Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff.

O’Reilly Auto Parts is my go-to for car stuff. Super convenient, always got what I need, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and full of aloha. They make it easy and stress-free when I need supplies to keep my car in top shape.

They are great, I was in and out in 2 minutes with the tail light bulbs I needed, and they were only $9. Appreciate the early and late hours. Just wish the one on Nuuanu didn't close since this one is a little further to get to. Thanks.

In and out for a new battery. 2 star rating nothing extraordinary on this visit to rate for a 5 star. No issues related to the establishment. Part was readily available.

Smart, knowledgeable people and a very simply layout, store has everything you need to repair or tune up your vehicle, and the employees are more then willing to help you order any parts you may need or at least direct you to the next step in finding said parts or tools

I was surprised by the level of service at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Dillingham Boulevard. I went in expecting a typical auto parts store experience, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They were knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer my questions. The store was also clean and well-organized, which made finding what I needed a breeze. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of auto parts.

I know nothing about cars! My van was overheating, and so I pulled in to O'Reilly on Dillingham. I went in and bought premixed antifreeze. Proceeded to put it in the reservoir. A gentleman was outside and saw me putting it in. He came over and told me I should be putting it in the radiator!!! He opened the radiator cap after I gave him a towel, and put the antifreeze in the radiator. No problems since!! If u go there, see Leroy!! He didn't make me feel like an idiot. Great customer service!! They have my business from now on

My car broke down a couple of blocks from O’Reilly, and an employee named James went out of his way to help me fix the car. I’ve never treated so much Aloha from this shop. The store is a bit humid inside. Hopefully, the owner can install A/C for the employees and customers to shop conveniently.

My friend said this place would help me cuz he goes there a lot ? Wrong the guy that helped already was complaining cuz it was hot to go outside to check my car? So my sisters tail light was out we weren't sure how to replace the bulb n if he can check it his answer was No n for me to take it somewhere else... Unreal sad cuz we didn't expect that to happen so we decided will check some where else....First experience n my last..

In all the years I’ve been going to O’Reilly. This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced just for a battery. Victoria did not know where my battery was located, then said she doesn’t know how to install, then said we are too busy, you can wait until the next shift comes in to install the battery. I asked another employee Richard for help but was very rude. After over an hour, Sialatauau installed my battery but was very rude and threw the old battery on the floor nearly landed near my foot. Then walked over to chat with his friends and didn’t bother to tell me he was done. There were 3 male employees chatting at the counter and 2 female employees at the counter. There were no smiles or thank you or sorry to keep you waiting for over an hour in the hot sun. I took a photo of the front of the store parking lot with empty stalls. Now does it look like they are too busy to install a battery?

I found the website to be a little tricky. The staff at the dillingham location are outstanding the place is immaculate and always well stocked. You can go online and find out if they have items in stock and then go let one of the guys help you out The location is super if you are running other errands.

Great place to buy auto parts. Would recommend calling ahead to ask if they have the part or parts you need so they can direct you to their store which has the part you're looking for. They have several store locations in honolulu. And the staff are very friendly and professional on serving your needs.

I Love O'Reilly Auto Parts the staff at the Kalakaua Location are so helpful today we had Lance he was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We bought a few things and if it was out of stock he directed us to the next O'Reilly on Dillingham which we made more purchases. Thank you Lance!!!!

I loved that the team there was able to help me find the correct wipers for my vehicle, find the best deal for me and also install them as well. I will continue to go back for my other automotive needs.

Came here for a new car battery and Lori was very helpful and thorough and she even helped me put my new battery in even though it was dark outside and it rained off and on. I'll definitely be back, thanks again Lori for a great customer service.

The customer service and employee knowledge is amazing at this location. I come here anytime I have a question or problem.They’ve helped me with filters and fuses in the past. Today, Chase was incredible patient in helping me find a replacement bolt for my hood. I really appreciate how the staff go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you!

Probably the best store on Oahu, the sales girls at the Dillingham store are pretty sharp and helpful if they’re in a great mood that day

We went in and Lori came out and checked our battery. Which did indeed need to be replaced. She gave cheerful service and looked up the options for replacement. We were able to take care of it in the parking lot and turn in the old battery. Awesome customer service.

Very unimpressed with this store. Tried to go in for broken tailight. Not surprisingly, they did not have it but offered to special order. Great. However, person was not sure IF they can actually order it nor even when they would know if they can or cannot order it. No ETA on when I would be told if it can be ordered or not. So, if I need a spare bulb or spark plug, sure. Anything more, I would go elsewhere.

I went there today to get my moped headlight fixed and was nicely surprised by how helpful Jacqueline and Levi were. It took probably close to 30 minutes to help me replace my lights and they had a great attitude and were really nice about it. Definitely ask for either of them if you go there! I know where to go now if I need anything. Their customer service was A+!!

People here are very helpful. It's more about Aloha than mindlessly uttering corporate policy. Solving a messy automotive issue is difficult enough, these folks won't make it harder. I prefer to get my replacement parts & supplies from this location.

I spent all morning looking all over the island for a specific item but could not find it until a guy at Home Depot reccomended O'Reilly Auto Parts and I am so glad he did! It was a bit busy but they handled customers quickly.

In the past, when making purchases, very helpful and courteous. Last couple times, TERRIBLE! Danielle is the worst employee ever. Rude, unknowledgable, unfriendly and bad attitude. Went to get a diagnostic done on battery purchased there, all testers were "down", nobody knew nothing, did'nt know where anything was, very disapointing.

The majority of the staff is knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they'll try to get one for you. The facility has multiple parts, tools, and gadgets for your car needs and the staff is usually glad to help you find what you need. Though the staff is friendly, they don't tend to be very attentive, but rather occupied and sometimes understaffed from the looks. I've never been asked if I needed any type of assistance finding a part or item after being in the facility for prolonged periods. None the less, great store, multiple parts, and friendly staff! To add on, military personnel are given discounts.
