My phone screen cracked in mulitple places. Called around and this busines had a qucikturn around time based on other places I called. I brought my phone in and they reviewed broken screen and provided their assessment. They were very honest with me and wanted to fix my screen fast but also the proper way. I had phone back in less than 24hrs and that's with the store ordering required parts they didnt have in stock. Highly recommed this place and the prices were fair. Overall a positive experience very happy in the end.

When I brought my iPad in, it was bent, broken, and completely inaccessible. However, when I picked it up today, it looked like a brand-new device—honestly, it looked even better than the day I first bought it. I’ve been searching for a new technician because being in school with multiple Apple devices makes going to the Apple Store incredibly expensive. Finding someone who is reasonable, kind, and fast was exactly what I needed. My iPad has never looked better.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. First,I brought a computer there about 2 years ago. I was told it was not fixable so I took them at their word. I brought an IPad there in November for a broken outer screen ONLY. They wound up breaking the LCD screen and had to repair everything. Then when I got the tablet back the microphone and speakers did not work so that also had to be fixed. Then a month later the tablet wouldn't turn on and they told me that it was because the tablet was bent(?) so they had to replace the LCD screen for another $200. Then 2 days later(!!!) the battery was draining by itself and the LCD screen broke while I was simply touching it. I brought the tablet back once again and was told the tablet was bent again because of something I did and they would have to charge me for additional repairs. I explained the tablet was in a military grade case and it was impossible for me or someone in my house to bend it like that in 2 days and it was probably from the previous repair. Nothing I have brought here in 2 years has been fixed. In fact, they made it worse! Incompetent establishment.

Honestly, impressed and super happy with the service of these guys. I came in with a computer that I've accidentally locked out. Apple couldn't help. I actually came into the store to see if I can sell the computer for parts because there was no way to access it besides on guest mode. They needed to do a remote service for management lock and had it fully functioning for me in less than 3 full days. For a fraction of the cost it would've cost me to buy a brand new laptop. They fixed my back of my iphone 13 Pro max! They use real apple and I had a problem next day with my flash and they fixed it for free for me it took 30 mins. IFixScreens was amazing. My screen went completely blank and green. I thought I wouldn’t be able to recover my pictures and other information from my phone. Excellent!!!!! Dropped off my phone went to a nearby coffee shop, in 20 minutes I received a call my phone was ready. The gentleman was extremely polite and professional. 100% satisfied.
