Poor customer service who wouldn't take payment and send you to another location to pay for only 60 dollars worst place i ever been

Wanted to donate a car to cars for kids and I have to say the process was smooth until the pick up date and time came and went with the pickup company. Contacted the main company that told me the tow truck was on the way and transferred me to the branch in SI. No one picked up the phone, left a voicemail and nothing. Tow truck driver tried to contact me 5 days after the pickup was supposed to happen. Too late as I had already gone through a different company altogether. Not a professional experience.

The worse customer service they won’t try to help customers and the manager doesn’t care. Storage 60$ a day There isn’t any driver that wants to go there End up paying more storage fees than the price of the vehicle! Be aware!
