To have your car stalled in the middle of the road and blocking traffic is the worse feeling ever. I spoke to (3) other towing companies before getting No Limit Towing. They were really friendly and provided really fast service. They got to us within 20 minutes. The driver's name was Duke....he was very professional, fast and efficient. If I could give them more than 5 star rating, my rating would be endless. I already save their phone # on my phone and definitely will be referring people to them. First of all I would like to share that when you have a stall it’s not a good feeling. I have dealt with a lot of towing companies with the feeling of being desperate for help that you will pay whatever they quote you. No Limit Towing has always been fair in pricing and always arrive fast. They really make you feel that you are a priority. I am so thankful and I will refer them to my family and friends so they can receive awesome service when needing a tow.
Service was AWESOME! I was told to expect the truck to arrive at 9:30am, and it came early, excellent. I got my car towed from Ala Moana area to Aiea. Driver (sorry, didn’t get his name) was courteous and professional. Answered all my random questions. When trying to decide which company to use/hire, I posed questions via Yelp and was answered promptly. Lindsey answered all my emails with professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely hire them again (hopefully not soon, I can’t live without my car), and I will recommend them to others.
