I needed to get my car towed to get my tires replaced. This company gave me the best quote and showed up in less than an hour. I'm satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this company.
Walter was amazing. Last minute tow on Sunday was no problem for him. Sent him a photo of the car and he had it hooked up and on the truck before I even got there. Very nice and cared about my vehicle like it was his own. Drop off location he asked me where and even offered to move it as far as I wanted. I would give 1/2 a star if I could. I was towed from Craftworx in Gainesville, VA, even though the sign on Craftworx window said that if you are paying customer of Craftworx, you will not be towed. Then, when I picked up my vehicle, the company required that I had cash, and charged me $230 for a tow of a Honda Accord.
I had a great experience with this company. I called them at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and my sons truck was in my driveway at 6:30. Dispatcher was very friendly. Truck driver was very nice and respectful. Thank you!
Excellent and honest service from this company.I called late at night and spoke with Walter. He gave me a quote and estimated time of pick up. Excellent service! I was asked to meet driver to drop off keys. As I was only 5 minutes away and was told driver would be there within 45 minutes, I wasn't in a rush. I was so surprised when I got to our pickup truck within 10 minutes, but the tow truck driver was already there!! Extremely nice, took care of the credit card billing, and I received a text that the truck was at the repair shop in under 30 minutes!! We would definitely use them again and recommend them!!
These guys were awesome. Scheduled an appointment to get a car to mechanic. They called ahead, and showed up no on time but 5 minutes early. Expertly handled the awd car, and knew where to take it. Couldn't have asked for more.

My car broke down on a Sunday night on Prince William parkway. Eastern Towing's receptionist was friendly and helpful. Walter showed up with a Jerr-dan flat-bed tow truck 20 minutes later, and within minutes of arriving, he had my car loaded up and ready to be dropped off at my car shop.
Walter is clean, well spoken, friendly and very professional. He keeps his truck similarly clean and running well. After dropping my vehicle off at the shop, he even gave me a ride home. Good guy. Good service. Good price. I like this company. I hope I never need them again, but I will call if I do.
If you need a car or a piece of equipment moved in a hurry and with a high degree of care, this is the place to call. I needed a custom sports car moved and these folks jumped right on it. I sent a request in at 2am on their website and got an immediate call back to schedule the pick up later that same day. That was more responsiveness than I was expecting for a non emergency job. My car broke down on the side of the road and they were there within 15 minutes. I had the car towed 30 miles to my home. It could not have gone better considering the circumstances. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Prices were significantly less than another place I called. Towing was fast and efficient, and the gentleman knew how to get my car out of a culvert without doing any damage. Will definitely work with Eastern again if I need towing.
This is the second time I’ve used Eastern and they were just as friendly and professional as the first time. Mary does the intake and she is a doll. They’re super speedy and you can’t beat the price. I hope I don’t have to tow my car again but if I do I will surely give Eastern a call again!

I needed an antique tractor moved from Manassas to Leesburg. I called the office and the receptionist was very helpful. Walter is the owner and he gave me a great price. I paid $225 for 28 miles. I sent them additional information and made the appointment using the website. He said he was happy that I provided all of the dimensions for the tractor like height, weight, wheel base etc so he could be sure of what he was dealing with. He was 10 minutes early for our appointment. I arrived on time and he had it loaded in under 15 minutes. He said that if I had left the keys at the site he would have loaded it for me. Zero damage and he did a nice job with the roll back. In the end it worked out great and they both were easy to work with. I paid by credit card right there at the tow truck. Thanks, Jim
Exceptionally friendly, courteous and fast service! Out car broke down and I called this company from a google search list. They are by far the most professional and prompt towing service I have seen. It took them only few minutes to show up, and the person on the phone was very helpful. The driver loaded my car very carefully. Their price was also better than what I got before from other tow services for similar jobs.
These guys were great! Blew two tires 60 miles from home not only did they get to me in a timely fashion, they got me home and my vehicle to a local shop. Kind and courteous all the way . Recommend end 100%.
