I am 1000+ satisfied with the work that was completed on my car. Car inside & out looked brand new when completed. Everyone there were very friendly & a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Premium body work. Perfect alignment and a quick turn around. Enterprise provided a small rental and straighline communicated on my behalf for an upgrade. Best part was they detailed the car inside and out prior to return.

During a recent wind storm, a shopping cart slammed into my 1 month old BMW X5 causing a crease in the rear door and also scratched the paint. Steve gave me a reasoinable estimate. The work was done extremely well. Very pleased with Steve's professionalism and the excellent work performed by Straightline. You cant tell where the damage was and the paint matched perfectly. None better !

I have utilized Straightline on a couple of occasions for auto body repair. They make the process really easy. From quoting to car rental, drop off and pickup. And the work product is high quality. I would suggest their services to anyone.

Straightline managed to turn a hard time like having to do a car repair during a rough winter after an accident into a smooth, calm, and easy experience. Dana and the other receptionists are the first kind faces you see when you walk in. They're very knowledgeable, make all the calls, and answer all the questions (even if you ask more than once). I have had three of my cars repaired by Straightline (body damage). The cars all came out of the shop looking better than when they were new. Staff is very courteous, and they keep you informed during the repair process. Waiting area is very comfortable.

Outstanding service from initial call to the day I picked up my car. Steve was informative and proactive with repair updates, ladies upfront were dolls handled the rental car so when I got there to drop off minimal wait time for any of the process and day of return took less than 10 minutes to leave with my car. I was very impressed with this Bodyshop. The service was great they did an amazing job on my car, and it was done so fast. The staff was so friendly and nice.

Excellent shop, they will make sure the insurance companies won’t take advantage of you and will make sure your car is returned to pre collision state with OEM factory parts and nothing cheap or aftermarket . Fast turnaround time as well. Straight line collision is my go to place for repairs or car work from here on out. Don’t settle for less they know what they are doing at this shop.

I was recommended by my insurance to this place after my first fender bender, and even if I was a bit apprehensive at first (since it was over the bridge from Jersey where I reside), I am over the moon happy I chose to have my vehicle repaired here. The staff was kind and made me feel at ease, they finished the work way ahead of time, and the result was as if the accident never happened. The photos speak for themselves.

Straightline did an amazing job and Stephen was very nice. They send you text messages with photos updating you on the status of your vehicle/ repairs. I had a rear fender bender so it was just replacing the rear quarter panel, taillight and parts in the surrounding area, so in my situation, I got weekly updates (bc the labor was pretty straight forward and didn’t require more updates beyond a weekly basis). I liked how the text message updates included photos of the progress/ work which was nice. My car was there for 2 weeks exactly, which was convenient because that’s the maximum time my insurance paid for a rental, (I have progressive). I’d also like to note that I live in Middlesex County and all of the approved body shops through Progressive in that area had poor reviews and horror stories of the work being poor quality, which is why I went with Straightline instead and I’m glad they did. Straightline did an amazing job. The work is perfect and they provided a final touch of detailing my car for me after they repaired it. They vacuumed it, cleaned/ wiped down the inside, and even cleaned the outside and the tires. Stephen also went out of his way to patch up one of my tires that was not affected by the accident. Even if you live an hour away from Straightline, I recommend using them anyway, trust me, it’s worth the drive! Straightline honestly did such an amazing job. I 1000% recommend them! They also seem to work with most insurance companies, but again, I had Progressive and it was such a smooth process. Enterprise (about 7 mins away from Straightline) even picked me up at the shop. When returning the rental they didn’t require me to drop it off, but to instead leave it at Straightline (again such an overall smooth, hassle-free process). Also my deductible was only $750 And the total repairs cost about $3,000 with Straightline. Please use Straightline for body work if you ever need to. You won’t regret it!!

While you never want to have to call Straightline since it usually means you have been in an accident, I am so grateful I did when I was. They answered my call after hours on a weekend, quickly arranged for a tow truck, and kept me updated every step of the way. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but I felt confident that if it could have been repaired, they would have taken great care of it. Thank you to the friendly staff as well! Wow 🤩 what an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! Krissy at the front desk was so kind and helpful, making the whole process incredibly easy. A huge thank you to Steve as well for taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions with such patience. Dropping my car off was unbelievably quick. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, maybe even less. The quality of the work is nothing short of immaculate. You would never know there had ever been any damage at all! To top it off, my car was finished a full day earlier than expected, and when I picked it up, it had been freshly washed and the tires polished! It looked brand new 😍😍😍 I couldn’t be more impressed. I highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone who truly cares about their car and wants outstanding service from start to finish!

Had some damage on my rear bumper and a broken taillight on my brand new BMW M8 comp. Straightline collision assured me that after they were done with the repair I wouldn’t be able to tell that there was ever any damage on the car and they were right. Car looks like brand new again. Color match is 100%. I was kept informed of the repair process all along. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would definitely come back here if I have to in the future and I would recommend this place and especially Blair to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.

If someone offers to fix your wreck for a good price, you get what you pay for. This shop isn't the cheapest, but the prices are fair. They know their way around panel alignment and paint work. I can't tell where the damage was, amazing work. This is the third vehicle I brought to them, and never a disappointment. If you care about your vehicle's appearance, this is the place to go to.

A Progressive Insurance claim: Straightline Collision are very professional and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to handling your vehicle. I had a motor vehicle accident that I went through Insurance to repair it. The receptionist Krissy** was very kind in guiding me through the steps of the claim. She also helped make sure my car rental process was smooth and easy. The technician Steve was great, he texted me photos and details of where my car is in the process of the repairs. Overall I would hope not to have another accident, but if I do, I definitely know which business I'll be taking my car to.
