I brought in my car to get an alignment and an oil change. As I walked in I was greeted by Samantha and she was the most warm hearted person and everything got done smoothly aswell as on time. Very Efficient !

James and his staff are amazing in proving serice and being well straight to the point, so.e may like that I know I do. Anyway I will be back I loved the payment options that was available to me since I just got back to work it was much needed. Thank you guys see you soon

I’ve attended a few of the stores in the area very nice very helpful had one employee that was very helpful got me in and out quick with 4 brand new tires and a alignment was all done in a very timely manner I want to thank Samantha for helping me get that done it was not stressful and she is very professional thank you Samantha !

This shop has showed amazing time management had an emergency while my car was being worked on and the technicians got the work done in a very short time frame thank you all definitely will return

i loved my experience here it was lovely , every one was kind and respectful ,especially Samantha she was funny and knew her stuff, her and there team looked over my car and let me known what my car need done, my car need brakes but i don't have the money at the moment, but she was happy to at least get me a price and work with me to see what it would be if i returning to get them done , she explained the brake down of the cost which was amazing , ntb now will have me as a retuning costumer for sure

James, Corey, Jole, and Trevor are such a fantastic group of guys!! They serviced my car for 4 tires, an alignment, oil change, and offered a Fuel Injection Service that i didn't know i was due for!! They did such a great job and got me in and out so quickly i will definitely be coming back! Thank yall again!

I just had the opportunity to deal with these folks.. It was an emergency and they had no reason to go to the extra trouble that they did to help me. It would have been easier for them just to sell me a tire and I would have to buy it. They are in our Civic League area. I would recommend them for any of your needs.I asked them if they did oil changes... they do! If you go there, please tell them that you saw their card on the Lake Whitehurst West website. Dianne

I was a last minute walk in and James was very helpful and polite in getting me scheduled that same day for an oil change and tire rotation. He even noticed that my rear windshield wiper had somehow fallen off and was able to get me a new one installed as well. Very happy with the service and will for sure come here again.

Chris and James saved the day! My car tire exploded on the interstate and once it was towed in, they stayed till after closing to change it out and get me back on the road. They were so kind and worked so hard despite having to stay late during the holidays. Excellent service.

James was so helpful when i got a flat tire! He stayed after hours to make sure my car was ready for me to drive it the same day!

When we had issues with our tire, Dave Borntrager went way above and beyond. He ensured everything’s taken cared of, even keeping the store open for us after their closing time. With his great service, we opted to have our tires replaced there, available not even by noon the following day! Kudos Dave!

I needed an upgrade for my truck but had no idea what to choose. James (the magager) walked me through my choices. He was kind and patient and took a lot of tme explaining my choices. I learned more than I could have imagined about tires. James knows his stuff and is a cool guy on top of that. NTB should be very proud to have such a kind and knowledgeable manager. I love my tires and could not have done it without him. Oh yeah, I can say the same for Dave. He is very interesting and it was a great experience.

I thought I was having a good day, until I waited 4 hours for a patch. Just to be told they can’t. After waiting 4 hours I just wanted a new tire because I work two jobs and then told me their cheapest tire was $120 insane actually. I just wanted to get the truck outta there. But I have no idea how much the breakdown of that was as I never received a receipt either.

had an amazing experience at this place. my valve stem was bad and they replaced it in under an hour and was only $30! 10/10 would recommend for quick, friendly, and a smooth service. also korey worked on my csr and did fantastic

Fantastic service, dropped the car off for inspections. James Bolander was extremely helpful and professional with explaining any and all repairs needed for the car to pass inspections, as well as explaining payment options for said repairs.

Service was amazing! Called NTB when my truck’s battery went out and they were able to get me in right away. Staff was friendly and very helpful! I had my truck back and ready to go within an hour. I highly recommend

I woke up to a flat tire this morning and NTB fit us in super quick to take a look. I thought I was going to end up needing a new tire but when they took a look they were super honest and found a small nail that was able to be fixed with just a patch. The customer service was great and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and thorough! We will definitely be back for our future car maintenance needs.

James and Dave were amazing! Great customer service! I came from out of town and just bought new tires however my light came on smh! They figured out the issue instantly, fixed it and got a good deal! Highly recommended for any tire issues!

Highly recommend this place! I recommend scheduling an appt because it does get pretty busy. They were very transparent about the time it would take. Due to construction in my area, I caught a screw in the tire I recently replaced at this establishment. I had a warranty on it and they got my tire fixed within a hour free of charged. They let me know my other tires were nearly bald. I went online ordered my tires, was able to receive a discount online, and came in the next day. They replaced my other three tires within an hour and half. They were very knowledgeable and I will be going back.

I just got 4 new tires and an alignment done last minute. James was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was extremely professional. I also truly appreciate that the work was done fast and efficiently! Highly recommend.

I requested my current truck rims and tires be taken off and broken down. I wanted my old rims for my snow tires this winter and my old tires disposed. I then requested the tire and rims I brought with me, ones I purchased in a private deal, be checked and balanced and put on my truck. I had a feeling my brakes would be due for replacing soon and it was confirmed during the rim and tire change over. So new rear brakes installed, rims, tires and balance work completed and everyone was professional, competent, and expedient. All this came together unexpectedly while visiting from Syracuse, NY. My only regret is this facility, management and staff are not local to where I live. Thank you NTB.

Warning!!! Was I. Here about a month ago and though everything was fine. Today I happened to have my tire turn and realized they never replaced it only repaired it. I spoke to the people and he said he has seen a tire wear out that fast in a month. I told him it was the tire from before and they didn’t not change it. He pretty much said that it was not there problem. I told him that I was going to have my tire changed and sue them. He told me that was a problem for corporate. I have a voice recording of the whole conversation and willing to share it . Here are pictures of the tire he said wore out in less than a month. I would take away 15 stars if I could.

If you want to get first in line, better come early, they do first come, first serve basis. Based on our experience, it's kinda ? during car inspection something not big deal they gotta change new and charge you more. Just my opinion based on what they have done to our car. Anyway, their service is good they open at 8 but the workers or the one who performed your car is kinda late . They started after 40 minutes . Have to wait, though.

I needed to replace the wheels and tires of my car with a new sets I bought on internet. I stopped at Merchant's without an appointment and was accepted for a service almost immediately. I do liked the professional attitude of the Service manager Mr. Gibson and the mechanic who worked on the wheels replacement. It was a nice and pleasant experience overall although I'm one of those suspicious clients, who cannot gain trust easily .I do recommend the place because the service was on the expected professional level and the environment was relaxed and out of any stress for me as a client. Cheers for the Merchant's employees!!!
