Needed to replace a burned out brake light ASAP and they efficiently got me exactly what I needed, helpfully loaned me the Phillips head screwdriver with which I opened the assembly & replaced the bulb, and got me on my way quickly.

Salesman was nice and but didn't know alot about car covers he had in stock and not a big selection.

Easy in, easy out! They had what I needed and helped me locate it quickly. Thank you!

Great veteran leadership here. While the younger crew is still getting up to speed and using Google for most questions, the senior staff really knows their stuff and handles customer conflict like pros. This is my preferred spot over Advance. Reliable service, just a bit of a knowledge gap with the newer hires.

thank god for this autozone. we were about to head out to a road trip when a semi truck backed into our truck. he tapped us lightly but still bent the fender and it was so close to the tire that if he hit a pothole or uneven roads it could have shredded the tire. so we stopped at this autozone and they let us use their hammer to pop it back in. their customer service was great!

She helped me figure out which battery I needed and installed it for me and sure enough, my car started right up and I was on my way. She was so kind and personable. This AutoZone has become my go-to. These guys uphold excellence in customer service. It started with a young gentleman who is local and whose name escapes me. He tried his hardest to install my rear windshield wiper and finally asked his manager to help. I was overwhelmed by this level of service! Then today, when I found out my battery hold down was not doing its job, I immediately thought of these guys. And sure enough, David came out and secured my battery! I love these guys! They are the best in the area!

Deqwan R is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, outstanding customer service, and he made me feel safe! He helped me install the bulbs for my blinkers and explained what he was doing. He's an exceptional young gentleman!!

I went into auto zone to ask about a battery for my truck and the store manager David Newbold waited on me showed and explained to me different options. I then asked him if they could install it? He said he needed me to lift the hood so he can check it out. He said yes definitely! Woo Hoo! I was happy! I went back inside, made my purchase and he had all the necessary tools and he went to work. He switched the batteries out in no time, like a pro! I thanked him and he was very professional. He deserves a raise! I will definitely go back to auto zone in the future. Keep the services that you offer in place for the people that need your help. THANKS!

I never do reviews but I have to give a very special thanks to Joshua for helping me out today. His customer service skills and hospitality made this visit very smooth for me. My car was constantly shutting off on me. He thoroughly evaluated my car and helped me take the steps necessary to fix it! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and was able to educate me on what caused the problem with my car. He also informed me of different products I could use that would help prevent the problem in the future. Not to mention I wasn’t even there for an hour before my issue was resolved completely. I seriously couldn’t thank him enough. If you find yourself at this AutoZone location and are seeing help I highly recommend speaking to Joshua. He will ensure you’re taken care of!

I want to give a huge shoutout to David at AutoZone for making my day! My car battery started acting up, and even though I knew it was an easy fix, I was stressed since it was my first time dealing with a bad battery. David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to assist me, and when I tried to offer him money as a token of appreciation, he kindly declined, saying he loves what he does. That kind of passion and care is rare to find. I needed my battery changed. I called into the store first to check to see if they install batteries which the guy confirmed they did and he checked the year and model vehicle. Once I got to the store the employee named Joey met me as I was entering the store he said was I the person who had just called and I confirmed. He was so helpful and efficient. He removed the battery was able to swap it out for a new one, mine was under warranty. He had great customer service skills and could definitely teach others about how to treat their customers. 10/10 experience at this store.

I have only had good service at this location, but Josh went above and beyond last week helping me with my battery and giving me some basics on what to look for when purchasing and maintaining a car. He even noticed the my clutch fluid was under the hood and helped me fix that. I’ll definitely come back when I need more parts.

My day went left when my car did not start this afternoon I had to get a tow truck to start the car and everything. I called this auto zone millions of time asking questions and was helped my very kind and patient people. David Newbold the Store Manager NEEDS A RASIE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE he takes the extra mile to help people his generosity almost made me cry. He is a gift from God and I hope all thing he do in life prosper.

Mark was professional and helpful in helping me with battery and alternator testing and even provided a few tips with my new battery. He was a great guy to interact with and seemed to care a lot about the people he helps. He even provided some help with me installing my battery. Some good help when I needed it, thanks mark!

I cannot say enough good things about this store, especially the manager Mark Hatcher. Every time I visit this store I have exceptional service. The last time I went was because the terminal to my battery had disconnected and then broken so my battery kept dying. He helped me with receiving the part and came out and installed it himself in the cold weather! We had great conversation while he did. My prescription medication had fallen out of my pocket when I was trying to work on the car myself and was stuck in the very bottom in the piece of the fender. Mark even retrieved a tool and was able to get that out as well. Truly not an easy feat! This store will have my business as long as I live in Norfolk. The other male cashier was I believe a new employee and I didn't have a ton of interaction besides making my purchase but he was also very friendly. These guys deserve a raise! I always feel so welcomed in their store and there is always such a positive atmosphere and so neat. I am a repeat customer and they have always fixed the issue for me. Like I said, they have a lifelong customer from me. Car issues can be so stressful but when I have one I have no worries and no doubt that I'll be taken care of.

Today is thanksgiving and I needed a battery really bad. I was greeted my the nice guy name kwame , hopefully I said it right. This guy was so sweet and nice and very professional. From the time I walk in until he was done changing my battery. Outstanding service and cute and the same time.. he is extraordinary and stood out with his presence and confidence. Great location and good customer service. Been here few times very clean store. They had the hard to find parts i needed in stock so cant beat that and at an okay price . Oh and if you need a car phone holder grab you a hug buddy i did Thanks for everything 5 stars

Went in for a battery test. Guy came out put did the test in 5 seconds and said the battery was good. 10 minutes later car is getting towed because partially of a dead battery.

Reno was awesome and deserves a raise!!! I watched him install maybe 3 batteries yesterday and still was helping other customers that pulled up with questions. I hope I have his name correct! African American male light brown eyes! Awesome worker and very professional too. I had the black Ford fusion yesterday, and I'm so grateful I got him to help me! Oh he's a capricorn too which was also A PLUS ? cause so am I!
