I recently found this auto shop in my neighborhood, and I’m so glad I did. My car was in really bad shape the check engine light was on, the battery warning kept popping up, and it was making a loud, concerning noise. As soon as I brought it in, the mechanic OSCAR, quickly diagnosed the issue. You can tell right away that he’s very knowledgeable and experienced he knew exactly what was wrong without any guesswork. That gave me a lot of confidence from the start. What really impressed me was how fast they worked. My car was fixed within a day and running like new again. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and quick turnaround. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They made the whole experience stress-free, which is rare when dealing with car issues.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. They charged me $135 just to remove a single stripped lug nut. To make it worse, the service was completely unprofessional. I ended up sitting in a cold office for more than two hours because the owner took my key home and didn’t bother to tell anyone. No updates, no apology, nothing.
If you value your time or your money, go somewhere else. I won’t be coming back
My daughters used their services and were defrauded. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this company is outrageous. Makes you wonder how have they been in business so long. My suggestion and advice if you need towing services don’t use them run n stay away.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Not only did they double-charge me for EZPass tolls, but their customer service is downright rude and unprofessional.
When I called to request a receipt to prove I already paid the tolls, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and didn’t want to help. I followed up later, and the same person pretended like we’d never spoken before. It was infuriating and felt like they were trying to dodge responsibility.
This company is a complete scam. They don’t care about their customers and clearly have no interest in providing even the most basic level of service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My wife was scammed by this company, and they double-charged her for tolls. When we reached out to their customer service to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and outright refused to help.
The lack of accountability is astounding. Not only did they overcharge us, but their refusal to address the situation shows they have no interest in treating their customers fairly.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. Their dishonest practices and unwillingness to make things right make it clear they’re not worth your time or money. Stay far away.
Having my mom's car repaired. I've had work done by them before. They're repair work is well done and they're reasonably priced. Very friendly and kind crew. The auto body technician took the time to walk me through the repairs and physically showed me the work that had to be done. I highly recommend this establishment if you need work done on your vehicle.
I used their services on several occasions and could not have been happier with assistance I received. I felt like a valued customer and that these individuals we're genuinely looking out for my best interest. I recommend this location whenever anyone brings up an auto related issue.
They are a good repair shop with decent pricing. But if you are paying by credit card ask them before work is done if their credit card machine is working. Otherwise you will have to pay by cash which most of us do not have in ample supply!
The go to gentlemen that always are ready for your repair. They have completely restored rebuilt and upgrade my saab engine and are currently doing an engine swap on my Range Rover. Their prices are beyond fair and the staff is second to none!!!! To Alex and the boys thank you for eveything you have assisted me with. You are allllll the best.

I liked the professionalism, quality of work, and most of all the affordability of Sunrise Auto Repair. Very polite and friendly. Great value if you need your car fixed. Very dependable; I had a problem with my brakes, they were squeeking so a friend recommended this auto repair shop. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and price. This is definitely my go to shop.
Sunrise Auto Repair is one of my favorite shops. I brought in my new S550 after I was in an accident and Arkady took care of me. He called my Insurance company, helped me with a rental car and made the process easy. My car was returned to me as if it was brand new again.
Had a great experience repairing my Toyta Camry after it was damaged in an accident.
The guys at Sunrise are very professional and did an excellent job. Personally, I want to thank Alex for helping me save money on repair and get back on the road quick.
