As an HVAC contractor I have tried many metal and copper recycling places. This place by far is the best in all of them. The place is organized, pays the most, and with great customer service. No other place in the northern Virginia area offer such great service and top pay.

We have worked with Chris Park throughout our project. He has been very responsive and has helped with all of our needs. If something ever goes wrong Chris has worked with us to come up with a smart solution and our project has continued without delays. This has been a major asset to the demolition phase of our project.

I cant say enough about how good of a job Prince William Metal Recycling did for us. We had multiple locations that we needed rolloffs for and we needed alot of coordination to make it work. First time there, I felt some uncertainty about what to do, even though I had read the web site. It's actually super easy, and pretty fast too: Drive past the scale and back up to the building on your left. Grab a cart, load it up, and roll it inside. They handle it from there, except for your ferrous metal. For that, drive onto the scale, and wait for a thumbs up. Then drive to the huge pile of metal and throw your stuff on it. Drive back through the scale, and get weighed again. Now park by the office trailer that sits next to the scale, and go to the window that's on the opposite side from the scale. Get paid. You're done. The folks are cordial, professional, and they are happy to answer questions. They do a great job.

The friendly, knowledgeable staff is always eager to take care of the transactions speedily, accurately and with a smile. Amanda, Kelsey, Marco & Jose' always deliver excellent customer service upon each visit, despite the volume of business. I pass several other salvage yards on my 45 minute trek to do business with this one. I've been a regular customer for approx. 6 years and will continue to be loyal here.

I went for an interview and the fella Justin was trying very hard to be as pleasant as possible. I'm sure you can find a way to get your recycling needs done here. Metal only and the trailer girl is cute.

Kelsey and Amanda are amazing workers. They are quick to get their job done in a timely manner. They are always polite everytime you enter. The yard is always clean and they unload the vehicles off your trailer quickly. Will recommend this place to anyone!

I'm just impressed at when i came in how hard the employees work and the dedication they have to ensure the smooth running of the company. The two employees that stuck out to me the most we're " Amanda & Kelsey " ... They really made me feel welcome and gave me all the help I needed to make sure I had everything I would need. I have confidence this company pays fairly for product and is capable of handling much material. Additionally management seems to be able to aknowlege issues that may make you unhappy and I assume they address them quickly. I used to leave my dog to hang out with the girls In the scalehouse while I unloaded. So friendly... Have been doing business with Prince William Metals for 4 plus years now and they are five star across the board. The most striking thing is how neat and organized the yard is allowing for easy access....Justin the manager along crane operators Randy and Charles are always moving ,keeping the pile in good shape. over in non ferrous Marco and Jose are always in good humor and just has organized. Amazing how clean they.... keep the place.....and then there are the ladies in the trailer , Amanda and Kelsey ....fast efficient and pure joy to work with....why would I go any place else ...

Kelsey and Amanda are very friendly and good at taking care of people at the scales. Justin makes sure the place runs efficiently. The crane and loader operators are quick to offload our trailer when we take vehicles there for demolition.

I have been doing business at this yard for 2 years now and can't say enough good things about the staff. At the scales Kelsey and Amanda, run a very smooth and professional operation. I do not know the names of the operators but they are very skilled and keep a well organized and clean yard. Marco and the other gentleman in the warehouse are very helpful and also run a very smooth operation. Justin has been extremely professional and is very knowledgeable in his profession. I could write a book of nothing but positive things about this place and mainly the staff but I'm sure everyone that visits here already knows. Good job guys!

I have always enjoyed the ease of use and focus on customer service that the staff provides at this location, from the ladies on the scale Kelsey and Amanda to the Non Ferous expert Marcos to the bull dozer operators and managers at this location who always make recycling here a smooth transaction. I especially enjoy the annual bbq that is done for the customers which goes to show how much you appreciate the customers and employees which am sure is why they are always happy to help. I Would highly recommend everyone use this location as they pay top dollar for your scrap.

I have been going to this place since it first built. So I personally have seen workers come and go. The guys in the yard work very hard great personality and eager to help. Now the ladies in the scalehouse is a totally different story. Amanda and Kelsey are to of a kind. Doesn’t matter what kind of day anyone is having they both make sure you leave with a smile sometimes laughing. This scrap metal yard is my favorite. Thank you so much for everything.

I love this place, easy to get in and out of and the machine operators are always making sure there is room to dump. It would not be complete without the friendly ladies in the scale house, Amanda and Kelsey. I'm always in a good mood when I leave here.

Just want to give a shout out to Amanda and Kelsey who work inside by the scales. These ladies rock it.aways pleasent to me and my family .we have been coming here for years.Marco is very friendly when i go inside .i was needing something taken off my trailer one time and Randy was so helpful to get it off my trailer with the crane/grabber thing.One time i had a question about if they took a certain item Justin was nice enough to answer my question .
