I absolutely LOVE this place! I purchased my 2024 Toyota Cross 18 months ago. What I love about the company is that everyone is always so helpful, respectful & patient when I go there especially for service. I love how they keep track of my service appointments. I like that they offer a Shuttle Ride while your car is being serviced which is always completed in a "timely manner". Thank you to everyone at Miller Toyota from Sales, Customer Service & especially the Service Department. Miss Laster .

James and the service department were super awesome keeping my truck in tip top shape today. I added on some extra stuff I wanted them to look into and it was still completed in a reasonable amount of time. Always happy to come here. James was super friendly and efficient at his job. And I felt very happy with my time at miller Toyota today. Super awesome people. 👌

It was my third visit the guy who were on front desk say no hi no nothing no properly guide , he was dealing like i messed him up from sleep , and the cashier are the same no Smile on the face , worst experience ever had

Eek. Called about a valve adjustment cost and bro was like "I've been doing this for 11 years and never heard of that". It's legit in the service manual dude. Please don't touch people's cars.

Had a recall on my car so was told to bring it in for service. I was also told it would only take 2 days to fix my car, but it took 3 days. I went to go return the crap loaner car that I did not drive at all, and they tried to charge me $1,000 for a brand new tire and rim for damage. I didn't even drive the car, and the guy kept saying well you hit a curb. How did I hit a curb when I never drive the car in the first place. I only drove it to and from the dealership. These people are con artists, avoid this place at all costs or avoid taking a rental.

I don't know who would ever give this dealership or their service department a good review. Worst attitudes ever, absolute thieves, tried charging me for damages on their crap loaner that I didn't even request but pushed it on me, and then black listed me for something I didn't do, some weird minds managing this place.

Happy with recent service. Way better than last year. Charged few $ more than estimate for oil change, other than that everything was great.

Mr. Dimas in the service was great! Very friendly and found him honest as well. Had bunch of issues with my car. He got my car checked out much sooner than the usual time frame. Listed out all the issues according to their priority levels and get the car fixed for me better than before. Great Service! It is nice to have someone in the service desk with empathy!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for an 8AM 50,000 mile service. I was early to my appointment and was told by the advisor that it would be about an hour and a half total time wait. I didn’t leave Toyota until after 11 AM. That is absolutely absurd for an oil change, tire rotation, and overall eyesight inspection of my vehicle, lights, etc. It would have been nice to just not be told a time frame in general, just for them to exceed that time span by over an hour and a half with little to no regard. I was a loyal customer to Toyota, but they very clearly respect no one’s time. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here.

Long time Toyota owner and customer at Miller. The service center was pretty good overall 5 years and before but I’ve had a few interactions with them over the past 18 months and none went well. Going forward I’ll be driving from Manassas to another Toyota service center.

I brought my 2014 Corolla in today for a couple recall fixes and it went wonderfully! I was able to schedule a date and time over the phone a couple weeks ago and was promptly seen today. Cecil helped me at the front after dropping my car off and I waited for the estimated time of just over an hour before my car was all set. The checkout/cashier employee was kind, as well - everyone every step of the way was in a great mood! Very happy with Miller Toyota's Service department :)

I dropped my car off early in the morning and it took 5/6 hours for just a simple oil change and rotation. Everytime I would call they would hang up on me or put me on hold for 10 mins .

It was okay, but the service man was not very informative. He didn't tell me what services are done to the car. I tried asking two, three times, and got very short answers. I want to know details about my car and the services. Not satisfied with the service.

Overall a good experience. We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. All the employees were polite, professional and didn't try to upsell additional products or services. Very happy with that. My one complaint is that we made an appointment, we were not walk-ins, and we were told the oil change would take about 30 minutes. But it took over an hour. On the plus side the waiting area is very comfortable and they were playing a World Cup game on the TV so we stayed entertained. But waiting over an hour, when we had an appointment scheduled, was a little annoying. It would've been understandable if we were walk-in customers but since we had an appointment I would expect the service to take closer to the time they stated. That's my only complaint. Otherwise happy with the experience.

Jeff was amazing! I had to go in to check out my car's check engine light. I was a hundred miles from home and didn't want to risk driving it further. Luckily, my car didn't need a major repair. He helped me get in and out quickly.

I always used Miller Toyota for service and getting new vehicle, but won’t use it again and won’t recommend to anyone. Worst service ever experienced. Service agent was rude and not considerate. I was a little late because of traffic caused by severe thunderstorms. First agent I spoke was nice. I notified her I am like 20 mins late and she said I am good. They will take care of my car. But the next agent named joe straightforward denied scheduled service that I waited for more than a week.

Made a appointment for my husbands recalls on his vehicle. Service depaetment was courteous & arranged drop off and car rental while they preform the 2 day job. Gave me a beautiful Rav4 ,I'm now loving this car lol.

I dropped car off to get an oil change done because other dealer didn't close the oil drain plug.and was not sure if they even did oil change. Miguel at this place was instructed by me to do a oil change, car was and power wash oil damage under car due to spill, as it is a new car. Miguel didn't follow my instructions and only tighten the plug and added more oil, no car was done or pressure was the spill. This is not and will not be my trusted place to get my car serviced as they don't follow instructions given to them and do as they please. Beware of this place.

I've purchased two cars from Miller Toyota (Salesman Danny in used cars), and the Service dept. has done all work for both cars. Mind you very little work has ever been needed beyond regular maintenance. They are trustworthy, professional, on time, and the jobs are done correctly. Typically dealership service depts. tend to be more expensive however, you get what you pay for and the work was done right the first time. 5 stars to Miller Toyota. Shout out to Danny from J Morgan

They need to get their act together. Coming here for years. Was told several times didn't need to make appt for oil change only. Then told needed an appt the last time went in for oil change. I guess it depends on how the wind is blowing now. Otherwise good service.

Customer service is their priority and they take it to the next level. They always clearly communicate what items need to be fixed before they start doing anything. Factory recalls are done without you even having to show the notice. Whenever I drop my car off, I get a complimentary rental vehicle. I can proudly say that we have been buying and servicing our vehicles there for exactly 20 years. (Since October 1999) so, 21 is coming up. We have bought vehicles, for our parents, multiple for ourselves and even our kids now. You can even call or email to set-up and appointment. Plus the have early drop offs and late pick ups.

After being told if I went to a more expensive vehicle there would be more wiggle room in price I decided to do just that. The salesman, Gary, was extremely rude to me and refused to budge at all on price even though they were several thousand dollars too high and I reached the amount they said they needed to work with the price. I got up to walk away and Gary ripped the trade in paperwork I had out of my hands and told me that I was not going to use the paperwork to shop around. This is after Gary told me I was welcome to go to one of the 5 dealerships that had the exact same model for 3-4,000 cheaper. The paperwork was given me to a sales manager the day before and I was told I could hold onto it. The manager eventually retrieved the paperwork from Gary and apologized for the way he acted, but Gary continued to act rude and nasty towards me. Not once did Gary apologize.

Can't say enough about the crew at their Service Dept., always professional and very polite; I stopped by on MLK day and had a pleasure of being served by Margaret, she was very nice and even offered to make my appt for the next scheduled visit.

Very Rude and Disrespectful service members Oscar Reyes was the worst! He was short, condescending and unsympathetic to my time ! The manager joe was no help either! This place need customer services skills! The wait is tooooooo long and they act like you’re doing them a favor. No I brought my car from Toyota, I did y’all a favor there’s other dealerships out here in this competitive world.
