Excellent experience... highly recommended !!! Eddie immediately took my call and provided a clear quote and ETA. He even texted to let me know he would be arriving earlier than promised. Eddie allowed me to ride along in his cab, and we had a positive conversation which lighten my mood and made the situation less stressful. He was professional but friendly, and the tow went smoothly from pick-up to drop-off. Eddie even offered me a ride home being that he was heading back that way. I hope I'll never need another tow; however, if I do, I will be calling Eddie at Staten Island Towing.
