Service was great and easy. I had to get my car inspected and I actually arrived over an hour early and Carlos was able to accommodate me. He was very kind and honest. He even suggested the Botanas restaurant across the street and man, the food was great. I like that there are so many places to eat when you’re waiting for your car to be serviced.

Very friendly , shop well kept , Mechanics are very well experienced with the work they do . As for the owner ( Charlie ) has a heart of gold treats u like family. For years I’ve been going to Charlie since he started his career. Will never steer you wrong . Highly recommended. He’s like my brother I never had . Thank you Charlie will come visit back soon.

Great service. I was hesitant to go here cause i don’t trust mechanics. but im glad i decided to give it a try. Only shop that I know that does financing!!!! I paid my transmission off in 3 months with no APR.

I needed immediate service on a weekend and Charlie said come by in 20 min when I started explaining my issues he said let me take it for test drive so I can see what ur explaining (which no prior mechanic has done they all say leave ur keys and I’ll call you ) he squeezed me in to his busy schedule when I told him I commute w this car and then took the time to show me every single part he replaced (not using after market cheap parts) I’ve found my new amazing honest mechanic which is rare !!! Totally recommend !! Amazing work !

It’s hard finding a good, honest mechanic, but this business place give you hope. Charlie is amazing, he explains everything in detail, lets you know what you need to fix at the moment and what can wait. Can’t say enough good things this place. Always recommend it to other people.

Of course I waited until the last day of the month to get an inspection. First place I went to near where I live on the south shore wasnt doing anything other than safety inspections. Came to work and did a quick search of where near by I can run out to quick and came across Port Richmond Auto. Its super close, I left got my inspection and got back to work within 20 minutes! The man who helped me out was very nice and very fast he get me in and out. He also gave me some coupons on other services for the future. Would definitely go back if I need anything else!

This shop is my go-to for any mechanical work for both myself and wife. Charlie, the owner, is always welcoming and professional. He keeps the shop clean and organized, unlike some shops with parts thrown all over.

I came for oil change in the Fall with my out-of-state plates. The guys were nice but when I drove back, I noticed my AC stopped working. I have no evidence to implicate the shop and I arrived home with a hunch. I am not sure if this was a coincidence but, if so it is a weird coincidence. In a few days, I will learn what happened.

This place is the WORST! Car was just towed here by insurance to be deemed totaled after Hurricane Ida. I asked the 2 mechanics several times to disconnect my amp and subwoofer from the car and even negotiated the price. Besides them not answering the phone given to my insurance company , which held up my paperwork by a week. My car was taken away and I don’t have my equipment. They gave me the most imbecilic story ever on why the equipment wasn’t taken out. The mechanics are either vastly incompetent, or straight thieves, your choice.

I took my 2020 Hyundai elantra to get an oil change and carlos was súper fast! Im usually picky about who works on my car! Port Richmond Automotive definetly gained a new custumer!!
