Today's experience was very eventful. I had pre-ordered parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Anthony. When the parts arrived he contacted me and set up my appointment. The installation was accomplished timely, and I was on way home.

Brandon took me from the moment I get in to the dealership! Process was smooth, price for the vehicle was same as the price advertised on their site! After signing bunch of documents I get my car and plates on a same day! Thank you so much for my new toy! Definitely recommend this dealership!

They had a deal all set for me, agreed on a set price. Waited hours for my truck to be delivered after cleaning out my truck at 12 noon. they call me at 2pm and tell me they have to up my monthly payments because a rebate fell through. The best part is Alex the sales person and his manager told me my father lives in New England and they proceed to send me the paperwork to prove it with the zip code of 11779 which is Long Island New York not New England…STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

This is one of the few good honest dealerships in NYC/North New Jersey area to buy a car from. "No hidden fees ever"- not entirely true but they're much less than most competition. No bait and switch or other tactics- always call ahead to know what you'll pay. Mr. Popo helped us at the dealership and everything went very smooth. The used car we bought was in great shape thanks to both the previous owners and the dealership. I'd be back to buy a car and I'd happily trust them for service.

I visited the store the day prior to Thanksgiving to get rid of my current lease, which was almost up, and to get a new Dodge Durango. Rodrigue Popo met with me and was very personable, and explained the process of running nmbers. Unfortunately, the pricing on the Durango was not realistic and there were very few incentives available. The manager Oscar was very helpful in suggesting a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the options I wanted. The entire sales process itself was rather painless and I was able to obtain a car I truly enjoy within my budget. Derek in the finance office explained all terms of the lease agreement clearly and was not pushy in regards to dealer extras or add-ons... ...That being said, I did not give this review 5 stars because the time spent at the dealership was excessive. The time required to process paperwork, forcing one to wait before signing, is ridiculous. It took nearly two hours for the car to be cleaned up and delivered - and when it was finally delivered, there was almost no fuel in the tank. This wasted more time and stretched the entire visit to the dealership to nearly 6 hours. Even worse, this caused a drive home in a new vehicle in holiday traffic - nearly two hours to drive 3 miles. Overall, the experience was positive and I will definitely return to Island for my future car buying & service needs...but the time dealers force customers to be in the store needs to be addressed. It makes buying a car a dreadful process. If this issue can be addressed then it would be a 5 star experience.

Alex went above and beyond on explaining all the warranties and what not. Fabian as well was amazing and set the standard high for recommendations.
