Coastal Auto Shipping is a stand-up company with honest people who want to do things right and treat their customers the way they should be. Shipping was a breeze, and took a little longer than I expected but I couldn’t be happier. I paid for port to door from Hawaii to Colorado and every interaction with Coastal was phenomenal. The trucking company they used to transport my vehicle from LA to Colorado cracked my windshield and their insurance denied the claim, but Coastal made it right and paid for the repairs. I will definitely use them again. Their customer service alone makes it an enjoyable experience.

Coastal Auto Shipping made life easy! I did a lot of research and price checking -- I called and emailed a BUNCH of companies. Coastal Auto was the most responsive and headache-free company. (I couldn't even get passed the automated system for Matson and others! 😠) ... Meanwhile, Jorge P. responded to my every question promptly and with great care and respect. While I was juggling a lot to get my life from the Mainland to Big Island, Jorge was there for me at what seemed like all hours. I had an oversized truck and could only ship out of SoCal. Coastal Auto arranged for a tow from NorCal and was able to accommodate my schedule .. and basically last minute! While I hope I don't have to do this again any time soon, I would 100% work with Coastal Auto Shipping again. I highly recommend the company and have so much gratitude for Jorge! Thanks again!!!

I found this place based on a google search and verified with the BBB. I had such a good experience with their communication and expectations- there is honestly no need to keep looking for a different company to help coordinate shipping your car. I sent mine from Chicago to Honolulu and it actually arrived 12 days ealier than expected. Albert was really great to work with and I would without a doubt recommend.

We reached out to about 8 different shipping companies to get our car from Seattle to Honolulu, and Coastal Auto Shipping was a standout choice. Super communicative, clear, and timely, they were able to get our car safely from our home in Seattle to Oakland to the Port of Honolulu with minimal fuss (and not even a scratch on the car). Albert was phenomenal walking by us through the quote, and stuck with us as a liaison through the whole process. Great service and price. Shipped from Honolulu to Portland. Car came in good condition. Took about 3 1/2 weeks. Just plan for Matson to have your car for about a week before they release it from the docks. All in all, excellent experience.
