The wife and I just had a great experience were moving to a new residence and decided to get rid of a king bed frame (all the bells and whistles) called hawaii junk removal yesterday afternoon. The lady was really nice i spoke with and was able to squeeze us in the next day which is today Saturday. We got the pleasure of working with Kemo, and Wes. They were professional, personable and got right to it once we did the walk through of what we needed removed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience especially since we were squeezed in. There was no attitudes or mooping around. They were had great spirits even in this Kapolei heat 😆. Called on a Thursday afternoon, and they were here on Friday. Anthony and his crew showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. Not only did they take the items requested, they cleaned up where the items had sat for years and collected dirt and dust. They even swept out my garage. I would absolutely hire them again!

My experience with Hawaii Junk Removal was great! I think the whole process went smoothly, from scheduling someone to do the estimate to the final sweeping of the property, the whole process went pretty smoothly. Everyone I interacted with were very nice, respectful, and professional. Prior to them starting the cleaning, I told them that my dad was missing his glasses as we were packing up and moving stuff around, and one of they guys found it! For reference, my family had a 3 bedroom apt on the 2nd floor, with many big furniture pieces and lots of random/loose items that had been collected over the past 30 years (I would say mild hoarding behavior). they cleared out the pretty much the entire apartment in almost 3.5 hours. The final price was a little higher than the initial estimate since there was a lot of remove, but I think it was 100% worth it for the work that they did. Great company, highly recommend!

We needed to have our old organ taken away. The awesome workers that came patiently figured out how to take it apart so that it would fit through the doors. The workers were very friendly and easy to talk to. They also took away some old office equipment. We were very pleased with their work.

I originally booked their service for a piano removal and ended up adding a bed removal as well. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! From my initial inquiry to the actual removal and cleanup (they even had to break down part of the bedframe, leaving a bit of debris which they promptly cleaned up), the entire experience was outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and efficient — truly a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely call them again whenever I need to get rid of any junk!

If your looking for a Rubbish removal company look no further this company (Hawai’i Junk Removal) should be on your speed dial. My before picture of what they had to take down and clean was horrible, it smelled, it was moldy and lots of wet places because the roof caved in. Also upside down boxes, glass, bottles, old moldy broken plastic toys and Big huge roaches 🪳,& spiders thrown in for good measure. Added to the lot metal poles, ladders, rolled wire, etc. The list was so extensive I could have fainted. But these men made sure I never had to lift a finger or stress myself out. They even gingerly put boxes on the side for me to inspect if I wasn’t sure of the contents. And not once did I hear a grumble or a harsh word against this Kupuna (me). Everyone of these men have a work ethic that is very rarely seen today and I so appreciate all of them for that, Gentlemen Thank you! And now my yard is looking so good because of all of them. I had 4 guys came to my house to take a 800lbs mahogany piano upstairs to outside. They all are very professional, quickly done (wow they are strong!) and super polite!! They also took other stuff like a queen size mattress, outdoor storage box, chairs, tools, cabinet and etc. and emptied the gray trash bin for me! I highly recommend Hawaii Junk Removal!!! Starting from talking to the receptionist to the end of the hard work, I had a great experience over all. Very pleased with the guys who came out to haul this concrete from my house. They took all mountain of concrete, rocks and dirt and got it done in a hour. They guys were very nice, professional and appreciative that I used their business. I worked with Myrtle to set up the appointment and she’s a rockstar! So pleasant to work with. Excellent company providing fast, efficient and thorough service. The crew is cordial and professional. As promised, they called ahead and showed up during the 4-hour time window. They came prepared with a smaller truck to handle the killer driveway. Carlos gave us a hassle-free and fair quote on the spot, and as he and his crew of two were working quickly to demolish the storage structure, two more crew members showed up and the entire job was completed in an hour and a half.
