I was introduced to Roy by my father 30+ years ago and will continue to go to Roy for any/all my automotive needs from wiper blades to catalytic converters he always makes sure I have everything I need and has been very helpful and educational when I’ve accidentally given him the wrong information for something that he will so kindly corrects me making sure that I have everything I’ll need to get the job done
very run down places. Can never find parts put customers on hold i drive all the way there im still on hold and dont have my stuff i order after i drive all the way there. Asked roy a question about pricing and before you know it hes threatening to call i.c.e on me i take my business to oreilly this people very rude stay awayy!
Roy is all way's helpful and knowledgeable with part's even none auto. he is fun to be around and very dedicated all the guy's David Samer also helpful with questions on how to do a job.
Carquest the best Auto Parts in manassas is a lifesaver for my repair shop! The prices, quality, and service are unbeatable. the manager, runs a tight ship, and his team makes every visit a breeze. 🛠️ I’m in daily and always feel valued—unlike at other big-name stores where I’m just a number. Extremely rude staff (not all I'm sure). Stopped by few times since i work in the complex. guy on the left(roy told by staff outside when asked) always seems to be gossiping while customers standing in line. Two younger employees (Elon? And tall kid long hair) on the opposite end just looking at the their phones laughing one eating and roy saying some questionable racial slurs. Very vocal about his racism believe me! going on and on about deportation and keeping America pure. while knowing theres few customers standing there in front waiting and instead he answers a call to gossip even more. Place is unbelievable they do have the parts most of the times but don’t seem to be interested in selling any at least not to regular diy type of customers. The tall indian/middle eastern gentleman always helps me out but he was not present so i walked away without getting my parts. Chatted with a driver outside and was told this is the norm here at this location. Place seems to be way overstaffed at times everyone standing around doing nothing except a few.
Needed a vintage part for a 51 Jeep and they were able to help whereas other auto part stores basically just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and said they couldn't help me. The Carquest employees actually work on vehicles and know parts so they were able to come up with an alternative that worked!
Great experience here. I didn't know they were so close to my home. Roy is top-notch at what he does. He has a great sense of humor, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. They have so many car parts there that I didn't know they had. I'll be back!
If my first visit is any indication of the service at this business. I'm going to leave alot of these other auto parts stores alone. I got a pleasant smile and great service the associate was able to assist me with out ever spending a single dollar which makes me want to go back again and again
Have been using Carquest for the parts that I need for my customers cars the staff is very knowledgeable courteous and if they don't have the part in stock which rarely happens they will pick it up in a short amount of time highly recommend them
I’ve had the opportunity to use this Carquest on a few occasions and they never disappoint. Prompt customer service, honesty, polite, and knowledgeable. I worked with the manager, Jimmy, and he always tries to figure the best solution for your issue and how he can get you the part if he doesn’t have it at his store. He’ll even make phone calls to verify that it’s at another store. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but it’s not hard to find here at this Car Quest. I’ll definitely be using these guys again. - by the way, I saw another review that complained about the service. If waiting 8 minutes in your life is too much time, then you’ve never experienced the customer service industry. No one can ever be served immediately 100% of the time. That’s a fact of life. Then to leave two bad reviews from two separate emails/accounts is just childish. Go run your own store and see what it’s like before slamming others.
I bought a taillight for my 2017 Ridgeline. Jimmy provided excellent service and a great price. He deals with people honestly and with integrity. I’ll buy all my parts from him!
I waited for 8 minutes, employees walking around passing me and none of them greeted or acknowledged me.
I finally asked if I could get help. That’s when employee who identified himself as David, said “you have to wait, I’m trying to home too”
I told him I found his answer to be very rude. He then replied, saying, maybe I shouldn’t have answered you then.
I am very sure I would’ve gotten a nicer response if I’d been a different race. To me, he’s prejudice. Please don’t go there.
I was hoping one of them will acknowledge the situation and say something reasonable, but, no one did.
Customer service is not dead. The staff is knowledgeable and the manager, Jimmy, really cares. They go above and beyond.
Two other places couldn't help me but these guys were able to explain what my van needed and advise me as to the best products to fix it. No wonder they just won manager of the year and store of the year.
It's a 40 minute drive for me, but worth the trip to get it done right the first time.
Well after the rise of the prices carquest is the store where you can find parts affordable is because international auto parts work pack and advance auto parts are the same store so try for may you can save fiu dollar there.

Jeffrey made my day by finding a power steering cooler radiator and an extra hose so I could fix my rusted steering line and go to work. I had no part numbers, just a photo haha. Props man, your hard work and customer service hasn’t gone unnoticed man! This man needs a day off and a raise.Will be back
