The guy that received my recycled bottles was rude. He threatened me saying they would take my picture and not accept my recycles because I didn’t take off the plastic bottle tops. Repeated this over and over saying he told me before. I told him this was the 1st time I’ve come to this location and didn’t know about the tops. Instead of giving me back the bottles with the tops on he set them aside and kept them. He also didn’t credit me for any of the aluminum cans I brought in. Didn’t notice this until I got home. Shame on me for trusting him to be honest. Be very careful if you go here. Won’t go again.
Usually pretty fast but depends on the workers. They never seem to be in a hurry. There are roughly 8-10 parking stalls. The workers weed out bottles and cans that aren’t labels HI-5 but they always take out HI-5 bottles and scold me. And then I show them the label and then they say “this time you can recycle but next time can’t”. I don’t know why I pay for the HI5 and it’s even labeled but they won’t accept.
Some caps say to recycle with caps on. They had me take off all the caps and put it in a separate box with just caps in there. So I was wondering if they would cash in on the caps themselves. The other place (C M) took them.
We used to sell recycle pre-pandemic in this place. They’re very friendly and a hard worker and fast.
This last Tuesday January 24, 2023. It took more than hour of waiting. We understand that they’re only two workers there. My main concern is we only got paid the plastic bottled computed as Large plastic. We segregated our recycled bottle accordingly we got 4 containers of small recycled bottle 2 containers of big recycle bottle and one container of cans. But all recycled bottles only paid as large plastic. We shouldn’t segregate them by sizes if we only getting paid the same price. Please do your job correctly. We are planning not to sell on your area anymore.
Staff will have your back when people don't follow the rules. You just have to pay attention and follow the process. Bottom line, they pay the best rate I have ever seen, it is worth it everytime.
I love the people there, there's a lot of nasty mouth people coming there.
So they try to do the best they can.

Rude staff...first thing they said was..we NO TAKE WINE bottles...so i said..get the HI 5 on it go look and read it...so what? Still not gon take it?..and they took it. Really bad customer service. The guy who handled the bottles sorted the glass bottles, throwing it in the bin like he had some sort of anger issue. Will definitely not come back again. They should have a NO STAR BUTTON for the horrendous customer service. Never again!
Some customer don't know how to follow the rules..like the area that only you can separate your recycle from plastic or aluminum...U can't blame the staff coz they just doing their job..organized the system..fyi...the workers are working hard for customers..if you really observed the operation..Good Job..guys
Guy in the long sleeve neon green with a hole in the belly literally tried to start a fight with me because the lot was full and we pulled our car in and got our 3 bags of recyclables out.
We weren't trying to park and no one was trying to get out. They were also backed up with a ton of people. Instead of staying at his station and serving the customers, he left his post to try to start a fight because of a car that had already been moved.
Literally the only reason my family comes here is the ease of access. However, I would not allow children or elderly people near this site as there is a fair chance they will be attacked by the employees.
Super rude. The Micronesian guy with the green shirt called me out to a one on one fight. they told me to take my cans somewhere else, just because I didn't come with a car! I live right across the street! Worse service ever! So lazy, they hate to do their jobs. Guy in the green needs to get fired asap!
