Terrible business. I called to schedule a tow to sell my dead truck to them from a repair shop, come the day and agreed upon time, no one showed up. After enumerated calls and over an hour and a half later I reach some one who says they'll send a truck out now. Another hour goes by and again no one answers the phone. To no one's surprise they never show up despite just being 20 minutes away.
I’ve been on a search for a passenger front door. My door was extended beyond it’s capacity and will eventually fall off without replacement. I got a price for a brand new door and the cost is not within my budget.
Matt at the junkyard was knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on-site. Even though he didn’t have a door for the make and model car that I have I had a pleasant experience. I also try to shop local first before ordering.

I saw a craigslist ad from this place with a certain car that I needed parts from, I called them they said the car in the ad was there. I went there asking where the car was so I could salvage and they gave off this vibe like I was bothering them. They told me the car was on the second level of a shelf and didn’t bother bringing it down for me. The car was the same make/model as the one in the ad but totally different as it was totally wrecked and it didn’t have the parts that I saw in the ad that I needed. I left.
When i texted the guy who posted the ad before, he finally got back to me like 2 weeks later after I already went to the junkyard so I asked him if they had the same exact car in the ad and he said yes. I went back a second time thinking I just missed it but the guys there said it wasn’t there… Not very good service and these guys seem like they do not pay attention half the time.
Don’t bother with these people. I heard about their business on the radio so I decided to give them a shot. I sent a message from their home page asking for a quote. It’s been over a week now and they never responded. You would think if they go through the effort and pay the money to promote their business that they would want customers but they proved me wrong.
Prices are appropriate for a full service junkyard where the parts are already removed and stocked, but too high for a pick and pull junkyard. The staff tend to make you feel as though you are bothering them.
I called three separate times to make sure they had the part that was looking for and I was told yes every time. There was a little traffic going there and I called for 20 minutes straight with no answer to let them know I'm still on the way. When I got there the car or the part I was looking for was not there. Wasted my valuable time and I was told this is not the first time customers have been treated this way. Very bad first impression
Standard junkyard. The gentleman working there was helpful. We did not bring our own tools but were able to borrow the screwdrivers we needed. We had called about the part and it was indeed there as we were told.
Crystal is a dispatcher and she has the worst attitude and zero customer service. She put me on hold 4 times without telling me that she was going to put me on hold.
She was not there to help me. She was sooooo rude and did not transfer me to someone that could help me.
She said, her boss is Debra and Debra did not help us either. She’s the worst!!!!
Oahu cyber junkyard, easy to find what your looking for cheap parts, you just have to bring your tools , your good to go. Lots of parts .what ever your looking for. I'm going back when ever i need a used part. Mahalo cyber junkyard
