Avoid the store at all cost!! Customer service is very rude. If I could give this place a zero star I would the store number is. #7464. From the moment I walked in they were very unhelpful. Didn’t try to explain anything to me Brushed me off as they have better things to do. There’s another store, maybe four or five minutes further on the same street would highly recommend them. I would even recommend the AutoZone that isn’t even completely built yet over this location & they don’t have staff.
My battery died, and the folks at Advanced Auto Parts did an awesome job repairing it on site and fixing me up with a brand new battery. Very thankful for their hard work and dedication to their customers!
My radiator hose blew off and it had to be ordered, Advance Auto part didn’t have it in stock but thanks to Mr. Terrance I didn’t have to get my van towed to a mechanic shop. Terrance went above and beyond, took his time to help look for other hoses to solve the problem. We were able to replace the hose and didn’t have to send the van to the mechanic. Thank you Terrance!!! I wish we can always find people like you who truly like to help.
Horrible customer service I refuse to spend my money at a location where the. Moral is low went and the part they said I needed was overpriced got it way cheaper will never go to this location again they really need to do better with customer service
I came here to try to buy a Noco (or any portable battery charger), but was told by someone I assume is an employee that I "can't park here, any other lot is fine, but not this one". So, I left and took my business elsewhere. It was just a bizarre interaction, and not professional at all. Oh well.
My battery died and they tried a quick charge, no luck, had to leave it overnight. I will tell you- I didn't interact with a single person who didn't treat me like i was the most important one. And Mr. James who answered the phone today AND when I went to pick up my battery even carried it to my car- this is a free service, on christmas eve. I won't go anywhere else for car service needs.
The signs on the doors say they open up at 9:00. Four cars in the parking lot I'm assuming belong to the employees here but nobody will open the door or answer the phone. I would get zero stars if I could.
The representatives were very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. Considering such time of evening they still had there friendly service skills and smiles!!! Great job Ericka & Kota!!!
I’m so impressed of this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful in every way to explain you what problem or code you car has. Tony is awesome. I’m a lady with limited knowledge of cars and parts. He directed me to the right repair place that would not break my bank. Thank you and keep up the good amazing work. This is how every workplace should be..positive, honest and full of integrity.
Purchased a battery from here in October 2022 for a 91' Cadillac Brougham, a gift vehicle for my mother in Alabama. She called today saying that the battery was bad after she took it to Advance Auto in Alabama. The Advance Auto in Alabama said I need to contact this Advance Auto so I can get the barcode number so my mother can redeem the warranty on the battery. I gave this Advance Auto my information and they couldn't find the purchase anywhere. The lady then replied that whomever checked me out that day, did not put in my information into their system meaning I can't get the warranty. This is complete neglect on their behalf and for her to openly say one of their workers messed up, they still did not try to help. I even offered my bank statement for the purchase and that still not enough. This review is definitely worth zero stars which I wish I could give.
I visited this location a few weeks ago and purchased a new battery for my car. Huge shout out to Reggie who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him what was going on with my car and he immediately showed interest in getting it fixed. While he changed my battery, he gave me a wealth of knowledge on my car and life expectancy on certain parts of my car which was a bonus. His urgency to help me was genuine! Thanks again Reggie!
The people works in this place are such good people! They're reliant, patient and just great over all! They changed my car batteries and while doing so they're very patient educating me about it. I can't thank you guys enough, shoutout to Plan! Give this guy a raise!
Jon helped me. Well if you want to call it that. Rude and unprofessional. They should let him work in the back only!!!!! Not to mention I was on hold the entire time from my house to the store a total of 5 miles. I figured they must be busy but When I got to the store there was 1 customer. If you don’t want to work stay home Jon!!!!!
Thoroughly had a great customer service experience. I was totally discussed with BG autoservise when I purchased 4 tires and asked me to purchase luge nuts for my tires that they had put on. Hot and discussed. The representative so my frustration and helped me . Talked to my son in N.C. . They told and wrote on the invoice to purchase 10, which I did not need. Carried 5 back and they finally to off the spare and placed the new tire on. I am 75 yes. Old, female and I my Life time have been treated this way of being taken advantage of. I became a warrior for all Women they are taken advantage of by any company taken advantage of Women! Thanks again Advance personnel for taking care of me.I was Deperate and took care of my anxieties! BJ Corporate will be notified about Their Service. By the way, my cost was over $600 dollars and luge nuts,time and inconvenience should have never happened! Love You Men for helping ❤ an Woman in a Bad Situation. Be ? Blessed.
Great staff. Brought products with the intent of figuring out where it goes when I get home and without hesitation, they volunteered and did the work for me. Awesome location!!! Helpful staff EVERYTIME i go there.
My experience wasn't for myself but my friend her car was needing a battery jump EVERY DAY!! Since her battery was only 2yrs old she didn't think that was her problem but low and behold that's exactly what it was thanks to advance auto and their equipment!!! The guy was courteous and pleasant and explained the cause and what she should do. Thanks ADVANCE AUTO!! She bought a new battery not a used one and she has been driving with no more jumps!!
I went in to find wiper blades for my 03 Expedition after being very frustrated with the ones I had to return to Costco. I was expecting to find a terminal to punch in my make model and year but failed to find one. I was very annoyed and asked the young man behind the counter about it. He asked for my make model and year and found the blades I was looking for. He also answered my question s about information on whether or not they would fit and about the return policy. He was very professional and had a good attitude. My blades ended up fitting quite easily and I was pleasantly surprised. The associate showed great soft skills and should be commended.
Holly and Moe were extremely helpful in locating some very hard to find parts for a restoration project. Customer service was above and beyond, great people.
They are very nice and always have the needed advice about parts, tools and much more.!

Been here three times in the last two weeks. They've given advice, helped me diagnose a problem free, and even gave me a few basic tools to work on my car in their parking lot (returned of course :P) Very friendly, very informative, and willing to help any way they can. Great place!
Store Manager Josh Sipolt and Assistant Manager Moe Mitchell went above and beyond with there customer service today. I am very impressed and will continue my business with Advance Auto Parts and make sure that I pass this type of service to my friends and family, job well done guys again thank you so much for your assistance. A day going bad but turned around by these employees.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Worked diligently to ensure correct parts we needed. Installed battery and wiper blades for us in record time. Will definitely be back to this store.
