I recently hired 1-800-GOT-JUNK and was impressed by Jake and John. They were professional, punctual, and efficient, with clear communication and careful handling of my belongings. Professional and courteous, Polite, respected my space, and explained the process. Efficient service, Quick, safe, and moved bulky items with ease. Great results, Space is clear and more usable, with helpful maintenance tips. Good value!!! Transparent pricing with no surprises. Highly recommend Jake and John for reliable, top-notch junk removal. If I need this service again, I’ll call them.

Dom and Lorenzo were an amazing team and helped us clear all of our junk we needed removing. They were polite and super informative and made the process easy and painless. 100 out of 5 stars. We will definitely ask for them again if we need more help in the future.

Reasonable price and well communication with negotiating price. They will come all the way inside your property and pick up all the stuff you need it to be. fast and clean, they understood me what I needed. House is all clean now, me and my wife is very happy. These guys were so nice and helpful!!! I believe their names were Keoki and Thomas! Got the job done fast and I didn’t have to life a finger. Also cheaper than other junk removal services. Such a big weight lifted off my shoulders…They will be hearing from me again next time I need a large amount of trash gone. :)) I highly recommend

We called for an estimate on a Monday morning thinking of having a pick-up on a Tuesday. I got call back within minutes. While talking to the dispatch/back office I inquired on the possibility of scheduling for the same day afternoon. It was 11:45. They were able to fit us in for a 12-2pm window. Before 12pm I got a friendly call from Austin saying they were downtown and would be at our place in 20-25 minutes. Austin called again 20 min later and Schawnee and Austin meticulously reviewed our items and gave us a reasonable quote. They loaded up and were done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. They were enthusiastic, strong and capable and we traded stories about our shared family interests and hobbies. They made getting rid of junk fun! MAHALO

This morning I called this company for an estimate on removing a large Electrolux freezer from my brother’s home. The first company was quite expensive. When Keoki and Mick came to my brother’s home they were very friendly, professional and efficient. They had that large freezer out the front door, down five steps and in the truck in five minutes. They gave my brother a great price. Thank you for a great job. We definitely will call your company again. My brother John Inferrera says thank you also.

Mick & Mario were excellent. They removed the fridge in no time even though they had to haul it down a flight of stairs since elevator only goes to 2nd floor. And they also removed an old armchair that weighs a ton to me but they made it look so easy. They were polite, efficient and speedy. I would ask for them again if I need to get rid of more stuff.

Logan and Jason were true professionals! They called ahead and were very pleasant to work with. They provided a quick and easy solution. I really appreciated the friendliness and quality of service. I will definitely use them again in the future!

This is an EXCELLENT SERVICE. Came on time, highly business like, quality on site staff and muscle men who moved really heavy furnishings from inside to outside rusty furnishings that had seen better days. The sales/movers were really quality guys and as an ex sales manager retired I was surprised by their positive attitude and skills. The price was right if you figure what you have to do to get rid of these furniture dinosaurs hanging around your residence. The staff names were Brandon and Jake and really excellent hires. The whole experience was very positive

I've been sitting on clearing our house and property of everything we no longer needed. 1-800-GOT-JUNK made the process so easy. Making the reservation online was straightforward & availability was quick. The best part of the process was Mario & Lorenzo! They were professional, honest, respectful of our items/house, made reasonable recommendations & were incredibly friendly. They walked me through the entire process and were patient through my on-the-spot decision making. I hope all customers are fortunate enough to work with these two guys!

Just based off the time it took them alone (maybe 20 mins) this service is worth it. Thomas and Mason absolutely did a perfect job. Got everything i asked to be taken away done and even sweeped up afterwards. Will hands down recommend their services again and these 2 as the crew that does it! Thank You both again

Keoki and Thomas were excellent! I’d been meaning to get rid of some oversized bean bag chairs on my back patio. They had great communication and came within the timeframe they gave. They gave me an estimate that was a bit out of my price range. So they worked with me and were able to meet me at a price I was comfortable with. Super kind and courteous! Very happy with their work!

I used their services for the first time and can not recommend them enough! I called yesterday with a simple inquiry to get a loveseat and few other items removed from our house. They were able to book my request the very next day. They were very organized and communicative about setting everything up from top to finish. Mad props to JC and Jake at the Honolulu branch! They were so thoughtful and caring and quickly disposed of our items. They even offered to help clean up and setup our new chair. Our cats enjoyed their company as well. Cannot thank them enough!

Tyler and Mason were amazing! They moved crazy a crazy heavy elliptical machine up 33 stairs. Throughout the rest of the project they worked tirelessly moving everything I asked for up those stairs quickly and without complaint. They were very polite and positive natured! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, after tennants left behind a large mess and damaged property, my father and I had no way to get all the larger bulky items left behind up and down the steps making it hard for us to carry on with our life due to this major set back. 1-800 junk sent their team of Mick and Brendyn and they were able to quickly get here assess the state of which the tennants left the place in and gave us a very reasonable quote to help us pick up ourselves from this major bump in the road for us. Mick and Brendyn efficiently took all the large bulky items from the upstairs unit loaded it into their truck fully using all available space to get the most done for us in this time of hardship. I truly appreciated the service I received. Also they worked in the rain and were super cool about it.

These guys absolutely were the best team to get junk removed! Completed household removal and cleanup within 5 hours......complete job: outside and inside!! I recommend these guys without hesitation! JC and Mario were initial team leaders. Polite, professional and thorough in their duties. They did initial household survey and were never skeptical about doing the required haul out. 5-stars to these men and their team!

Troy and Liam are awesome!! So friendly, easy to work with, helpful and kind. In addition to taking all the things, they were super respectful and even took more when we found more junk than expected. We even had a very large couch that didn’t fit in the elevator, and they took it down 9 flights of stairs (very carefully), and they were still pleasant. Highly recommend! The best out of all the junk removal services we tried.
