They did a good job with repairing my vehicle & I providing exceptional customer service even having my rental pickup & dropped off at their location. I was given updates throughout the repair process.
Repairs were great, but where they really shine is in customer service. They went out of their way it seemed to keep me informed and updated. Best I have seen in almost any industry. Cannot recommend them enough. 10/10

I had my car repaired here after getting rear ended. The workers were nice and kept me updated with the process. Overall my car looked good and it was repaired quickly. But my left rear tail lamp is no longer working (which is was working before going there) and the bolts to hold them in were not even hand tight they were loose. And the back fabric was not put back in.

I brought my car to this Caliber facility after my insurance company recommended them due to bumper damage. This particular Caliber unfortunately was not able to complete the repair well after having my vehicle for two weeks. They are decent at communicating but awful at handling the issues brought by a customer because I took it to a different caliber collision and they were not only able to handle the issues and understand the concerns I had but they were also extremely professional and knowledgeable which was something I did not receive from this center. This Caliber repaired my car with flaws so I had to move to a sister location for my sanity where I am now being handheld with professionalism and promptness! I would not recommend this collision center and strongly advise to try another one.
I had to switch shops with my insurance company they were so bad. They left pieces from my repair just randomly throughout my vehicle. They left screws from my door panel that they didn't reattach in the vents of my jeep. The left the old fender that they took off in the back of my jeep. They said they would fix the issues and would call me with a time and just never really he'd back out. They hung up on my insurance agent as well. Just use someone else.
Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing our 2024 Subaru Ascent! The communication with Michael Christensen and Stephen Baker absolutely defined the true meaning of great customer service. We were kept updated on the progress and all questions were answered. We were unsure if the back lift glass was actually Subaru glass and Stephen followed through when we asked about it and called to be sure the company had indeed sent Subaru glass. We were unable to pick up vehicle up the evening that it was ready. Stephen called us the next morning to say he wasn't completely pleased with a few things and wanted to correct them before we came to get it. We were quite pleased that he was up front and honest with us as opposed to letting us take it and hoping we wouldn't notice. We were shown nothing less than total respect, integrity and a genuine concern for our satisfaction. We will definitely be spreading our great experience with others. Hands down the best repair shop. They were communicative every day with updates and tracking process. My car looks amazing . I will be referring all friends & family and if I ever need more repair will definitely be coming to Caliber. I have a 2012 Mazda 5, and im looking to get the sliding door handles repaired, in my google searching to get a price to have them fixed this was the first company I called. My experience wasn't bad just a little bit odd, once I explained that my sliding door handles don't work and I'd like to get a price to have them fixed their associate asked me which insurance I was using which I replied I wasn't in a car accident, its just the handles stopped working and i cant open the sliding doors so I'm looking to have them, they cut me off shortly and mentioned that """ if the cost of my repairs exceeds the value of my vehicle they wouldn't be able to do the repairs based on the warranties they offer "" as I keep saying it out loud it just makes me laugh.. I get it I have an old dusty dad van ... and nobody wants to work on it ... i just want to pay someone to fix the doors but it seems that I'll have to move on.. they were able to recommend some other places but I just quietly hung up ...
Absolutely amazing service! I needed my headlight bulbs replaced and just called them to ask for advice on where to go, and they had my bring in my car and replaced the bulbs on the spot! They were so kind and helpful and made sure I didn’t get screwed over by a mechanic shop. Highly recommend!!!
Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle and me like a DREAM! They ended up keeping it a few days longer than originally expected, but WAY made up for it with their outstanding service. Everyone was amazing from the man who greeted me at the door and set up the appointment to the man who went over what all service would be done including the cost, ( so no surprises ), to the man who went the extra mile ( and I do mean a mile! ) to clean up, polish up, and make my vehicle look better, not just what was repaired but all over shiny and pretty!! My car had a slight damage to the bumper due to a right front collision, and a large gap between the right side of the chassis cover and the body made it impossible to close (the gap was big enough to fit a finger). The insurance company recommended Caliber Collison to me. My wife and I repeatedly confirmed to the repairman that our biggest concern was the gap that caused the chassis cover to be unable to close. The repairman assured me that it would be completely repaired as long as the car was handed over to Caliber Collison. When I picked up the car, I found that the bumper was only replaced, but the gap problem was not solved at all. The repairman said at first that he could try to adjust it, and then told me that it could not be done, which was his final solution. I was worried that such a large gap would cause the front chassis to leak when it rained. The repairman said that there was no problem with the seal, but the fact is that my chassis is leaking and there is water inside. I took photos for preservation. After that, I filled out the questionnaire, and the manager Mike asked me to go for an inspection. My wife and I drove over for inspection. Finally, Mike could not solve the problem after adjustment. Mike helped us make an appointment to go to Caliber Collison's large repair shop for inspection and repair. After two half-hour repairs at the big factory, the problem still could not be solved. The repairman said that the chassis cover of my car had been replaced. But my car was a new car purchased from the dealer with complete paperwork. The repairman told us that this was their final solution. So, is this the technology and service of Caliber Collison? They kept wasting our time and then shirked responsibility?

