Historically good experience! However…. The team was able to get my headlight and ballast repaired same day on my Audi A7 which I am immensely thankful for; however my wheel well liner (requires removal for access) is now torn and the fasteners (that I provided to the team) were not reinstalled nor given back to me. Friendly shop, would still recommend to others due to past experiences and good customer service but I wish the tech had disclosed this. I would not have been mad, now I have to pursue correcting this on the other side of the country however. I’m hoping this is a one off as I’ve have a couple services done here with good experiences and fair pricing. I think this was a one off…. But maybe I was too trusting this time and didn’t physically inspect the area addressed before leaving the shop.

This is a really good place. Very professional and fair. Much better than that dirty Tire Choice down the street from them.

My experience with this Firestone was excellent! I was from out of town and my car had broken down! They got me in and all fixed in a few hours. James was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this location!!

James, because of you, you guys have earned a customer for life. I will only go to this Firestone to have work done on my car. That guy is very informative and goofy. Thanks again for all the help, man. Firestone, you better NEVER let this man lol.

Received excellent customer service for a same day appointment to replace my tires. Staff was efficient and courteous; also explained rebate options and answered all of my questions. Less than an hour and a half wait, which was wonderful! Thank you!

James absolutely came in clutch for me when I was driving from FL to RI and got a leak in one of my tires. He helped me track down a shop that sold the spline key for my jeep and was able to get me in for a speedy repair. He and his team went above and beyond for me and got me back On the road quickly. Really appreciated - this could have been a stressful nightmare because I was on a tight schedule and he really helped me out.

Firestone fixed my car on the same day I needed it taken care of. They are both helpful and easy to deal with.

I came in 7:20 a.m. Crappy customer service. The service writer didnt even greet me coming in the door. When he took my keys and i asked how long will it be....in a semi-rude manner he said ""sir, we are going to pull it in right now. Next thing i know...30 min later...at 7:50 a.m. my car was still sitting in the same parking spot that i left it in. And i then asked for my keys...they gave it to me...and i left. Their customer service suck and they lie about the service time. God help them.

First, a real person answers the phone and addresses the customer's concern. Also, I like how efficiently my car was serviced and ready for pick-up. Tara was extremely helpful in locating my purse that I left on back floor of my vehicle. Thank you so much, Tara!!

Didn’t care about the client. Dropped off the car for maintenance, day past didn’t even bother to call for the status and had to call for pick up, and the service rep was not even courteous enough to help figure out what happened. I am not happy with their service.

Very satisfied with the service this is my favorite location and pretty easy to get in and out . This location has serviced all of my vehicles. They treat you right.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Firestone location. I came in for a scheduled oil change and asked the rep, James, to have a tech confirm something another auto service shop mentioned about my oil. His response was rude—he questioned why I didn’t just go to the other shop and was very dismissive when I tried to explain. When I asked about the wait time, he made another unprofessional comment about serving the next appointment first because I was a few minutes late. I ended up leaving and won’t return. Very poor customer service.

Everyone was very professional and informative. They gave me an approximate time that my car would be finished and it was ready 30 minutes earlier than expected. Thank you all for putting in the hard work to get my car in and out in obe day.

I can’t say enough good things about James at Firestone! He went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. Even after closing time, James stayed late to make sure I could get my vehicle and keys. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days, and it really made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, James, you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

My Honda Accord was expertly tuned up and the AC repaired actually prior to suggested pickup time. Firestone personnel were very knowledgeable about repairs and were efficient and pleasant. Car is running great and it's nice to feel safe in it once again. Will return if and when necessary.

They do have master mechanics and have taken very good care of my cars. Cameron is a….Charged 173.00 to remove fog lamps for 2006 Jeep Wrangler fog lamps for a state Inspection that were ‘thrown in the garage”. Visually inspected and replaced brakes and drums and somehow the calipers (part of the brake system” rusted overnight. 2 trips to get brakes replaced and fog lamps “thrown away, was offered to split the cost to replace. Curt sharp and not bothered. Firestone take the fork out, I’m done. You don’t get to treat women this way that have spent thousands of dollars over the years. I know you don’t care, but you should! And Cameron needs to get a GED, general education in decency.

Car service is ok. Called in to set up appointment 2 days ago. Called this morning to be reminded of exact time, woman (whos always nice..love her) said she didn't find my appointment (he didn't create it ?) Bathroom stinks/doesn't have toilet paper. And there are dead roaches laying around on the floor in it..

Been using this location for years, and I've always been satisfied with the work and quality of parts that they use. They gave me options on how to get my car up to code and running correctly. They got the work done in one day, and had great communication with me.

I asked for a complete vehicle inspection plus with special attention to a certain issue I was having. They fixed the issue but they did not do the inspection, 2 days later and my brakes and bad, my check engine light is on and neither of these things were mentioned when I picked up my truck. I did ask and the guy said everything looked great, after I had to remind him a few times of which vehicle was mine. I paid $250 for the botched inspection and two headlights they convince me to get because they said that’s all I needed. I’m typing this while I’m sitting in the waiting room of an auto shop getting a diagnostic for my check engine light. :/

Emergency tire blowout last minute tire purchase and repair wouldn't have been possible without Julia and her beyond Exellent customer service. You are lucky to have her. Employee of the month and a raise should be in her future I definitely recommend this place

I came in this morning at 7 am to have my car inspected. Another lady came in around the same time and she was in and out within 30 mins. I waited for over 6 hours AND I had an appointment. Not to mention, someone put a wet sticker on my front window, which left residue when I tried to remove it. Worst experience ever...literally wasted an entire day for nothing.
