If you need a battery DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Have purchased 3 Gold line batteries in less than 2 years. Along with the faulty batteries are Unprofessional employees that will not help in any manner. It's not my car, it's your FAULTY BATTERIES! CONSUMERS BEWARE
Everytime I go to this place they either don't know the information and just say they can't help or completely rip you off. I told them I wanted the entry level of a part. She charged me $80 for it. I looked it up on THEIR website and could find parts for as low as $35 and everywhere in between. I hope your happy ripping off a single father of 3 just trying to survive. Enjoy your commission check!
There is a Black lady there with a mustache, no jokes. She was just on ready for an attitude and to be unhelpful. Then says, "I don't know about cars; I just work here." Wow, anyway, I was just about to leave because what's the point? A white gentleman with blonde hair was on ready to help and got me a discount. I would of gave 5stars if my only interaction was just with him.
Oh my goodness, have never been spoken to with such disrespectful attitude. The cashier, I asked for help with pricing and she was so rude and made me feel like I was bothering her day by simply asking questions.
Nice folks, great service, love to help their customers. Was there recently for a new garden mower battery and they were not only helpful and courteous but made sure I had the right there right replacement bolts also. Thank you very much.

1700 E Little Creek Road Norfolk-My daughter had an Advance purchased car battery that started to fail. Ian came out tested it and searched his database determining the battery was still under warranty. Ian grabbed the replacement battery installed it and we were on our way in 10mins. Making this my go to Advance-thank you Ian!!
Terrible experience with girl that has the nose ring. Extremely out of touch with customer service and knowledge of auto in general. Told me Ford doesn't make a king ranch and that they didn't carry ignition coil packs for my truck even after hooking up to the truck to get code,po304. So... she's great for business unfortunately it was O Rielys that got my business!! Get rid of her they laughed when I said who it was they knew all about her.
Barbara is the worst. Rude, and this is not the first time. She is always rude and has no customer service, but I can tell you Robert and the Gm today was amazing

I went inside to purchase a battery for my keys. The older lady with the salt n pepper hair was at the register. She was not friendly nor helpful. Bad customer service.

When you have a customer service rep pound the counter and tell you they've been working for Advance Auto Parts for 40 years and tell you they don't offer a military discount, they lose business. I will NEVER, EVER shop at this store. The employee in question needs to retire!

So appreciative of Advance Auto's diagnostic services. The associate who assisted us was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and PATIENT with a customer (me) who knows very little about car mechanics. Her explanations of the OBD codes and the available options were easy to understand. There was no pressure to buy anything, and no charge for checking to see what was wrong. We are so fortunate to have a caring, customer service oriented company available in our neighborhood.
The battery in my SUV went out today so I had to make a trip to my trusty friends at advance Auto Little Creek. I wasn't going to have someone do the install for me because they seemed busy, but my technician Chase was eager to help and assured me it was part of the quality of service and that he would be happy to do it. Throughout our transaction Chase was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and fast! He took the time to explain to me the steps of what he was doing to my vehicle as he was performing the battery swap. I left a bit more knowledgeable and with a lot less grease on my hands! Thank you Chase! You definitely understand the value of people! I don't let too many folks work on my vehicles, but I would trust my SUV to chase anytime.
SHE SAVED ME SOME SERIOUS CASH!! So, first, a little back story..I bought a lemon. The car has given me grief since I drove it off the lot.. you get the picture. Well, to make a long story short, I called Advance Auto parts as my car wouldn't start this morning. Figuring it was the battery, I needed to know if it was something I could do myself and if they had the right one in stock. The lovely woman I spoke with (kicking myself in the butt that I didn't write down her name), actually encouraged me to start with replacing the battery in my key fob. I had explained too that the alarm kept going on and off. Not only was this awesome lady friendly and knowledgeable, she WAS RIGHT! Got home, with a new key fob battery in place, opened up the car, and started her right up!! Now, how often do folks go out of their way to encourage you to start with something simple... She knows customer service through and through.. now they have my business for life! Thank you wonderful lady!

The women running the front when I stopped by not only discussed my issue with me, but re-diagnosed my problem and looked at my vehicle to help determine the issue. They knew their customers well and were able to ask a mechanic that arrived in the store for backup and together they solved it then and there. Amazing customer service.
Went to this store to have my battery diagnosed. Von was my technician and he was very professional, courteous and quick to help me get my new battery picked out and installed! I will go back..and you should too! Great service..great prices...friendly professional!
