marked that you are not allowed to make the turn. By doing this the cut off so many cars! It was extremely dangerous of a full size flatbed tow truck loaded with a pickup truck.

Garza towing is by far the last of a dying breed when it comes to customer service 100%! They gave Me a reasonable rate,came to pick up My car and despite no key,were able to tow My car to its destination. I would give these guys 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

Waited for over seven hours when they did answer the phone I kept getting a runaround about how I was the next on the list or the driver was dropping off another car and then he was on his way this was before they stopped answering their phone. I finally contacted my roadside provider and they said a different service will be on their way within an hour. If zero stars was only an option!

Mateo was fantastic. Super professional, open, and easy to talk to during the ride. I know this is his job, but this felt like more than just a transaction. He communicated consistently and gave updates of how far out he was multiple times. I know this is a service that insurance pays for if you have the coverage, but I really wanted to give him a tip but had no cash on me. If you get Mateo, you are in great hands. To the business, please let me know that you got this review and give Mateo a little something extra to show he is a valued team member. I am a manager and would hire him in less than a second based on his customer service. 10 thumbs 👍 up. I was the customer on I5 North that got towed on July 10, 2024, at around 7:30 pm.

Fast reliable and affordable! Very highly recommended! My daughter’s car broke down and she needed to tow it to an auto repair shop I use at night and the dispatcher and driver were very kind, prompt! The price compared to other companies I called was very affordable and reliable! Great for someone on a limited income!

CALL ANYONE ELSE. My roadside assistance assigned this company to help me with a lockout. Their communication about ETAs is horrible. I waited almost 3 hours, with an original ETA of 75 minutes, before I finally gave up and asked for Good Sam to dispatch a different provider. ETAs are worse than useless if they mean nothing to the person giving them. I would rather be told "we have no idea" than repeatedly told "30 minutes" for hours on end. And based on their other responses, I imagine they will blame "insurance." Insurance and affiliated companies are not responsible for these calls once they are assigned to a provider for dispatch, which Good Sam has done immediately any time I've used their services. I got the text confirmation with a specific ETA about Garza's within seconds of Good Sam assigning them. The delay is entirely on Garza's end and seems to be due to their choices to add and take other calls on the way to existing ones. This company is unbelievably unprofessional!

Not recommending this towing company at all! I requested and sat in the parking a towing around 12:40 was given estimated time 2:10-2:40 . 2:53 came my bf called them to check where they are , he was told 2 more hours cause the who does is coming from spring field they got called out so the guy hung up on my bf and won’t pick the call. And when I check my tracker where they are they cancelled my request. 0 communications until they are asked. Very poor communication. Good communication and good services will get you a long way in business. Owner Re-evaluate your team. I will let the insurance company how you do your services.

Garza Towing picked up my car to take it to a mechanic and they came in a timely fashion but when my car arrived at the mechanic it was missing something. The mechanic sent pictures of what it looked like when it arrived, so I contacted Garza Towing. He asked me to hold on so he could look at the pictures he had taken and when he came back on the phone he said in the picture of it leaving he saw the item and in the picture of it arriving at its destination it was definitely missing the piece. There was no apology or hey let us help you replace that or anything else except oh well. I would really appreciate a towing company that actually delivers my car and all of its parts that are attached to it, to its destination.

I don't recommend at all. For the 1st tow, they came 2 hours later than the estimated arrival time without any updates. The 2nd tow was scheduled between 4:10pm-4:40pm and at 5pm they canceled the tow service. Very unprofessional. Response to owner: Blaming the insurance is unfortunately incorrect. The insurance scheduled for you guys to come because Garza's Towing provided the quickest ETA. Everything was set and ready to go. Our tow service was canceled without any reasoning, and for that reason I left a review.

Garza’s Towing has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of towing. They were: communicative, arrived within 20min’s, professional, and treated my car with care. They also got me home. I’ve never had blown tires before and with my luck, 2! They calmed my worries with having vehicle issues on a busy highway, a lot more manageable. I’m grateful to have gotten this company through my insurance and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. If ever needed, I will use them again.

My experience with Garza's was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a towing company!! One of the owners (I think it's owned by two brothers) contacted me pretty quickly after I requested a tow service and after we spoke for a bit about the issues with my car, he informed me that it would be awhile before they could get a tow truck out to my car, but that he could come pick me up in his own/personal car and drive me over so that we could try jumping my car before requesting + waiting for a tow truck. And he was right! All I needed was a jump and what would have been a several hour affair turned into 30 minutes. No towing company has ever offered to do so much in order to help me out before and I cannot express how much I appreciated it + him. Absolutely awesome 6/5 ⭐'s!!!

Garza's came to my rescue when my car broke down. They arrived quickly after I had spent hours waiting for other services, and the price was better than what another company quoted me. By the time I had my car towed to my mechanic and caught a ride home, AAA still hasn't found anyone to take the job. Another local company I called used a third party, out of state dispatch that couldn't figure out my location, told me it would be 1-3 hours, and when I called back to cancel, told me I was only given a quote, so there was nothing to cancel (ie they were not sending anyone at all)! I will definitely be calling Garza's first if I need towing in the future!
