I call the towing company 2 minutes after it took my daughter’s car to ask how much it will cost me to get the car out 207$ for just just 6 minutes drive. From where I live it is ridiculous
I bought a truck from these guys. It was not in the condition as described. Additionally, it has been more than 35 days since I paid them for the truck and they have yet to send my title. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. They do not return calls, let alone answer their phone once they know that it's your number. They have treated me as though I am the problem! Absolutely pitiful experience.
If i could give zero stars i would. Owner Jason called me a “smartass” after inquiring about their insane fees. Then proceeded to tell me that’s the max amount that he can charge and he has the ability to lower it but is not willing to because i’m questioning their fees. Two ladies at the “front desk” ( cause its a run down trailor) were very disrespectful. not to mention they left my interior lights on in my vehicle and killed my battery. this company deserves to be shut down for talking to people the way they do and their lack of empathy.
Guy in the tow truck threatened me and my friend with children in the car. Tried to hit us in the car with the tow truck when we tried to ask him a question. I called the business, and he was rude and condescending. I had to call the police.
They towed a bus that was parked in my parking lot the owner of the vehicle owes me over $3000 in fees and taxes for parking! TFS recovery stole!!!! the bus out of our lot with out any permission! We called him to return it same day he made a promise that we would get paid and to not make a police report. Six months later I am still waiting he is not even providing a phone number or name of the bank he did the job for
I just got off the phone with Matt and when I say I am disgusted, I wish I could think of a better word. My car was towed and I called to inquire about getting the address to the location so I could make arrangements to come to collect the vehicle since it was cleared. Matt was so rude. He asked for my make and car, name only to say they are closed. I understood and asked for the address to make arrangements to get a ride and he literally refused to give me the address, as if he thought I would come to break the car out(that’s now already paid!) Stating over and over he would not provide me the address until 9am tomorrow. Yelling saying he’s not going to argue with me. WHY DID YOU PICK UP IF YOU ARE CLOSED ?!? So many people have things going on in their life. BE KIND ALWAYS. One person can literally bring a business down. Thanks Matt
Their hours are 10AM-2PM.Not even enough time for someone to pick up their vehicle with a full time job. Nowhere on their poor quality website did it mention that so I had to call. Person who answered was ridiculously rude and was so incompetent he didn't know how to answer my questions and just hung up. Not only are you taking someone's only means of livelihood and stealing it from their property during a PANDEMIC you don't even have basic human decency to communicate appropriately. Recovery and I'm not really sure how all that stolen money you're rolling in let's you sleep at night.
I want to not like them because they repossessed my car, but it's their job. Honestly, they were very friendly when I went to retrieve it. There is no building, it's literally just a vehicle storage area. The sign on the gate says TFSR if you're looking for it.
