Virginia Auto Body recently did some work on my 1979 Chevrolet Blazer which was involved in a front end crash. The damage was extensive and because the vehicle is 46 years old, there were many challenges with finding parts etc. Charles and his team stayed on top of the work and got it back on the road looking good. I would highly recommend Virginia Auto Body for any work on your classic and new vehicles.

Charles is extremely professional and such a nice person, I came to this shop to get my cv axle done and then unfortunately due to some personal financial reasons I couldn't get it done but Charles understood my situation and was really honest and great in communication as well. As soon as my financial situation gets any better, I will try to get my service done from here. I RECOMMEND this shop 100%, their rates are also pretty reasonable..

Told me it would take 2-3 weeks to fix my car when I got rear ended, took almost 6 months and still had to go back for more work. Gave me a bad battery then had me running around when it was under warranty, just to finally give in and change the bad battery. Update: currently holding my car hostage. Got an estimate for labor only and was told $1800, Charles called me and said my car was ready and the new price was $3240. Said he did a bunch of work but he wasn't asked to do anything extra, now I'm going to have to take this scammer to court just to get my vehicle back. Wouldn't trust this guy at all! Update: I won my civil case against this shop and terrible owner Charles Kim. Be wary of consumer violations.

I had a really good experience with Virginia Auto Body team. They helped me with my insurance claim and made my claim process very easy and smooth. Iwevisited this auto body shop to get a quote after reading some reviews online. Unfortunately, the man who assisted me seemed to have anger management issues. Despite asking about a car estimate, he didn’t even look at the car and instead pointed to some paperwork, instructing me to fill it out with obvious frustration. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I hit a deer back in november and took my car to Virginia Auto Body. It was supposed to take a 10 days to two weeks but one they started working on the vehicle they found more damage which cause them to have the vehicle for longer. I'm very happy with the work that was done and if I plan on getting any additional work to my car whether its damage or something I just want done to the car, I plan on taking it here.

I took my car in for a repair and service and maintenance. After thorough inspection, a couple more items were overdue. By the time I picked up my car, the inspection was done, it was so clean I hardly recognized it - and my 11 year old vehicle is so quiet, running smoothly with a new lease on life! He recommended I get quality rubber mats, which are now installed. Who needs a new car when you can get your old one refurbished like this? Btw, Charles works on any kind of car.

Charles is an extremely skilled technician. Originally I was worried about the price because I was trying to pay for the damage (out of pocket) and not go through insurance but he was extremely reasonable and my car looks practically brand new! Super nice people and shop, great communication and professional work!!

I dropped my car off for a fender bender and this place did an awesome job repairing the front of my vehicle it only took 2 weeks ! it looks like I got a brand new car and like nothing ever happened! I also got a very good quote! I would recommend this place to my friends and family thank you Charles! Highly satisfied! Update: this place is very untrustworthy. I wouldn’t go to them. My car didn’t need half the work that was done but they insisted for more money in their pockets. Go somewhere else. Get a second opinion from another shop.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Charles and his crew. They did an excellent job repairing my 911 with some front end damage to the hood and bumper. I would use them again.

My daughter’s car had a hit and run situation weeks before heading to college. She was very upset but I found on line Virginia Auto body to have extremely high ratings. I called Charles Kim, and he immediately estimated my daughters car, this staff and team have done an exceptional service for my daughter’s car. Quoted body work on Monday 7/15/24. Dropped off 7/16/24. Completed 7/18/24. The detailer is a hard working young man. He Buffed out other body areas additionally on his own. Charles called me and offered for a reasonable fee to completely refurbished the headlights to nearly new conditions with no more glaze ! They have been excellent in the repair of my car which had major damage on the rear side from an accident. They do provide life-time warranty of parts they replaced. Thanks to Susan, Charles and everyone who made the repair process smooth!

I used to use another auto body shop and they always performed substandard repairs, but I went there because they were certified by my insurance company and I thought they were mandatory to use. But I switched to Virginia Auto Body several years ago and I will never bring any of my vehicles to another shop again. Virginia Auto Body has done four repairs for me on two Subarus and two Rams and all of them have turned out like factory new. Per my request, they used OEM original parts and did a perfect job installing them. And they persistently dealt with my insurance company until they agreed to pay the extra costs for the OEM parts. I own numerous vehicles and I like keeping them in top condition, and I will never use another shop other than Virginia Auto Body.