Great customer service and fast repairs. They keep you updated on progress daily and do their best to get repairs done quickly and properly. My vehicle looked good as new 2 weeks before the estimated date, and that was over Thanksgiving as well.
As inconvenient as it was to need body work for my car, I found a bright spot in the process--Caliber Collision. My insurance company and Caliber worked together to make the rental car and repair process seamless. The work on my car was excellent and it was ready faster than predicted. The text notification process let me know exactly what was happening and the people at Collision are just great. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2021 Jeep to Caliber Collision after having my first at-fault collision after over 50 years of driving! I hydroplaned into the back of another vehicle that was stopped at a light. I hit her lightly with no airbag deployment or major damage. My front end had damage that mostly couldn't be seen besides what was obvious. I met Glen, a manager at Caliber, and we discussed my Jeep. He showed me that most of the damage was behind the broken grill and would not be visible until it all was opened up. I said fine, and then went to Enterprise to get a rental. The next afternoon, Glen called me and told me all about what had to be done to repair my Jeep. I didn't understand some of it, so he took his time and explained it to me. He told me what parts had to be ordered and approximately how long the job would take. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable they would take care of my Jeep. During the course of the repair, Glen called me 3 or 4 times, giving me updates on the progress of the repair. It was going faster than I thought it would and I was VERY pleased with the updates. Less than a full week, it was ready! The front end looks like it just came out of the showroom!!! WOW!!! They EVEN straightened out my license plate! I was VERY pleased with Caliber Collision, Glen, and the personnel that worked on my Jeep. It shows that they care AND know what they are doing when their product comes out as SHOWROOM QUALITY!!!

I got into a small accident with my car, and my insurance company told me that Caliber Collision was the closest and best body shop to work with.
The timing was reasonable (3 weeks to get an estimate appointment, and then another 3 weeks to schedule the appointment to fix my car, and then my car spent 10 days in the shop, versus the original 2 weeks they had estimated!) The staff is very friendly and professional, and they have a working relationship with the local rental car company, so coordinating for a rental car was quick and easy too!
Lastly, the car work was amazing! My car looked brand new afterwards, as if I had never gotten into an accident. 5 stars!!
My car was stolen, then recovered about two weeks later with body damage and a destroyed steering column. Caliber Collision did excellent work in repairing and painting my vehicle, and included a detailed exterior and interior cleaning. When they were done, my 10-year old car looked almost brand new again! Although the repairs took several weeks due to supply chain problems, the shop’s owner, Glenn, was very good about keeping me up to date on the progress of the work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They are true professionals!
Whew, Chile! I got in a fender bender shortly after Halloween that left the front of my baby (my car) tore up from the floor up. Luckily my insurance is phenomenal and I was able to schedule a car drop-off at Caliber Collision the very next day.
They are very efficient and professional here. After they took a preliminary look at my car they got my phone number and said they would be able to text me updates throughout the repair process. I received a text almost every single day until the repairs were done, and they even finished a few days earlier than estimated. When I got my car back it looked better than before the accident.
Overall, I was so grateful for my experience at Caliber Collision because I've dealt with scammery, riggerey, buffoonery, and straight-up tomfoolery at other auto shops, but I dealt with none of that at Caliber Collision. I highly recommend you take your car here if your auto insurance will let you or if you can afford it out of pocket.
