This is very terrible and very rude people. Specially, the lady her name is. Stacy C. She is terrible communication with customer and very rude. I really never go deal with advanced auto parts anymore forever not recommended auto advance auto parts. I really like AutoZone is the best.

Went here two weeks ago to get my brake pads replaced and windshield wipers replaced, and they were awesome! Ivan is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Ivan was awesome! My car battery went bad, and he helped me every step of the way, figuring out the right battery and assisting with the installation. The customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Came in saturday to purchase some brake pads and rotors and I'd like to say thank you to Stacy for your help! I had no idea about the brake pad quality and she gave me different options to choose from. Got the good ones this time. She offered me ceramic instead of metallic pads which are ones I got last time and were noisy. She is great and patient 👍

Worker are not doing the job total at all, i don't know what are they thinking, there are three worker help one customer, you got kidding me, there should be one worker for one customer, they need fired two worker if they can't do the job right

I had to have my center break light replaced and I had no idea what I was doing. Wuil helped me and he was absolutely amazing! He was swamped with customers and still had the best customer service. He seriously has the best personality for customer service, a smile never left his face, and I learned how to change my break light! I was having a long day, getting a little hangry and his high spirits and help put me in a better mood. Thank you Wuil (I hope so spelled your name right!)

I want to say the store manager is unprofessional, Ivan to be specific young lady was helping me out with some battery cable and he came up with her and he explained the difference on the battery cable the sales lady was going to sell me that was only sold as whole roll. Then the young lady called him to help her and proceeded to walk away and she had called his name 2 times from close distance of 6ft and chose to ignore the young lady still. Seems like he does that a lot and its unprofessional as a manager to do that to your team members. To the young lady that was helping me (Stacy) i do apologize if thats how your store manager acts.

By far the best experience and customer service! I'd like to say thank you to Stacy for helping me with my car parts purchase today she is so kind and patient and very knowledgeable, that girl has worked in car parts retail for a while ive seen her before at pep boys, so i know shes good at what she does! I will be coming back again to this store! Everyone working there is very friendly.

There were 5 employees and no cashiers, the store was empty and no one wanted to checkout the customer line. Horrible, slow, lazy, and super rude! No one was willing to help me so i helped myself and found what i needed, but waited 20mins in line in an EMPTY store.

The service and experience i recieved at this store was excellent! I had a young lady by the name of Stacy help me out with my car parts. Had to do some returns from another store cause i was given the wrong parts but she went into detail explaining the differences on the parts that were given to me. Asking questions that i wasnt asked on my first purchase so it made sense why my parts were wrong, and she seems to know what she's talking about. Also she installed my battery faster than I would have done it myself! If your looking for parts she is your go to person!

This review is for Mariah. She was such a great help with my friend and I. She assisted us in finding the correct cabin air filter size as well as providing the tool needed to change the filter. Well I'm new to everything that has to do with cars I have a 2007 Honda odyssey and my battery got drained because I very smart left a back light on and battery drained enough that I called insurance they came last 2 second to jump start and off again so I went to auto advance many people have told me not to go because it is expensive but hey I can't complain I walked in and got helped by Mariah very nice young lady very responsive respectful quickly she went outside checked the battery and thankgod nothing bad rightaway she said leave battery over night to charge and bingo my car has been running..very nice people Thankyou Mariahhh...way to go more like her

I recently visited Advance Auto Parts with a car battery issue, and I can't speak highly enough of the service received from Guillermo. He provided truly outstanding assistance, going above and beyond what expected. Guillermo not only helped me with my immediate battery problem but also informed me about incredibly helpful services Advance Auto Parts offers that I wasn't even aware of - specifically their free battery testing and installation services. This was a huge relief and something truly appreciated. His knowledge was impressive, and he took the time to research and select the exact parts I needed. He clearly understood my situation and found the perfect solutions. Thanks to Guillermo, my car is running perfectly, and had a fantastic customer experience. He's a prime example of excellent customer service, and highly recommend seeking him out for any of your automotive needs.

