Thank you Cyrus at the Tidewater location. Your customer service was tremendous! Thank you for coming out not once but twice to be sure our wiper blades were properly installed. Most importantly, you did not make my husband feel foolish because he had put the wipers on backwards.

Went to get a battery and the girls up front were fantastic! Went above and beyond AND they realized a problem with the terminal that no one else who had looked at the car had noticed. Thanks ladies for a job well done!
The customer care and service was great and very professional they were serving the customers hot dogs and hambers for customer appreciation day which shows they care for their customers.I needed a jump start they help with no questions asked. Highly recommend this location! Friendly and helpful staff. They had everything we needed and offered to replace the windshield wipers we purchased for free! This is now my go to store. Also, thank you for the military discount!
Mike, Maria, and Esau were very helpful. They were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They cared about my vehicle, me and my well being. They took extra time with me and called me by my name. They are the kind of employees every employer needs in the forefront. This will continue to be my home auto-part store.
My brake lights drained my battery overnight. ??? I had just upgraded to hyper bright LEDs all the way around the 03 Accord. The Accord has a rubber stop piece on the brake pedal that keeps the pedal from impacting the switch. My rubber piece had hardened and crumpled, allowing the brake switch to stay on like I had depressed the pedal. So Advance hooked me up with a new switch and rubber stop. Stupid Honda design.
Recycling used oil is one of the many things that makes Advance a great place. And I always bring paper towels, I don't want to be the one that makes a mess. Shout out to Barbara.

Picked up a club for my Sonata because they are getting stolen. It was quick and they had what I needed.
I got three covers for the steering wheels on my cars. The guy who sold it to me was a bit of a jerk. I think he thought it was stupid to purchase them. 2 of the 3 fit so I went back the next day. The guy behind the counter told me it should fit, then said it was not theirs. I produced a receipt and then he said he would put it on for me. I did not drive that vehicle so that was not going to happen. I picked a different one out and he processed the return. The one I picked out worked great. Some of the guys behind the counter are know it all jerks. Overall it is what it is.
Worst Advanced Auto Parts customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will not check out a code reader, they insist they have to do it themselves and then refuse to let the driver clear the code (air from loose gas cap - I clear this code every couple months). Now I have to drive to the other one that lets me do it.
Had a Battery die on me today... Lots to do today.. Stopped at Advance Auto.. Misty Met Me a Quickly help find the Battery in my Price range. Purchased and installed by Misty in Record time. Great Location Great Customer Service.
Went to just get some De Icing[?] spray. Didn't know where it was so I had to go ask, and the guy was very nice about it. Didn't make me feel bad because I didn't know what it looked like. Was very friendly and took the time to tell me how to use it. Great job Advance Auto!
Went thinking I needed to my car battery replaced and Mr.Tryston ran a full battery/ alternator check and gave me a brief synopsis saying my battery was doing just fine. He had one of the best customer service experiences I ever witnessed, down to earth type of dude!! These are the types of employees you do NOT want to let go !! Awesome job to say the least

Both guys there were friendly and extremely helpful. No one likes to have to spend money on their car but it certainly helps when it's a good experience. My car was needing a jump to start but I wasn't sure if the problem was the battery, alternator, or starter. After a couple tests we determined it was most likely the battery and they installed it for me on the spot. I wasn't there longer than 20-30 minutes, and I will definitely be back.
I had mentally prepared to come in and spend over $100 on some items I needed for my car. I came in and explain to the representative what I needed and wanted and he was very attentive and detailed on what the items were, their location and even checking the warranty on my car battery. When you buy car batteries from Advance Auto Parts, make a calendar reminder to have it checked periodically so that you can take advantage of the warranty that will replace any defective battery within the stated period.
He graciously installed the new battery for me with no charge. I never felt duped or pressured into buying items that I didn't need or understand. I don't claim to be a guru when it comes to car parts and accessories so I do appreciate the honesty and willingness to help.
Located in the Southern Shopping Center, the store has its own small parking lot. They do offer a 10% military discount but if you sign up to receive their emails; you'll find various promotions that tout 20% off when you order online for delivery or pick up in the store.
An overall positive experience and I'll continue to patronize this business for my car care needs and accessories. They are able to look you up by telephone number if you need your order history. If an item isn't in stock, they'll check their database to see what nearby location has it or have it special ordered.
Most people would think they'd just have the little tree air fresheners and items to wash your car but they have an array of products to keep your car looking good, smelling good and running even better.
I’ll never understand why this location has always been so concerned about Call in questions over Customers at the counter. Every time I come in, I’m constantly interrupted by them answering the phone and making me wait while they go look for a part that someone on the phone is asking for. Next time while I’m in line, waiting for them to get off the phone, I’ll make sure to call them on my cell phone so I can get priority service. Today I had a manager come over to the person helping me and call them away from me to help someone that was on the phone, that called After I had waited my turn in line to get help!! Not to mention that I had a part number in hand. Didn’t even need them to ask if my vehicle was 4wd in order to look up a window crank handle...
They are stocked with what you need but wait times for check out is horrendous. All check out is through the parts line so no general item check out, even if you mention that's all you need. Two or three people in front of you can equal a 10min wait. AutoZone is better at handling people trying to get out not getting parts from inventory
The store is clean and bright. The parts specialist who helped me was very nice and efficient in finding the wiper blade I needed for my 2000 Mercedes E320. He also installed the blade for me (this car takes only one) at no cost! I expected to pay much more for this part than I actually did. Very pleased with the product and service!
Been coming to this auto parts store for many years this is one of the main auto parts store locations for the most part they usually have the items I'm looking for always best to shop online get that extra discount. And perk Points always a plus. Good location very satisfied with the service I get here for the most part. 4 Thumbs Up 5 stars

Greg is an outstanding member of your team, and knows much more than the average representative at other stores. I fully trust his judgement, and know that he will always try to save his customers money while giving the absolute best service and information. Great store with great employees! My dad, Greg, has been working at this store for over 30 years and can answer just about any car question you can throw at him. Really knowledgeable guy and will get you the correct part you need the first time .
Went in to the store to simply get 3 lug nuts. I gave the exact thread, head size, and style I needed. It wasn't for a car, but to use on an on car brake lathe at my job. Was told since I didn't have an exact car he would have to go to the bin and find them. So he asked me to wait while he took care of the couple of customers behind me. I was slightly annoyed, but I said okay so went to look around while waiting for him. 5 customers and 20 minutes later, still nothing so I walked out at this point. I'm not sure if didn't want to take care of me because it is a low cost sale, but it's a sale nonetheless. Will never go back to this store since couldn't do something as simple as get me a couple of lug nuts when he knew exactly what style I needed.