Charles, the mechanic was very efficient, professional and fantastic! My car looks like a brand-new car inside and out. The staff was also friendly. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

The estimate provided was the actual cost. I dropped my car off while I was out of town for a few days and they had it ready before I returned. Needed a bumper replacement and looks fantastic with paint match. Would recommend.

What a great shop to have repairs done. They were friendly and took the headache out of dealing with the insurance companies. Couldnt even tell I had wrecked my car when they were done. VERY HAPPY I had a minor accident and used their online estimate. When I brought the car in here estimate stood as is. I went to two other shops, this was not the cheapest but I understood why it was more (replacing old “foggy” lights vs repairing them). I paid deposit and was told to bring in car on Monday. Parts were ready and the car was ready in two days! Work looked great and better than before as car was a 2012. I am very satisfied and feel that if you ask questions you will I understand cost and will be very happy with them. TRUSTWORTHY

I had a small amount of body work to do on my 2019 Subaru Legacy. I got prompt estimate from Johnathan. They got me in quickly. Had the car three days as they said and had it ready on time. Please all around how I was treated. Would go back again and would recommend to others. Brown's Subaru recommended me them and I am glad I followed their recommendation.

I would like to thank Virginia Auto Body for their professional service they provided me. They did a wonderful job repairing my 2016 RAV4 in a very timely manner. I went to 2 other body shops before i stopped at Virginia Auto Body, and the others couldn't do an estimate on my car for at least another week, but Charles at VAB came right out and did an estimate right away, and I notified my ins agent this is the shop i wanted to do the work. They already had good ratings and I see why, Charles told me once they had the okay from the insurance company he would call me and setup an appointment to drop my car off. When I dropped the car off they said it would probably be a week, but they had it done in four days. John called me to tell me it was ready and noticed my State inspection was due, and offered to take care of it before i came to pick it up. They had both the State inspection and Emissions done before i arrived to pick it up saving me a trip and a wait in line to do myself. .I would use their service again, if ever needed. Wow! I was blown away. These are some of the friendliest, professional, efficient, and kind people that I have ever interacted with in the automobile industry. They immediately took my appointment when I had a car emergency, assisted me throughout, and gave me a very fair price. My 2004 Honda S2000 was pretty beat up when I took it in. Quite a few dents and the front end was damaged, the plastic parts were busted due to my not paying attention to parking spot barriers. Scrapes and scratches everywhere. When I picked it up from VAB it was like brand new. Beautiful! The paint was flawless and looked just like factory original. Unbelievable!

Don't let the look or location of this body shop deter you from seeking their assistance with your auto repair needs. These folks are 100% professional and friendly; they're extremely easy to work with. They are transparent in their communication and always keep you in the loop. My vehicle needed substantial repairs after an accident, and they made it as good as new. A couple things that stood out to me with regard to their service: During the estimate, Eric was nice enough to point out an unrelated issue with my tire that I didn't know before he told me. When I picked up my car after repair, Charles pointed out that they put air in that tire for me free of charge. The technicians even cleaned my car beautifully inside and out. It was like my car was brand new. Thanks so much to everyone at Virginia Auto Body for being such a pleasure work with! I will be recommending you to everyone I know in Manassas.

I have trusted the work needed on my vehicles to Charles at VAB for many years now. I was originally referred to him by a good friend who is a very well respected gentleman that has lived in that area almost all of his life and knows everybody who is anybody in OT Manassas. Charles has even done work on other vehicles for my friends and family with good results time after time. I have included a photo of my 2 Acura’s that Charles at VAB has kept running strong and looking good for me and my family. The RL in the front was hit by an uninsured driver. T-boned right in the middle of the rear door. Luckily no one was hurt, but finding out soon afterwards that I not only had wrecked car to deal with (which obviously wasn't my fault) I was more than likely going to be paying to fix it with my hard earned dollars right out of my own pocket. Charles made the process of doing so as painless and reasonably cost effective as possible. My RL now looks better than it ever has during my time as its owner. When I got it back several of my neighbors commented on good it really looks. One of them just bought a brand new bimmer and he said my RL looks just as nice as his 2018 5 series.