Felt like I was bothering the guy this morning asking about parts. He was not very willing to help. I came here to have someone help me put on my windshield wipers that I brought from them and he said he can’t do it. Go somewhere else if you want someone to help you.

Place has what you need but expect to wait in line for a solid 10-15 minutes. Store never seems to be staffed or there’s 2 cashiers available and both of them are helping customers install batteries and the store is unattended for 20 minutes.

The service I received from Yenci today at the 8305 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA location was outstanding. She took the extra time to ensure they had the right battery for my vehicle which had special requirements. The weather was bitterly cold and windy and the changing of my battery proved trying but she never lost her great attitude. I don't write many reviews but in today's society where there can be so much negative I felt she definitely deserved 5 stars. Will make the extra drive to come here in the future just because of this positive experience.

I just want to take the time out to say Wuil, Oscar, & Shawn are top notch customer service in this store. These 3 guys truly care about getting your problem taking care of, & will help you the best they can. Phenomenal people skills, & Ocar's leadership with finding solutions is superb. If he's not a general manager already, he definitely should be. Shawn's assistance was highly appreciated & the initiative he had was something rare that you don't find in most stores. Wuil has incredible customer skills, very knowledgeable, as well as multitasking between customers & assisting his fellow employees.. That guy is effortlessly the truth if you have any questions or need assistance. Salute to 'all' 3, & I hope this review reaches whoever it needs to✨️💫

I visited this Advanced Auto Parts location to obtain a few car parts in order to pass my VA state inspection check. When I spoke to the representative at the cashier counter, I had informed him that I had a coupon that would give me a 20% discount on all the parts I needed. The representative told me that this coupon was only valid for online orders and was unable to do anything for me at the store. I asked to see if anything could be done by ensuring that I obtain this 20% discount. That's when Oscar, a senior representative, helped me by submitting my car parts order online through his system and sending the order details to their store directly. I was extremely happy with Oscar's service and attentive towards my situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that I obtained the discount that I needed. Thank you for your help Oscar! I am truly grateful for your help.

My experience this evening at the Advance Auto Parts on Sudley couldn't have been better. I needed to purchase a new battery, as well as have it installed. Wuil was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. He went above and beyond when he scrubbed the embarrassingly gunky tray and clamp pieces with a smile. His overall upbeat and positive attitude should be commended.

Wuil was amazing!!! Jerks down the street lied about installing a battery, Wuil was a breath of fresh air. Calm, friendly, got the job done quickly. I don't live here, but felt like I was in the 50s and Wuil was my friendly neighborhood professional. I've been in retail management 20 plus years and Wuil, Awesome work, keep it up and you're going places.

