Today I was at AutoZone, what put me in shock,the way the cashier treated me if front of her supervisor, when I inquired about Motorcraft transmission oil. May check the video recording of store 8.10 pm. 11/26/25. Disappointing customer service.
Just had the greatest experience of customer service I’ve ever received, Came in for a rear view temporary replacement and the store manager Ramon was absolutely helpful not only did he go out of his way to make sure it was the correct size but he also installed it in for me! A true gentleman that deserves an incentive on his next check !
Im a diamond account on commercial employee forced himself not to help me because he was supposedly dealing with customers meanwhile I should be priority according to guidelines I would no longer order from this location
Great stuff. Employees were talking unprofessionally among themselves but was loud enough for the customers to hear. Made me feel uncomfortable so I left. But I love AutoZone for its variety of merchandise for your vehicle. The parking lot is big enough to find a spot even when it's busy. It's a little pricey. The store was very clean and organized.
A waste of time for online orders. They'll take 24 hours and fail to get items ready. Your order will say it's ready but when you pick it up in person they say the items are sold out.
I want to thank Anthony (manager) and the young lady working with him on Nov 22nd for going out of their way to help me with my stalled car. I was in the parking lot visiting another store and asked for their assistance. They jump started my car 2x and tried to fix my key fob. I made it home safely to be able to see a mechanic today!! Thank you Anthony and the young lady for your great customer service and honest advice! 👏
I went to AutoZone today 10/11/24 Sat to buy some Antifreeze and some engine oil. My 2005 Kia Sportage is leaking oil. The young man who assisted me in picking the correct oil and coolant was very kind and helpful. I love going to this particular store because they are always so helpful and pleasant. I do not see his name on receipt, but want to say Thank u for your help. I very much appreciate it 😊🙏 RH
I wanna change this review because the Spanish guy who helped me actually did really try and help me so I don’t want to cause any confusion. It was a few dollars tax it wasn’t that serious an he was very nice and called the other store to try an help me out so No need to call me for a response all is fine. Thank you
I recently went to this auto zone and was assisted by Jake. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, profesional and efficient. Jake helped me choose the best battery for my needs and offered to swap out my old one for me. He even waited to make sure everything was working well. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.
I received excellent service at the AutoZone on Forest Avenue, thanks to Jake. He assisted me with changing the headlight bulbs in my car swiftly and efficiently. I'm truly grateful for Jake's help and the outstanding service provided by this AutoZone location.

I have so much love for the staff here! First they helped me change my wiper blades, with no judgment for not knowing how to do such an easy task haha. And then when I came back in looking for my lost AirPod they all helped me look! Thank you again!

The guy who work on commercial he is very rude. When I canceled the order he is misbehaving me. Not good. He says he paying the money when I order something. I don’t understand that. If we canceled something he will get his money back he don’t need to worry about it. Autozone will take care about it. He tells he don’t do business with me. I’m a commercial customer. This is not the right way he treat commercial customers. Only go the autozone one in the forest and south ave road. They are very nice and friendly staff
Shout out to Rob the manager. That man goes above and beyond to always help me find what I need and always makes sure to follow up with the status of anything I order. It'd always a pleasure seeing him in there.
Sam and Jimmy were quick to jump in and help with my battery replacement. The two were very knowledgeable, friendly and even had a fun sense of humor as they saved my morning from hell. I highly recommend going there for any replacement needs as it was very quick and a wonderful experience!
Very rude worker tonight March 18th. Got to the store at 9:40pm, 20 minutes before closing and the guy at the register made me feel very uncomfortable and says, "you better hurry up because we are closing in 10 minutes." In a rude tone. I only needed 1 quick thing and would have been out in 5 minutes but I left because he made me feel like I shouldn't be there. Really frustrating when your trying to give a store money within business hours and are made to feel bad about it.
Never going back to that store ever.
Wonderful customer service. I came in to check on my check engine light and two of the staff assisted me. I not only got a diagnostic printout, but the staffer went to my car to plug in the device (despite a policy of not being able to during the pandemic) and helped me find a reasonably priced fuel tank cleaner. I am truly grateful for a great experience.
Excellent place. Excellent customer service from all staff. They are welcoming and begin to recognoze you after a couple of visits. Always take their time with you until you are satisfied. Reasonable prices and great promotions. Sign up for rewards program for benefits.
The clerk was very attentive and helpful. He helped refill my wiper fluid as well as figure out why it wasn't spraying onto my window. I was very satisfied with customer service.
Cashier #49 provided the best customer service experience I've had in Staten Island. He was polite, knowledgeable, provided a full explanation of the product I was purchasing, and was quick yet took the time I required with responses. He had other customers waiting for him and he would acknowledge them for their patience in waiting. I am impressed and would recommend anyone to purchase their auto needs at this store location.
I divide my review into 3: The store itself, the prices and the staff. The store itself is perfectly organized, and they have few interesting new products. The prices: Little higher than average, but still worth it. The staff: They can and should do better. They must train them for better service the customers.
