What clients say about Cornejo Potencia Towing Services in Norfolk (VA)
I manage a small maritime logistics operation serving the Port of Virginia and the downtown Norfolk waterfront area and my vehicles cover Granby Street, Waterside Drive, and the downtown Norfolk and Ocean View adjacent corridors daily. Cornejo Potencia Towing has handled three calls for my operation over the past year and every single one went the same way. Answered quickly, driver within the window quoted, invoice matching what was agreed to before the truck rolled. For maritime and port logistics operators in Norfolk VA who need a towing company that handles vehicles correctly and shows up without requiring supervision, Cornejo Potencia has earned that trust three calls running.
I drive a lowered Civic and I have had towing companies in the Hampton Roads area confirm flatbed availability and then show up with the wrong truck. Called Cornejo Potencia Towing when my car broke down on Granby Street near the 23517 area and described the drop height clearly before agreeing to anything. Dispatcher confirmed flatbed immediately and asked about the clearance so the driver could set the approach angle before arriving. Driver showed up in 23 minutes with exactly the right setup, loaded the car without scraping anything, and delivered to my shop near the downtown Norfolk area without adding a single new mark anywhere. Flatbed towing in Norfolk VA done by someone who prepares for the vehicle before arriving. That preparation is everything for a low car on downtown Norfolk streets.
We were driving from Richmond to the Virginia Beach area on I-64 and exited toward downtown Norfolk when our car started losing power near the Granby Street corridor and barely made it to the shoulder before stopping completely. Called Cornejo Potencia Towing and got a person immediately. Driver was there in 24 minutes, assessed the car before loading, recommended a shop near the 21st Street corridor that he confirmed had same day availability, and called ahead himself before we left the shoulder. We made it to Virginia Beach that evening. Affordable towing in Norfolk VA that thinks about what comes next when you are too stressed to think about all of it yourself.
Thanks for the quick help from Cornejo Potencia Towing when my car broke down on 21st Street near the 23517 area during a rainy evening. They answered the phone immediately, the driver arrived in about 22 minutes, and my car was safely delivered to my mechanic near the downtown Norfolk waterfront without any issues. What I liked most was how smooth the whole experience felt. The pricing stayed exactly as quoted, communication was clear the entire time, and the driver handled everything professionally without making the situation more stressful. Definitely a company I’d call again if I ever needed towing service in Norfolk.
On a hot afternoon battery died in the parking structure near the Norfolk Waterside District right before dinner plans I had been looking forward to all week. Called Cornejo Potencia Towing and the dispatcher was warm and easy to talk to and made the whole situation feel manageable. Driver there in 21 minutes, jumped the car, tested the battery, showed me the reading and told me it was not going to survive another Hampton Roads summer. Replaced it that Monday. Jump start service in Norfolk VA that shows up fast near the waterfront and leaves you with honest information. Number saved before I made it to the restaurant.
