Went to recycle the two guys there were very rude and when I had in bottle in with the aluminum cans I got yelled at and the guy in the truck smirked and agreed with the guy. Then I think he short changed me just to get back at me because I bring in the same amount every time and it was way less than I normally get.

Employees yell commands at customers and refuse to explain anything or answer customers.

Workers seem to hate their lives and are incredibly rude for no reason.

If I could give zero I would. They're rude as hell. I pulled up 25 minutes before closing and the one dude started cursing and walked away while the other wouldn't respond to me. I would have been done and gone much before closing but when someone curses at me I am not giving them any business. No way.

Rude, lazy and obnoxious staff. I was yelled at today because I grabbed the wrong empty bin. These jokers are half asleep when you show up and then go ballistic when you do their job.

Don’t bother this place. Guys here are not friendly, lazy, don’t want to help people. Wouldn’t even let ME put bottles in the trash can until he finished his break. No Aloha here, going to Waialae Ave Monster 5 instead to recycle.

I've been coming to this place for years. Most times the workers are helpful but I came 10 minutes before noon today and a worker I haven't seen before yells out they won't take my cans because they have lunch at noon. I told him I would be quick but he refused. He had a bad attitude and I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Always had very good experiences. Helpful and considerate people who work there in the intense heat . Mahalo for all of your hard work. Good to see other recycling companies in same lot now.

For an industry based on measurement and accuracy, they failed on 4 levels. First: 3 RRR workers doing separate tasks but not communicating with each other. Second: ground labor neglects to inform tally person in truck about my glass bottles (until I spoke up). Third: Truck person doesn't weigh my aluminum cans and plastic bottles. Apparently he guessed how much was in there. Forth: Tally person shorted me a dollar. He says $9.25 payout and when I get home I realized he only paid $8.25. I'm done with these guys.

Very friendly and helpful with loading recyclables. They made the daunting task of taking loads of recyclables really quick and easy to finish!

Pretty bad experience I had today. One worker yelled at my wife and me for not taking recycling barrels to my truck. There was no sign stating a change in procedure. He was extremely hostile and abusive. The other workers were just fine & professional.

Friendly and organized...

My son and I have frequented this location about once every few months for the past three years. My son recycles cans and plastic bottles a few neighbors donate to his recycling efforts. Today (8/28/21) we arrived just as the staff was preparing to break for lunch. We hadn’t checked the hours of operation and our timing was clearly not the best. As we exited the car, a male worker with short gray hair and in a blue shirt (no one else was in blue) starts yelling “We close at Noon for lunch. You can’t just come racing in here at closing time.” First of all, rude. You don’t have to yell and you won’t continue to have a job if you treat people this way. Second, no one was racing in. We simply pulled in. Third, close the door of your truck which says OPEN if in fact you are closed for lunch. This particular employee is a very unhappy and angry soul. He has been irate the previous two times we went there. The company needs to talk to him about his poor attitude and consider placing him in a position that is not customer-facing. We left this time and took six large bags of cans and plastic to a competitor’s location. It was not convenient, but at least they were friendly.

The recycling workers are very helpful and polite. Always when I go to recycle my cans and bottles. 😁🤙

They always help my mom sort and carry her items out of her car. So friendly and seems like they enjoy their job!

The guys were really Aloha🌈and helped pull out bags of recycled items on my car. So great to be in the environment were Aloha is still the energy whatever you're doing! Mahalo nui loa Kane!

WoW! Great Service. Short line because approaching lunch break but these guys were speedy, helping get the bins to everyone, organized, efficient! Mahalo!

9:30 Friday still not open, line up of people waiting here. Called Reynolds asked why the loacation still not open he had no answer for me.

Quick and professional. Very nice and considerate, even when sometimes their customers are not.

They did awesome timely and professional is what this should say the buyer was fabulous gotta thank these people for taking on sutch a hard working job and still keeping a smile on their faces thank you
