Excellent customer service. I dealt with Ricky exclusively and he's one of the most honest and responsive scrap/parts people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I originally purchased an engine here, but when he pulled it from the vehicle he discovered the oil pan was cracked and instead of try to play games, he was up front and honest and quickly issued a refund, which I appreciate as this sort of business can get really sketchy at times.
Very helpful and friendly guy. God bless! Your recommendation Jason did try to over charge me though. He asked for $75 just to replace the tail light. 20 mins job max. I will definitely come to you again though and recommend you to all I know.
