By reading most of the reviews I see a lot of people had a great experience and good for yall I’m glad yall had a great experience! I wish I could say the same for me. I guess you can say I was one of the unlucky ones. I honestly don’t even know where to start cause everything I’ve been through with these guys has been nothing but a big headache. Every single time I call for help for my car I’m given a number to call, that’s it. No actual help from these guys. Everything down to the actual buying process felt so rushed. Every time I visit in person to ask questions or for help it’s like they want me out of there quick. They either redirect me somewhere else or just give me a number to call. Yeah so much for customer service. Wanna know what’s funny? I’m not the only one in my family that bought a car here. My dad & brother also bought their cars from here. So considering the fact that my family & I have got our cars from here & have been with you all for the past few years AKA being loyal (obviously something these guys don’t care about, which is why I’m surprised yall even have a customer base) you’d think these guys would at least be welcoming and give you a hi, but no. Anyway, I got a 2016 jeep wrangler from here last November. Fast forward a year later the car has given me a nothing, but headaches. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love my car, the buying experience & the service I got from Prime Hawai’i Auto however, I don’t like. And yes every little problem my car had of course was taken care of (by another shop) but I just wish that when I needed help these guys would have been kind enough to assist me but no once again turn me away & you know I don’t even argue with them I just give them a nod & a “ok thank you” and I’m on my way, but I’ve been quiet for too long. Save your time & don’t buy from here please. You’ll feel rushed & when you run into problems with your car in the future, oh wells you’re on your own because when you go out to them for even something as little as questions they’ll just redirect you somewhere else so they don’t have to look into it or help you. Will be trading my jeep someplace else and get a new reliable car.

Great experience my experian score was locked or having an issue. He was very patient and waited for me to unlock it. It took a few tries but we finally figured out my phone number and address was different and that’s what the issue was. It even took a few minutes after that for the information to be updated. I had a great experience with Prime Auto and the owner Jaxson, who was amazing. After a couple of bad experiences at bigger dealerships, I took a chance and went here since they had the car I wanted (2016 Subaru Forester) at a good price with less than 100k miles on it. When I went to look at the car, I was able to take it for an extended test drive, which I appreciated, and I also got a very reasonable offer for my trade in. The car was in great shape overall, and Jaxson was transparent and provided me with detailed information about its recent repairs/maintenance and age of tires. After I decided I wanted to buy it, Jaxson was helpful and patient while I figured out financing over the course of a long weekend- and was even able to get me a better rate. After purchasing the car, the battery died, which was stressful, but Jaxson made it right. He met me first thing the next morning and replaced it at no cost. This review sounds like a commercial, but it’s all honest- I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good deal on a used car. Saw an ad for a 2010 Boxster PDK online and called. Talked to a guy named Jaxon and he seemed pretty friendly on the phone. We hashed out the price and I was happy I didn't have to "negotiate" at the dealership. Other places I called kept telling me to come down and see the car blah blah. Went to their location on Democrat Street and he already started the paperwork with the correct pricing. The car was exactly as expected. Took 25 minutes to fill out the paperwork and to pay and I was on my way. Jaxon is a great guy. Personable and straight to the point. When I'm in the market again for another vehicle, I'll definitely check with them again.
