The experience that we have had over the past 8 years with Lenny and Mike has been only very, very positive. Their professionalism and high quality work has been much appreciated.
As we have kept a couple of older cars on the road, they were able to completely replace an engine, do great body repair work, and take care of all of the variety of repair and maintenance issues that come up, and that have to be dealt with.
Their prices are fair and we have no complaints.
We are grateful that E Z Way have taken care of us and of our cars over these past years.
The service provided by this establishment, under Michael's ownership, is utterly unacceptable. His confrontational demeanor and baseless accusations have made any attempt at communication futile. The substandard workmanship further underscores the lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Immediate corrective action is imperative to salvage any remaining reputation.
I feel compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling level of service provided by this establishment, under the proprietorship of Mr. Michael. My encounters with him have been nothing short of egregious, marked by his flagrant disregard for professionalism and decorum.
Mr. Michael's penchant for argumentation and his proclivity towards confrontation have rendered any semblance of productive discourse utterly futile. Despite my earnest attempts at civil communication, his demeanor consistently gravitates towards hostility and incivility.
Furthermore, the baseless accusations leveled against me, insinuating that my reasonable inquiries constitute a waste of time, are both unfounded and insulting. Such behavior is not only unbecoming of a business owner but also indicative of a profound lack of respect for clientele.
Adding insult to injury, the substandard quality of the work performed serves as a glaring indictment of the establishment's competence and integrity. It is abundantly clear that meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are sorely lacking within this organization.
In light of these egregious transgressions, I vehemently caution prospective patrons against entrusting their time, money, and expectations to this establishment. The combination of abhorrent customer service and shoddy workmanship renders it wholly unfit for patronage.
It is my fervent hope that the management will undertake a thorough reevaluation of their business practices and take immediate corrective action to salvage what little remains of their tarnished reputation.
Your attention to this matter is imperative, as failure to address these concerns expeditiously will only serve to exacerbate the disillusionment and disdain harbored by patrons such as myself.

Had a great Experience working with E Z way auto Corp. When my mother's explorer started acting up, she went to get it looked at. They took really good care of her and didn't break the bank. Highly recommended. The car has been running like a clock since.
Learned of this shop after my car got hit by a NYC sanitation truck. couldn't be more pleased with the outcome when I came to pick up my car!!! Amazing work. I am now a regular customer here, whether it is just oil change or breaks or something more serious, I can always rely on their service.
Very unprofessional and they don't do what they promise. Plus they tell you how long it took them to do something. But isn't that what they are paid to do? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!!!