I spent over two hours here because of Oscar and his ego problem, laziness and dishonesty. The day before, I had ordered 3 brake fittings and paid for them. I arrive and spend twenty minutes waiting for Oscar to find them…he then says that one is missing and that the car quest at Euclid avenue has it. I say okay I will go get it. He says no you can’t and makes up some excuse why he has to be the one to go get it. He says give me 20 minutes. I waited for over an hour, two of his employees callled his cel phone and he refused to answer. It took him over an hour to drive 8 miles total. So after waiting so long and nobody knowing where he is, I went to get a refund. I walk to my car and suddenly, Oscar pops up saying “I got it!” I told him I had gotten a refund because he had wasted over an hour of my time, since he wanted to take a paid lunch break or basically screw off on company AND my time (I charge one hundred dollars an hour so Oscar costed me a lot of money today) he kept saying oh it’s GPS monitored I can only go the speed limit. First off I’ve driven advance company vehicles and you can go 5-10 over. But that’s not even the problem. The problem is that the store he was supposed to go to was only four miles away! And he was gone for over an hour. I explained this to him pretty much trying to hold him accountable at which point he said “that’s fine” and then sped off. No, it’s not fine. So that’s when I go inside and get the general managers number. I speak with the general manager, Derek, who apologizes and promises to do what he can to rectify the situation. I then decide, since Oscar has already wasted so much of my time, I might as well go inside and get the part that I needed. Oscar is outside I tell him he is lying about where he’s been for an hour (even has the audacity to lie to my face and say he was only gone for 30 minutes) and tells me that because I said he was dishonest, that I’m not allowed in the store and he won’t sell me the part. I then call Derrick the store manager and he says yes I am allowed to go into the store and meet with a specific different employees to conduct my transaction (one brake line fitting!) I then go into the store and that’s when Oscar decides he’s going to block my way, then again causing a problem. He was mad that the real store manager had said I was allowed in the store to conduct my business (again, one brake line fitting) so he decided to continue to try to impede me in any way possible. I had to call the store manager Derrick again and he had to ask one of his commercial professionals to come to the front of the store to service me because of Oscar’s behavior….finally, after being at the store almost two hours, I was able to purchase my brake line fitting. But that’s not it either….as I was walking out of the store, Oscar followed me out of the store and began shouting “I’m off the clock now!” He got directly in my face and started yelling at me, I thought he was going to physically attack me. I felt very threatened so essentially this employee assaulted me. This whole experience was very upsetting and not what I have come to expect as a commercial customer.

Attn: to storage managers! If your sales reps don’t know what is 5/8 inch in diameter then you have to send them back to elementary school so they can learn some basics math!!! I spent 1 hr driving to find out that the oil hose I was looking for was wrong. I gave all dimensions and specifications and sizes before coming but your sales reps could not figure out the 5/8th and misled me saying yes that they have that part! What an idiots that even don’t know the basics measurements in fractions!!!

My brother bought a part for his car here at this exact location. It ended up being the wrong part! It wouldn’t fit! The part WAS NOT USED! You ordered my brother the wrong part for his car, when the part was received, the mechanic realized it was a wrong part, he tried returning it to this store, and they wouldn’t take it back, said it was used, but it wasn’t even used. They should have refunded us the money. This was so wrong. Their customer service policies are horrible.

The service there was less than helpful, they would not help replace my car battery and on top of that the tool kit they gave me was missing the 10mm socket and that was what I needed. Their demeanor was fairly rude as well. I recommend going anywhere else before this place.

They need a clear return policy on car parts that all the employees are educated on. I was up front that I wasn't exactly sure what the issue was on my car and I asked what the return policy was. The gentleman explained they would look at the part and determine if there was anything broken or missing then consider processing a return. However, when I went back just a couple days later to return it in perfect condition I was told they generally don't accept returns on most electric components. If that's the case I understand but everyone should be on the same page because I would not have purchased it if I had known this. They should have a printout in store of the policy if there is any and consider printing on receipts like most businesses do.

This place doesn't keep their inventory correctly. I had to drive 50 minutes during the rush hour, because it showed that this place has a part I needed. I ordered it online, it was available for pick up in the store. I used my $10 perk discount. So, I came and they don't have it. Had to cancel it lost my $10 discount and 2 hours. Now I can't order it online and have it delivered tomorrow at the store, I need to ship it to my house if I want to have some discounts and wait 4 days. F*** this place. Because of your lack work now I have a lot of hassle. Is it hard to keep your inventory correct?

I work for a mechanic shop, I order from several different stores. However, these guys are first on the list. Not only do they have the part in hand 99% of the times, but they deliver it to me immediately. I get my clients back on the road instantly. The knowledge of these guys is outstanding. JD runs a tight ship out there and I wouldn't change stores if you paid me too!! Keep up the amazing work!!! WELL DONE!!

I have been using this store ever since I moved here (Manassas). I have always found what I needed and they always have coupons, promotions and the parts for my car. You can tell by how concurred it is all the time, that the place does have something to offer rather than one or two bad experiences. What I like the most is how fast they find parts for your car and they always have up to 3 different brands per part and give you feedback on each brand.
